Beautiful accommodations. Clean well equipped rooms. Very good breakfast options. Tea/coffee available at all times. Friendly staff. They made check in easy. Shower was quite small. Ok for us but might be tight for a larger person. Easy access to house from the highway.

The Carriage House Inn is a beautiful property set up for guests. Self check in was easy and well explained. Everything was clean. Nice to have a small kitchen area if we wanted/needed to make anything. The hosts were nice and their property caretaker who lives there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area.

The atmosphere upstairs was so relaxed. We enjoyed sitting on the couch, the bookcase and decor by the staircase nice touch. On the hot day it was great to come into our room and have it cool.

The Carriage House Inn was FABULOUS! It is a recently renovated property in a residential area. We were greeted upon arrival even though we had received emails about how to check in. The Inn is beautiful inside and out! It is immaculate, had a coffee/tea station and filtered water readily available. The room(s)--3 couples traveling together were each uniquely and very tastefully appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast served up quickly. There was plenty of parking! Our only regret was that we werre only staying one night.

We enjoyed being greeted by our friendly host upon arrival. We were given all the unfo we needed for a great stay. We also received suggestions for good restaurants near by. The breakfast was hot, plenty and delcious. We enjoyed the 24 hour tea, coffee and cocoa bar. Our bed was so comfy and overall it was very quiet. We would stay again.

Very nice, all the amenities(his and her bathrobes!)provided plus coffee, tea, etc available all hours. Extremely hospitable host and staff. Easy parking, close to highway access. Good value, lovely stay definitely recommend!

This lovely bed and breakfast is tucked into a quiet residential area of Grand Falls - Windsor, yet just minutes by car from shopping and restaurants. Exceptionally clean. Everything was wonderful. Lovely Carriage House. Our room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help us. the wonderful lady at the desk used her personal phone to contact the ferry for us when we were unsure if our scheduled departure had been cancelled. Thank you so very much, you went above and beyond expectations.

We were expecting a B&B where we would meet the owners, have a home made breakfast, instead we got a cheap hotel breakfast with store bought hash brown patties. Comparable to a McDonalds breakfast - no better. It was basically a 15 room hotel in a residential neighbourhood. We filled our water bottles from the water jug that we expected to be purified water. Instead it was musty smelling, horrible tasting water that had either been sitting too long or the container was filled from the garden hose. The whole experience felt cheap. It seemed like the focus was on making money and not on customer enjoyment. It was hot in our room but the cheap a/c was so noisy you couldnt leave it on and get to sleep and there was no window to open.Lot’s of little things added up to a less than ideal experience.

Nice house in a pleasant neighborhood. Unfortunately, dining options are limited in town and there appeared to be no staff on site when we arrived around 4pm. I received notification that our room would be unlocked and we would find our key inside, this is not what I’m used to. A young lady made us breakfast in the morning but there was no one really “in charge” in the building. Otherwise, the room was nice and clean and breakfast was good.

Charming Inn just off the Trans Canada Highway, in a quiet location. Great breakfast included. Highly recommend. The Alexander Murray Trail is an excellent hike only 60 minutes away.

Charming Inn just off the Trans Canada Highway, in a quiet location. Great breakfast included. Highly recommend. The Alexander Murray Trail is an excellent hike only 60 minutes away.

Very nice, all the amenities(his and her bathrobes!)provided plus coffee, tea, etc available all hours. Extremely hospitable host and staff. Easy parking, close to highway access. Good value, lovely stay definitely recommend!

This lovely bed and breakfast is tucked into a quiet residential area of Grand Falls - Windsor, yet just minutes by car from shopping and restaurants. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was made to order and of good quality. Owners and staff are friendly and amenable. Comfortable seating areas indoors and out for small groups travelling together.

Self checkin was easy. As soon as reservation was made they text me with directions. Very clean. It was unexpected overnight stay, I didn’t have my slippers I found my feet were cold. It didn’t say on booking site that it was continental breakfast during off season, so I was a little disappointed about that because I’ve stayed there before and had fabulous breakfasts. In saying that there was a wonderful selection for breakfast, perked coffee would have made a world of difference.

We were expecting a B&B where we would meet the owners, have a home made breakfast, instead we got a cheap hotel breakfast with store bought hash brown patties. Comparable to a McDonalds breakfast - no better. It was basically a 15 room hotel in a residential neighbourhood. We filled our water bottles from the water jug that we expected to be purified water. Instead it was musty smelling, horrible tasting water that had either been sitting too long or the container was filled from the garden hose. The whole experience felt cheap. It seemed like the focus was on making money and not on customer enjoyment. It was hot in our room but the cheap a/c was so noisy you couldnt leave it on and get to sleep and there was no window to open.Lot’s of little things added up to a less than ideal experience.

The Carriage House Inn was FABULOUS! It is a recently renovated property in a residential area. We were greeted upon arrival even though we had received emails about how to check in. The Inn is beautiful inside and out! It is immaculate, had a coffee/tea station and filtered water readily available. The room(s)--3 couples traveling together were each uniquely and very tastefully appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast served up quickly. There was plenty of parking! Our only regret was that we werre only staying one night.

The Carriage House was a perfect stop along our route to St. John’s. Check-in was easy. We received an email saying that our room was ready and to just come in. The room was very clean and had everything that we needed. A full hot breakfast was included in the price of the room and was exceptional. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Also easy on and off the Trans Canada Hwy.

The rooms were lovely, quiet and comfortable . The caretaker gave us a great tip for dinner which we enjoyed( War Wicks Chinese Restaurant). The included breakfast was quite sparse .

I was there on the business trip but I guess it’s even better when you’re on vacation. The house is super. Everything’s clean and parking is easy. The only thing I didn’t like so much was the hot breakfast. In retrospect, I should’ve chosen the “continental” option instead of the two small pancakes, single sausage, one slice of orange and one slice of watermelon. For some reason, the scrambled eggs didn’t follow.
