This is a very nice newer hotel that has a great breakfast and is a great location in Sisters. The pool is open until midnight so you can enjoy the cool mountain evenings and warm up when you get back. The staff here is always excellent and provides exemplary customer service.

Good overall. Nothing fancy but clean, comfy beds, & staff are friendly. Nice indoor pool & Hot tub (open until midnight). Includes breakfast until 10am. No elevator or fitness room, & only have direct TV (without blue tooth tech) but the internet worked well.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great just outside of the downtown area and easily accessible. The facilities were very clean. The rooms are quiet. The pool is very clean and the temperature was perfect. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. We would stay here again.

Great location and had an indoor pool. Walls were thin and we were woken several times during the night with other guests coming and going even though we had the fan on. Beds were okay. Hot tub ended up being shut down for some reason but we got to enjoy it for some of the stay at least. There is no elevator so make sure you request a first floor room if you do not want to go or cannot go one flight of stairs. Breakfast was your typical fare. Staff was super friendly and nice. Check in was easy!

Clean, modern, great breakfast and a very friendly staff. Everything was very nice, the only thing to be aware of is the hotel doesn’t have an elevator so if you don’t do stairs make sure to request a ground level floor. Odd there is no elevator. Many homes of friends now have elevator. Becoming ubiquitous.

I've stayed here several times now and every time I'm happy with the accommodations. The hotel feels warm and inviting and the rooms are lovely. Breakfast was amazing!...lots of choices and the hot items were hot and delicious! Such an added benefit that the rooms are so soundproof, cannot hear other guests or cars. Hot tub was a delight, but definitely needed handrails to get in and out!

The GrandStay Hotel & Suites in Sisters, Oregon is an overall excellent value! The property is one of the newer ones in Sisters and the staff have worked hard to make sure that it is safe and inviting. The check in process was efficient. Our room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. While the complimentary breakfast wasn’t extensive, it offered a good variety of options, including protein. The breakfast staff was very friendly and kept all the items hot and fresh. I would highly recommend this hotel and will make it my first choice in Sisters.

clean from the moment we walked in. Had a fresh, new scent. All the surfaces and carpets were clean. Enjoyed the wonderful mattress and how very quiet it was. The breakfast far surpassed others that I have had in other chains. Appreciated the proximity to town and all the shops. If I am in Sisters again, I will most assuredly stay there!

Rooms were cleaned but had a sour smell. I think it was the shower area. Probably from a lack of ventilation. We thought it may have been lingering sweat from a person. Later we thought maybe it was vinegar. But not sure. We opened the windows and turned on the fan. It cleared out after 20 minutes. Luckily, my wife and I are able to bring luggage to the second floor. Without elevators, I would need to consider another place for my elderly mother. Front desk staff and breakfast, both ladies, were very nice and personable.

When I went to take a bath in the jetted tub it was covered in hair and was super dirty..super disappointed and I was only offered a 20% refund. I hope it’s made right.

The tub in the room Blew chunks out of it like someone had vomited in it with the jets in and it was not cleaned out. It was disgusting.

Everything about the hotel was pleasing. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed cozy and homelike and high quality. I even forgot my iPad and they packed it safely and shipped it to me. I was so grateful. I would love to stay there again sometime and highly recommend it.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, jet tub was awesome. Bed was very firm, made for a restless night. With a memory topper, I would have given this hotel 5 stars for the stay.

The team was friendly, location was great! Breakfast was standard for the industry. The bed was small for a queen. It seemed like a full queen. Also mattress was hard as a rock and uncomfortable. Room was 106.

The hotel is well situated with friendly staff and attractive room but the beds were very uncomfortable. It seemed like the mattresses had no support. I spent the whole night tossing and turning and got a total of 2 hours sleep. My husband experienced the same thing in the other queen bed.

Great hotel. Very comfortable beds and extremely quiet. Staff was friendly. I loved being close to restaurant/coffee shops just a few minutes away and the town of Sisters, while still having peace and quiet at night. Will be back

This was a great place to stay in Sisters. I did have to drive the most minimal time to get to the main shopping and dining area but it wasn’t at all a problem or issue. You could definitely walk if you wanted to. The room was clean and very quiet. I had a lovely view of ponderosa’s out my window. The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

When you check into your room, and you noticed that one switch operates all three lamps next to the bed and couch, make sure not to use the switch on the wall to turn those lamps off if you intend to charge your device using the built-in plug-ins at the base of each lamp. Otherwise, your devices will not be charged in the morning.😁

We stayed at the property (two adults, two kids under 10). The pool and hot tub were great, breakfast was maintained until 10 (vs. Set it and forget it buffets). Room was adequate sized and clean. TVs have satellite but are nlt "smart" TVs, so bring your cords or devices if kids want to stream or play games. An extra blanket in the room would have been nice, but we did not ask the front desk, either. Mainstreet is certainly walkable. Staff was excellent and very friendly!

Excellent from the start with customer service! We were greeted and checked in in a very pleasent manner & fast also. We made it to our room and settled right in. Room was clean as one would expect. There was even a hand written note on the night stand from the maid service welcoming us to the room(nice touch). We turned on the tv to a problem right away. I tried to fix it myself, because I consider myself pretty tech savvy. But nothing worked. So I went to the front desk and told the young gal working what was going on. She gave me a few options to try. So off I went loaded with all kinds of do-it-yourselfer knowlegde to tame this electronic beast. But it won in the end. I went back down to the front desk with my tail in my hand and asked for help again. She without hesitation came to the room to check on it herself. For security purposes she asked if we would stand in the doorway while she inspected it and we agreed(professional). She even got down on the floor & up under the cabinet in back to service it. She won! She fixed in no time. On her way back to her post she asked if we needed anything else. We thanked her profusely for fixing something so trivial. We could have easily done without for the night. But she said that it was her pleasure and to enjoy our stay! I didn't catch her name. But did I mention, she was extremely pregnant also. She did not flinch for a second. The breakfast was great also and had lots of options to choose from. AAA Thanks for a "Grand Stay!"
Excellent from the start with customer service! We were greeted and checked in in a very pleasent manner & fast also. We made it to our room and settled right in. Room was clean as one would expect. There was even a hand written note on the night stand from the maid service welcoming us to the room(nice touch). We turned on the tv to a problem right away. I tried to fix it myself, because I consider myself pretty tech savvy. But nothing worked. So I went to the front desk and told the young gal working what was going on. She gave me a few options to try. So off I went loaded with all kinds of do-it-yourselfer knowlegde to tame this electronic beast. But it won in the end. I went back down to the front desk with my tail in my hand and asked for help again. She without hesitation came to the room to check on it herself. For security purposes she asked if we would stand in the doorway while she inspected it and we agreed(professional). She even got down on the floor & up under the cabinet in back to service it. She won! She fixed in no time. On her way back to her post she asked if we needed anything else. We thanked her profusely for fixing something so trivial. We could have easily done without for the night. But she said that it was her pleasure and to enjoy our stay! I didn't catch her name. But did I mention, she was extremely pregnant also. She did not flinch for a second. The breakfast was great also and had lots of options to choose from. AAA Thanks for a "Grand Stay!"

Overall we had a nice stay, it was clean and well maintained, there was always hot coffee, tea and other options available. The free breakfast was really good and the breakfast staff was so sweet and attentive. The only downside is, it is a two story hotel and there no elevator. Originally they gave us a second floor room, we loaded the cart with our baggage for a family of 5 and were told there is no elevator and we would need to use the stairs. There was a nice lady at the front desk that offered to check for a first floor room, they had one available so they changed it for us which was great customer service.

We definitely had a GRAND stay at the Grandstay. The staff were wonderful, especially Lizbeth. She was so accommodating and great to talk to. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will be staying here again when we come out to visit family.

I'd like to give a special shout-out to the staff at the GrandStay in Sisters. We were traveling with a cellist who was hoping to find a place to practice, and the front desk crew couldn't have been more accommodating in finding a spot where he could play the cello for a couple of hours and not disturb anyone. Excellent service!

Our arrival was a bit rocky as the reservation system was affected by the big Microsoft outage. Eventually the staff figured out a work-around so we could get in to a room. All the staff were very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay that more than made up for the couple hour lag to check in.

Everything about the hotel was pleasing. The bed was comfortable. Everything seemed cozy and homelike and high quality. I even forgot my iPad and they packed it safely and shipped it to me. I was so grateful. I would love to stay there again sometime and highly recommend it.

Fantastic newer property with phenomenal staff and great location to downtown Sisters. We stayed here on a cross country road trip with our three year old and chose the location because of the pool and hot tub. The pool hours were great - early am opening and stayed open until midnight (10 pm for kids). The entire property was immaculate, comfy beds, large bathrooms with plenty of counter space, ample parking, and great full breakfast with hot items that rotated daily. Mule deer visited the grounds each day and we took the sidewalk to walk downtown (it’s a bit of a walk but doable and beautiful, also passes by an alpaca farm), we were also able to bike downtown directly from the hotel. Liz was the staff member we encountered daily at breakfast and at the desk - she was phenomenal. She was so kind, went above and beyond to make accommodations and was able to answer any questions we had about the area, including providing the best recommendations about the beautiful scenery and adventurous things to do in the area. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

This is a very nice newer hotel that has a great breakfast and is a great location in Sisters. The pool is open until midnight so you can enjoy the cool mountain evenings and warm up when you get back. The staff here is always excellent and provides exemplary customer service.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is great just outside of the downtown area and easily accessible. The facilities were very clean. The rooms are quiet. The pool is very clean and the temperature was perfect. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone. We would stay here again.

We choose this hotel because it was convenient to Hoodoo and has a pool. We were very pleased with everything about the hotel. Rooms were in excellent condition, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was a great location. Highly recommended.

This was a great place to stay in Sisters. I did have to drive the most minimal time to get to the main shopping and dining area but it wasn’t at all a problem or issue. You could definitely walk if you wanted to. The room was clean and very quiet. I had a lovely view of ponderosa’s out my window. The beds were very comfortable and the space was clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location in Sisters, nearest end of town to Hoodoo ski resort, also near coffee shops and the main town centre. The hotel was a great place to stay with two kids as breakfast was included, so no long wait for them to eat in the morning. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Appreciated the availability of hot beverages near reception any time of day. Reasonably priced making it affordable for a family staying for a weekend. We will return again!

Great staff to greet us and say farewell. We had an awesome hot breakfast with many choices. Kudos to the servers who gave us ideas on what to see while in Sisters OR and beyond. Great pool and hot tub to relax in the evening. Suite was very nice and clean. Easy to find and close to town. If we ever go back we would go there again!

Liz the woman who puts on the morning breakfast is so kind and attentive and puts a good buffet style breakfast changing different aspects of it daily. Something’s stay the same like making your own fresh waffles and toast donuts and bagels but eggs and bacon or sausage changes. The property is a great location and has everything you need close I would definitely go back. Thank you for the great stay

A little further out than the downtown area, however it was extremely quiet. We still did walk to the downtown area though. We will probably stay here again when going through Sisters.

From the check-in at reception to check-out everything was wonderful. Very friendly staff and talked to me about my stay and what I was planning. The King room was spacious and excellent. Amenities that I did not expect. Very quiet A/C, a closet with Ironing board, iron and ample hangers. Very comfortable bed. Very nice large screen TV. The morning breakfast buffet was well stocked and started at 6 am for early risers. The hotel room was very quiet. The same staff person was at check-out and remembered what my plans were for the day. Right next to a large grocery store and department store. 20 minute walk into downtown or you can drive. Highly recommended.

I so much enjoy staying here, especially the gal who ran the breakfast in the morning, she was just wonderful. I wish I could remember her name, the only thing I didn’t like was a hot tub was not handicap, friendly, or elderly, friendly, there was no stairs, and I had to crawl into it and hardly could get out. otherwise just an excellent excellent place.

On the web is says: soundproof, but you hear everything. The smoke detector is right above the head and is blinking and blinking. Not smart. The whole hotel is not grand. It looks too dark and has not a tasteful style. The bed is ok. It is just a motel, nothing grand, like many. It is poorly designed for a new hotel. I left without breakfast. It is not inviting, just cheaply done.
