The hotel is very nice and in a good location with a beautiful view over the island. The room itself was clean, and out of all the amenities they all worked well, the only thing missing was a kettle, and as I understand it the hotel was getting them the day we left (so this is likely to be amongst the amenities now). The staff were helpful and the room itself was spacious and pleasantly decorated.

Beautiful views and veey relaxing place if you want disconnect for a while from the city

This is a nice enough little place for getting some authentic island feel. The room could have used some upkeep. There was mold along the baseboards, The door didn't lock but I didn't feel like anyone was going to steal anything either. None of the staff spoke English so I had to communicate with the hotel via someone on WhatsApp. Not a bad workaround. They were very responsive. Be advised you have to walk up a pretty good hill to get there. If you are not one to want to trudge up a hill take that into consideration.

Black mould visible on walls, ceiling and all over the bathroom. Staff were lovely but only one person on the property at any time and no way to draw their attention if they were occupied. The vacant block opposite allows a beautiful view. Away from the touristic area which was a deliberate choice but the poorly maintained paths made access with luggage difficult. Laundry was returned still damp in a plastic bag and no tea/coffee making facilities available before 9am. Would not pass health and safety regulations in any western country. Disappointing because from outside it looks perfect and has so much potential. The owner keeps her distance and communicates via WhatsApp messages..

Good stay, great view and clean apartment. We stayed in winter (mid January) and it was pretty cold at night, AC was working but still I think it's much nicer when it's warmer outside. One "minus" is that check-out is at 9 am, which is too early. And also its on top of the hill so its pretty steep if you walking there.
