This is one of the worse property that I ever stayed at in St Martens. You can’t explain your Customer to drag there 22kg suitcase up the staircase. Its your responsibility to make sure the lift its up and working. The wall in our room was dirty looking like it was never clean before also in a hot island like this the AC was not working properly. Lucky we were only there for one night we will never going back there even if its just for a night hoiii

Awful stay. Checked into a room where bed was not even made. No shampoo or soap in the shower. Inattentive staff. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had

The room are very modern and the staff super friendly. You are in a great area with restaurants and the beaches are a short walk.

The room is not maintained. It needs painting the air conditioning vents are very dirty and the toilet was constantly running water, a waste very unsustainable. The staff is not educated or well trained. The parking are itself is well laid out and surfaced by to enter from the road its a steep drop off, very dangerous for vehicles. The phones and TV in the entire property does not work, very poor in this modern day.
