There are a number of positives. Property is well located and is very clean. It’s sparse but appointed well enough to make for a comfortable day. We felt the breakfast left much to be desired. Fresh bread would be a nice change from what was obviously stale, and leftover from several days. And the manager was at best indifferent and completely without any warmth or welcome and provided very little information about the area. Overall a very impersonal and just adequate stay at best.

We had the best stay! The hotel and the staff is absolutely extraordinary and very kind. In fact I stay at many rather expensive hotels but this is truly special. The hotel itself is very well maintained and exceptionally clean (it was cleaned each day during our stay). Its quit and calm, and you get to enjoy their exceptionally good wine with a view of the Mosel. The breakfast is exceptional. Eggs are prepared for you. Cars can be placed in garage and electric vehicles can be charged (ours were). The hotel is exceptionally well suited for wheel chairs as well, I noticed that during our stay. It simply cannot be better than this.

The property is beautifully located along the Mosel river. The accommodations were wonderful and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. I am physically impaired and got all the assistance i could possibly wish for. Highly recommend!

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ongelooflijk lekker en goed verzorgd ontbijt. Heel propere en mooie kamers. Mooi en rustig hotel. Ideaal voor fietsen en wandelen. Openluchtzwembad vlakbij. Wij komen zeker terug. Een echte aanrader om u even te laten verwennen.

Wij zijn daar een midweek geweest. Het is een mooi, schoon en net hotel. Goed ontbijt. Heel mooie omgeving! Je loopt zo naar de overkant en staat dan direct aan de Moezel, prachtig! Wij vonden één punt van kritiek: De weg die voor het hotel langs loopt is druk en gehorig. Al met al hadden wij een topvakantie!
