A very comfortable house. Roomy and excellent air conditioning for those hot days. Well maintained. All the family enjoyed it.

Dated and in need of significant maintenance. I understand new owner will be repainting and adding ducted air. This is very much needed as extremely hot house. Bathrooms and kitchen quite dated. Oven fan makes significant noise and needs repair. Close to beach which is a great asset. Beds are quite uncomfortable and mattresses are also due for replacement. This was one of the cheapest houses to rent in the area and thought this might be due to it being on the market however it may be due to the conditioner. A good deep clean is also needed. Air conditioner filters were thick with dust and possibly had never been cleaned.
