Staff was very helpful and friendly. They did the most to help me with our stay. Gym was very functional. Pool area was clean and a nice size. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, customer service was great. But The power went out and had me and my family stuck on an elevator where no one answered in our time of panic. Partial power was down for about 2.5 hours. Breakfast wasn’t good, and pool too small. Gym was okay.

Very clean and quiet. Very good service. Went out of the way to help us find a restaurant that would provide outdoor seating with dog. Easy access from highway. $75 extra charge for our dog.

Nicest hotel in the area! A facilities with a great breakfast/dining area, snack center with beverages, and a phenomenal gym. Pool looked really nice too. Very clean, staff very friendly, and pet friendly. Can’t say enough wonderful things! The rooms are very modern, well taken care of, spacious, and clean. Very quiet too.

As an overnight on a long trip, this hotel was perfect. Easy to get to, easy to park near the door, very clean facilities, close to area restaurants, quiet, breakfast buffet. I loved the bathroom nightlight (sometimes it's the little things that stand out) and the decent sized towels. And on top of all that, it was dog-friendly.

Found dog hairs all over comforters of both beds. Got a different room from nice staffer “ Vic”, but very disappointed that this happened on a late check-in. Lost at least 45 minutes Re-packing, transferring, and unpacking at 11 pm. Not happy. I have a video showing the condition of the beds if needed.

The room and property was very clean! I had an issue with my bathroom door and the manager took care of my issue swiftly. The workers that I had interactive with a very nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay again if I’m in the area :)

Overall look of hotel is nice. Decent breakfast set up. Two elevators which is nice. Room was ok. Thermostat did not seem to work. Room was set to 68 and would not increase. Normally I don’t mind that temperature, but when it’s 12 degrees out I need it warmer. People above me must have had a toddler running back and forth for two hours. I complained and they said they would give them a call. They also offered to move me to the top floor, but all my stuff was out and would be a lot to move. They have sign posted about running, so this must be a common issue here. Long black hair in my bed cover, in the shower and on the sink. Pretty gross since I have a shaved head.

The room was clean and a nice, comfortable size with plenty of electrical outlets for devices. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice complimentary breakfast. All at a good price. Definitely staying there again.

Loved this hotel. We stayed overnight while passing through but it was one of the best! We were ready for a break from the car and were sooo comfortable in our room. Our room was so spacious and clean and had everything we needed. It was such a relief to stop here for the night!

Everything was fine, people were nice. The faucet in the sink is too short - to wash your hands you have to hit the side of the sink bowl. Who picked the faucet length?? The faucet should extend out at least another 1" to 2" - its a bad design.

Stopped here on the way back home from Indiana, the hotel was nice, our suite was fantastic, and the staff were quick and courteous. The view from the fourth floor was stunning, and as we watched a thunderstorm roll in over the mountains we were in awe.

Staff seemed courteous. The bathroom door does not have any latch and have gaps on both sides when closing the sliding door. Having kids and using the bathroom with non-latching door is not a great experience. The shower plate and changing shower modes was not good.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff was AMAZING. My son had ended up with multiple splinters in his hand somehow from top golf. The front desk receptionist, I cannot remember her name, was phenomenal. She helped me out. I asked if there was a walgreens so I could go get medical items, she provided everything! Sewing kit, Tweezers, alcohol wipes and peroxide. She was the BEST! Our room was big, comfortable, and quiet. Location was great and the kids loved the pool. I'll be honest, I don't remember breakfast. I would definitely stay again tho.

Extremely clean and enjoyed our stay. Ross and Ryan were very helpful and went out of their way to assist us in rooms close together and in helping us order food. Ryan even set up the dining room for us so we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal.

I really appreciated the older man at check in . He was very pleasant and helpful. He even walked outside to show me where a restaurant was I wanted to go to and told me how to get there. Also in the morning the older man at counter asked me what I was looking for, I said decaf coffee, and he immediately called someone to make a pot and bring up. Also the older woman that brought it apologized for taking so long but she was very quick. I really appreciated their great attitude. So unlike the younger, busy looking at phone employees. And the hotel was very nice , clean, and modern. Thanks, Matt.

The hotel staff was so nice and accomidating! I booked 2 rooms and they gave them to me side by side. The hotel breakfast was average- typical hotel food, however, it was very clean and the staff kept it well stocked! Hotel was very convient location, very clean, and easy to park & find. We will definitely stay again!

The hotel is great. Zero issues with amenities, very clean, new, breakfast was good and the lady in charge was great. Our only negative comment goes to the guy checking us in. He shouldn't work with people or was having a bad day, not sure. He was rude and question my husband as to why he needed a second room key for me to have. It was just an odd and unnecessary conversation and never had that in any of our stays anywhere. Hopefully this guy gets some time off from his customer geared role and resets to be able to work with people. The hotel and all other staff was 10/10

Nice place to stay for one night on trip to Philadelphia. I suggest that the hotel check its address and directions on online maps as directions took us to a residential area.

The hotel and staff are great. The town offers limited dining, would need to drive 10-15 mins for restaurant variety. However we ate at the local diner which was a 1 minute drive from the hotel and it was excellent, my baked cod was as fresh as can be and my wife’s baked chicken was excellent as well.

Very good value for money. Clean, updated rooms, efficient staff, reasonably priced. Also, good location right off the intersection of two major highways. My only really small feedback is that breakfast coffee could be of higher quality, was pretty average, at least in my opinion.

The room was clean and a nice, comfortable size with plenty of electrical outlets for devices. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a nice complimentary breakfast. All at a good price. Definitely staying there again.

Clean room. Nice property and easy to get to. Lots of breakfast choices but Hot breakfast items were barely warm. Accessible room was beautiful and large. But no support bar at the toilet and no way to get walker in the toilet/shower room. Door to main bathroom was so heavy, many people who need an accessible room wouldn't be able to open/close it. Shower is great but no seat and not a rollin for wheelchair. Still... we will stay here again.

First arrival I was kind of confused because Google led me to the wrong hotel but upon looking I found it a little after the road that doesn't seem like it's there.. the room was very clean the hotel itself was very clean everyone was very helpful very easy to check in the pool room was very nice and clean the fitness room was nice easily accessible nobody gave me any issues about everything everything was quiet the breakfast the next morning there were decent options I was excited that I was able to make my own waffle and my kids really had a lot of fun

I've stayed at lots of Hamptons and this is one of the best. Every time I came through the front door, someone was cleaning something. I got the sense that this one is family owned based on the staffing and the attentive customer service. It's a new hotel which is always nice, and you can see their thoughtful selections, like the outlet in the bathroom that includes a nite light. Interestingly, they chose to plant ginko trees in the parking lot rather than the standard maples. Gingkos are more expensive and will outlive the person who planted them.
