This place looks newly remodeled. It was failrly clean. There was no ice maker or vending machines. Coffee machines were on order. They told me it would be hit or miss. There was one in our room. And in the trash area, they had a large Rubbermaid garbage can. There is a gas station convenience store across the street so getting drinks and snacks was just a short walk. Staff was really nice.

The doors close at 9:00 & there is not staff all night or early in the morning. There was no closet or any hangers in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. I never found a vending or ice machine. There was only 1 very small garbage can. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. There was no hair dryer. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap. No dining there whatsoever. I would not recommend staying there.

This is the only place I've ever stayed with a kitchen that had absolutely nothing in it. No plates, cups, silverware, dish rag, sponge, kitchen soap, anything. Entire kitchen was completely empty.

For the overall price the experience was good. They do not have hair dryers in the room. Not sure if you could ask for one. You have to check in by 9. No front desk attendants after 9. No frills. Best bed and A/C ever in a hotel.

The hotel is clean. The beds have a sheet and bedspread. No blanket. There was one towel for three people. You have to return towels to front desk to get clean. Kitchenette in room with coffee maker. No coffee, utensils or dishware. People are using this hotel as living rentals. It is not set up to accept overnight stays and should not accept them since there is no maid service.

This is not a hotel. It has a kitchen, sink, microwave, burners, and full fridge. No dishes. No hangers. Asked for and got coffee maker and hairdryer. Oh no ice cube trays. Limited towels. If you are OK with that, it’s a fine place to stay

Pro: the woman working the front desk last night was literally the sweetest!! Everyone we encountered in the hotel were very nice. I felt safe. Con: the room smelled so strong of cleaning products it burned your nose. The baseboards were gross. The towels had hair all on them. The couches and chairs were dirty. And right before we went to bed the roaches came out 😭😭 so nasty.

I did not expect five stars. We stayed here previously and were prepared to bring our own towels, hair, dryer, soap, etc. This room was infested with roaches. The city was sold out so we had no other choice but to pack up and leave. I could write my name on the coffee pot with my finger. The lamp was not cleaned and was covered in some sort of oil and stickiness. There was a Glade plug-in to cover up the smell. Absolutely disgusting.

Our room still had someone’s bottle in our room, when I got into bed a tiny dead roach and random hair in my bed. Since it was after hours I had no one to report to and too late to get a room change. We ended up leaving the next night instead of staying there and lost our $250 night which was way overpriced.

It was barely okay for a couple of nights. However, like many extended-stay locations, it lacks typical "hotel" facilities. Also, there are a lot of people that seem to live there for extended periods and not just for temporary work assignments in the area.. The walls are very thin and the neighbors were quite loud until after midnight. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking at night. Unfortunately, there is no staff available after 8PM to assist with addressing these issues. We did have an unclean bathroom when we arrived, but the manager (Alex) took care of it himself within a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus. If you are in a pinch, it will work. If something better is available, then go with it. Check your room for cleanliness when you arrive.

There were hairs on every towel in our bathroom. The toilet was cracked and there was noticeable water damage to the cabinets next to it. There was some kind of residue on the walls and the air conditioner did not keep the room cool throughout the night. Very poor mattress and pillow quality as well. Will not stay here again in the future.

My experience was okay, except two things: 1.The sound isolation needs to be improved, a pretty loud stay. 2. It will be great if there are more TV channels to watch. The staffs were friendly, the room was clean, and the dinning was convenient.

Can’t thank the hotel manager enough. We were traveling with my 87 year old mother and a toddler. Our room lock and tv were not working. He upgraded to a suite so we would be more comfortable. I was grateful!

We arrived at the hotel at 8:30pm. The front door was locked and the shade was pulled down over the front desk showing us that nobody was there. We walked around the hotel, hoping to find a way to get in. Somebody let us in, but because the front desk was closed, we had no way of getting our key and finding our room. The great part of this hotel is the housekeeping ladies. One of them saw us and asked if we had received a call telling us they were closing early and our room card would be in the front mailbox. We hadn't. She walked us to the mailbox and pulled out an envelope with our name. Since our room number wasn't written on this card or letter, we didn't know where to go. She then helped us find our room. There were 2 women and they were both wonderful. I wish I had gotten their names, but they deserve praise and a raise. The front desk person didn't call to tell us anything, so we were very upset about that.

The building locks down at 9pm and no staff are present until the next day. I left after 7am and the roll down door for the desk was still locked tight. The room smelled like bug spray. All through the night the place was very noisy and there was a very load boom that shook the entire room.

This is a no-frills hotel that we have stayed at on multiple occasions. We like the full-size fridge and microwave and have never had any problems with the cleanliness. You're not going to find many extras, but the price point reflects that. It's super convenient to Georgia Southern which is why we stay there. We've also always had good service from the front desk staff.

Unfortunately, there is no staff available after 8PM to assist with addressing these issues. We did have an unclean bathroom when we arrived, but the manager (Alex) took care of it himself within a few minutes. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That was a plus. If you are in a pinch, it will work. If something better is available, then go with it. Check your room for cleanliness when you arrive.
It was barely okay for a couple of nights. However, like many extended-stay locations, it lacks typical "hotel" facilities. Also, there are a lot of people that seem to live there for extended periods and not just for temporary work assignments in the area.. The walls are very thin and the neighbors were quite loud until after midnight. There were also people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking at night. I can honestly say this was the most cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in. . I loved it, only down fall is the property being close to the highway and you can hear in an everything but other then that I enjoyed it

While our hotel seemed safe, the surrounding conditions were less than ideal, including other clientele. Smoking and gathering outside. I imagine it's just what all extended stay facilities deal with.

We found the staff friendly and the room clean. For a no-frills place at a budget-friendly price, my wife and I are pleased. The only quibble is the road noise due to our room’s location. The shower leaves something to be desired, with a make-do handheld extension with a suction holder onto the shower wall. For the price in our inflationary time, we’re fine with it.

This is a no-frills hotel that we have stayed at on multiple occasions. We like the full-size fridge and microwave and have never had any problems with the cleanliness. You're not going to find many extras, but the price point reflects that. It's super convenient to Georgia Southern which is why we stay there. We've also always had good service from the front desk staff.

This place looks newly remodeled. It was failrly clean. There was no ice maker or vending machines. Coffee machines were on order. They told me it would be hit or miss. There was one in our room. And in the trash area, they had a large Rubbermaid garbage can. There is a gas station convenience store across the street so getting drinks and snacks was just a short walk. Staff was really nice.

The overall stay was great! However, being that there is a kitchen included please give some complementary supplies such as paper towels, towels, utensils, ironing board, pots/pans, dish detergent, dishes, and ice trays. There is no ice machine and none of those items were included so make sure you bring your own.

There were no other hotel options for this night. All other options were full. It was a busy weekend in Statesboro with many different events going on.I will not choose to stay at this hotel again when visiting. This hotel was more like a rented apartment. The hallway smelled of trash/dirty diapers mixed with the aroma of weed when we arrived.The floors were disgusting. Stains on bedding and towels. No breakfast or coffee.

The doors close at 9:00 & there is not staff all night or early in the morning. There was no closet or any hangers in the room. There was no coffee pot in the room. I never found a vending or ice machine. There was only 1 very small garbage can. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper. There was no hair dryer. There was only 1 tiny bar of soap. No dining there whatsoever. I would not recommend staying there.

The hotel is clean. The beds have a sheet and bedspread. No blanket. There was one towel for three people. You have to return towels to front desk to get clean. Kitchenette in room with coffee maker. No coffee, utensils or dishware. People are using this hotel as living rentals. It is not set up to accept overnight stays and should not accept them since there is no maid service.

My experience was okay, except two things: 1.The sound isolation needs to be improved, a pretty loud stay. 2. It will be great if there are more TV channels to watch. The staffs were friendly, the room was clean, and the dinning was convenient.

Overall, good stay, staff was great. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of our room. Room has a slight odor that you got use to quickly, realized it was from the air conditioner. The room definitely could use some cleaning, looked like they just did a quick wipe down of the bathroom counter and that was it. I ended up buying disinfectant wipes and wiping down the dresser, desk and bathroom.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The rooms appeared fine at first glance but then the bugs appeared. Roaches. And not just our room. Three different rooms. The amount of dirt along the baseboards was nasty. The staff was gone by the time we noticed and still not there when we had to go. Rooms in the whole town were sold out because of graduation so we didn’t have a choice but to stay. Never again will I stay at this establishment. I will think twice about using hotels.com if this is the type of place you represent. Disgusting.
