Very comfortable rooms, clean and spacious. Friendly service and good amenities! Definitely would recommend.

Everything else was good. Besides not having mats or something out at the front door. Rain was pooping down

Nice modern 2 room suites type hotel that has everything you need in a room as well as a good breakfast in the morning and (new) a happy hour 6 - 9pm during the week where you get a free beer or glass of wine. We've stayed at other hotels in Pecos and this is the best.

The stay was fine had it not been for the staff & the dog at breakfast I would gladly return. The first issue was at check in with staff. Though I booked and paid for my stay through Expedia weeks in advance the 2 women at the front desk informed me another “Maria” had taken my king suite to 2 queens beds earlier. My name is Marie not Maria I had paid for the room I wanted the other lady had not. So after they checked my ID I was questioned as to why I had called to change my room I again told the 2 I indeed had not called to change anything. While waiting for the room issue to be resolved one of the 2 front desk employees proceeded to flirt with every man walking into place. I immediately felt uncomfortable seeing as I was only there to visit my husband; because he too like the other gentlemen checking in works away in the oil rigs. The employees didn’t care that those men were married nor that she blatantly made awkward advances in front of a lobby of guests. I was disappointed by the disrespectful manner of that person as a married woman. At the time of checkout I took our room keys to the front desk there was a different employee this time scrolling on her cell phone. I ask if keys should be left there she said I’ll take them never looking up from her phone. A not so appealing or clean dog with another guest also having issues at check was right next to the breakfast bar. The way the dog looked and the food being less than 5 feet way was just gross.

We love to stay at Home2 Suites. The service is always excellent and the rooms are always super clean. They are also super dog friendly. We have 2 good sized dogs and we stay here with both of them with no problems at all. Whenever we travel and stay overnight we always look for a Home2 Suites.

Kind and cleaned

I hate that hotel.com pretty much only rents out the rooms for handicapped. I feel as if there was someone in need of that room and I’m occupying it isn’t fair. I’m not particularly excited to use the roll in shower it’s white but black marks making it look very unclean.

Super clean, smelled a little stale down the hallways for some reason but my room smelled great/clean. Just a tip - the "big" trashcan is under the sink in the kitchenette area... at first I was using the tiny trash in the bathroom. Breakfast tipped over just being decent, it was pretty good as far as their heat-n-eat offerings, but I'd say still better than half of the other hotels and beats getting a stale donut at the Alsup's down the road. Super convenient location, even with all the construction down there - 20 service road is a bit tricky, but you just have to go down a few extra side streets to get back to where it opens up for travel. Had a really enjoyable stay.

Check-in was not handled with professionalism. As soon as we entered the room, we thought the place looked clean. We sat on the bed, but a few moments later, we began to itch. Kept itching and started getting bites on our arms and legs. We decided to leave right away. It seemed that they had bed bugs. Did not stay the night. Just added more stress and work, so when we got home, we had to disinfect all of our things before going inside our house. We arrived late, so it added more hours of driving home at night that we were trying to avoid.

The staff was super friendly at check-in and allowed us to check in 2 hours early. They gifted us some water at check-in also. The breakfast was great! So many options and the hot options tasted fresh. Our room was super spacious and the beds were very comfy. The AC was meh; it was set to 67 but from the beginning it felt slightly humid and stuffy. It wasn’t miserable and everything else made for it. I will likely look for this hotel branch next time we need a place to stay.

Giovanna and Stephanie in Pecos, Texas made sure that my family had everything we needed. They made sure that my aunt was taken care of by adjusting our assigned rooms. She is disabled and needed a certain type of shower. The only drawback was the curtains not working in the room and the fridge did not cool. I adjusted the temperature but it didn’t work. Otherwise our stay was perfect.

Very clean place, nice little kitchen set up. We especially liked the roll out table when we ordered take out and the curtain we could use to separate the sofa and sleeping area.

Wi-Fi was horrible. Stopped working early evening. Did not work the next morning. I told the front desk. They said it was not their concern. Really.

When ever I stay at a hotel the mattress always feels like your sleeping on the floor . But here , I didn’t want to get out of bed . Had the best sleep I have ever had at any hotel . Great property and nice help

The hotel was really clean and overall was great, only problem we encounter was that for some reason the front desk clerk kept calling us becasuse Expedia didnt sumitted the payment, we were on the road ffor 8 hr it was close to midnight and we were tired and instead of figured out, we provided our confrnation upon arrival they just kept calling to our room wvery 10 minutes, we aleays use Ezpedia and this is the firt time that had happened

Reserved a specific room type and the staff at check-in told me Expedia had placed me in the wrong room, that room type not available. Next day, manager told me mistake on his end and no communication to his staff; moved to room I had reserved and paid for, assured credit thru Expedia would come after contacting Expedia directly. The manager "Shawn" denied the credit/resolution thru Expedia and it was noted as a cancellation. No faith in the management and even less in the staff. Breakfast was typical grab and go, ok.

The hotel is an hour away from where we wanted to stay and we received an email stating that the charges would be refunded but it never was.
