Tassie. Woth no effective heater. The heat pump in the reverse cycle air con wasnt working. And known by the porotery management team (in writing). Left with non fit for purpose oil heaters etc. After advising was left to try and get resolution through hotels.com who were blocked at any refund by the sites management. Had a wonderful two days hiking the area. Wont be staying here or through this management team ever again. Been using this site for my business and personal travel for about a decade.. never complained. But this was terrible. Heading into winter in Tassie. Not acceptable to know this and still expect a person to be ok with it.

Right across the road from Main Beach, Binalong Bay. Walks in each direction. Quick 10 min drive to St Helens to get supplies. The Hub Restaurant was a pleasant 6 doors down from the house! Loved our stay, such a pretty area

We found melted scented candle wax on rhe back of the door and ash on the carpet. we cleaned the smelly mess up in one of the rooms. The only smoke alarm wasnt working and left open on the celing. It was reported and fixed on the 2nd night. This was a concern for us.as the microwave blew up and needed to.be replaced. Electrical fault and no working smoke alarm in the house. Location was great just across from beach, beds were clean and comfortable. View was good

4 of us stayed at front row beach. The view did not disappoint! The property was clean and the shower was hot. We were disappointed with the internal quality fitout of the property. It presents as a tired cheap rental property. Not what you would expect for the price.

Beachfront, fresh, bright interior. Excellent response from property managers when requested.
