Hotel super bem localizado, há uns cem metros da área de mercados e bares. Limpeza e atendimento impecáveis. Quartos grandes e confortáveis, e café da manhã uma delícia. Duas observações, as tomadas quase nenhuma no quarto funcionava inclusive a única que havia ao lado da cama e o hotel não tem elevador sendo acesso aos andares de cima apenas por escada.

This is a great find in Siem Reap for anyone on a budget that wants a super friendly, family-owned hotel to stay at. You're only 2 minutes from the night market on the south side of the river and 5 minute walk to downtown and Pub Street, yet it is very quiet and safe. Bruno (from Belgium) and his wife are superb hosts who are genuinely keen to make sure you have a great time. This is not a hotel if you want all the luxuries - like an elevator - but our room was super clean and had everything we really needed for our three days in the area.

Room was exactly as pictured, although they are not on the ground floor and there is no elevator if mobility is a problem. Room and bathroom were large. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Breakfast was cooked to order from a set list of 6+ option from 7-10. Options are some meat, eggs, toast and fruit variation. They are also accommodating and will prepack one for you if you are heading out prior to 7am for a sunrise tour. Manager was friendly and helpful with arranging tuktuk to do sunset at Angkor Wat. The pool is small but cool and refreshing. Wifi really only seemed to work in half the room. Location was excellent. Short walk (10 mins) or tuk tuk to Pub Street/Central Market. Felt safe walking as solo female at dark. Quiet during sleeping hours.

Dommage que l'on ne puisse pas mettre plus que 5 Étoiles. Tout est fait pour que votre séjour soit parfait. L'amabilité incroyable du personnel, les équipements en tous genres, la piscine, la beauté de l'hôtel et des chambres. L'emplacement est parfait. A cinq minutes même pas du centre, mais dans une rue calme. Et que dire du patron. Les adjectifs me manquent. Bruno vous fera découvrir un Cambodge authentique. Bruno est passionné et altruiste au possible. Avec lui, toutes les excursions, tous les transferts, absolument tout est orchestré de main de maître, sans perdre de temps. Vraiment, je n'imagine pas aller ailleurs qu'ici, pour le séjour ou pour les excursions ! Merci Bruno, infiniment.

Ich war im Five Senses Boutique Hotel sehr zufrieden, ich hatte das kleinere Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, super für eine Person! Es gibt alles was man braucht: Ventilator, AC, Kühlschrank, heißes Wasser, Flachbild-TV mit vielen englischen Sendern. Es gibt im Hotel ein kleines Pool mit Wirlpool, super als Erfrischug nach den Tempelbesuchen. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche (nach Möglichkeit), er hat für mich den Bus von Sihanoukville nach Siem Reap gebucht mit gratis pick-up vom Bus Bahnhof, und ich durfte erst nach Ankunft bezahlen; er hat auch einen Scooter für mich gebucht, dieser wurde direkt zum Hotel gebracht! Das Hotel befindet sich gleich über die Brücke, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Old Market. Es ist ruhig und zum Glück weit genug vom Lärm vom Pub Street und trotzdemin entraler Lage. Das Presi-Leistungsverhältnis ist echt super! Ich habe eine Woche hier verbracht und war sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank für alles.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great food on your doorstep with Sambo restaurant near by. Walking distance to busy shopping and dining area. Hotel has a lovely pool which is essential in the heat and is never too busy. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely small family owned hotel. There is much to like about this little hotel, great amenities, attractive decor, good location with a couple of great restaurants next door, a good breakfast, and friendly staff. My only concern at the hotel was the noise coming from the pool area with small children yelling, screaming…. The hotel is quite small and the noise strongly impacts many of the rooms. Perhaps the hotel might consider setting up some quiet hours so all their guests can enjoy the space and head out for errands during kiddy pool time. Just a thought.

Cozy Boutique Hotel beim Fluß, klein und fine. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit AC, Badewanneund Fratscreen-TV. Der Besitzer ist nett und hilft, wo er kann (z.B. bei der Buchung von Bus-Tickets, Tours, Tuk Tuk, Circus tickets, usw). Es gibt ein kleines Pool mit Wirlpool, großartig für die Entspannung nach den Tempelbesuchen. Das Frühstück à la carte ist gut (z.B. Eier, Obst, Pancake, Cafe). Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit!

Wonderful family owned small hotel with incredible service. Hotel extremely helpful with offer to pick up from the airport with a tuktuk and arranged transport to see the temples. Great location near the river/pub street on a quiet street that has several wonderful restaurants. Nice pool to cool off in after a long day of sightseeing! Clean with large rooms.

This is an extraordinary little gem. The staff and their service were simply terrific and my room was large, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The spa was worth 10x what I paid and was the highlight of my trip to Siem Reap—maybe even more so than Angkor Wat! I just cannot praise The 5 Senses enough.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The room was clean and service was excellent. The owner arranged a trip to the lake which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The location is very close to the market and we had access to excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Siem Reap.

Wonderful stay! Loved the room, the bed, balcony, it was quiet and we had a good sleep. close to everything, great food places step away from the hotel. And finally - Bruno! He's the Man, helped us with multiple requests, provided guidance around the city and neighborhood and always with warm and welcoming attitude! ) Highly recommend!

宿のスタッフは非常に親切でした。 部屋は広く快適で、暑い中プールに入れるのも最高でした。 またカンボジアでは公共の場でタバコを吸えないので、喫煙者としてはテラスで喫煙可能なのは助かりました。 ただ、1点だけ要注意なのは虫です。 バルコニーのドアがスライド式で密閉されていないせいか、夜に無数の小バエ（タバコシバンムシ？）が部屋に入ってきました。対策として、カーテンを全て閉めて部屋の電気を間接照明だけにしたら虫はどこかに消えました。 あと、室内の石風呂はあまり機能しません。栓が古く水が抜けていきます。水を入れるスピード10に対して水が抜けるスピードが5といったところでした。

Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und erfüllt alle Wünsche (nach Möglichkeit), er hat für mich den Bus von Sihanoukville nach Siem Reap gebucht mit gratis pick-up vom Bus Bahnhof, und ich durfte erst nach Ankunft bezahlen; er hat auch einen Scooter für mich gebucht, dieser wurde direkt zum Hotel gebracht! Das Hotel befindet sich gleich über die Brücke, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt vom Old Market. Es ist ruhig und zum Glück weit genug vom Lärm vom Pub Street und trotzdemin entraler Lage. Das Presi-Leistungsverhältnis ist echt super! Ich habe eine Woche hier verbracht und war sehr zufrieden, vielen Dank für alles.

I’ve already raved about the hotel in a previous review, but then I needed to return when there was a snafu with my visa at the airport. The level of care and concern for me this time around can only be described as extraordinary, and I wholeheartedly recommend The 5 Senses to all visitors to Siem Reap, especially those who find themselves in need of a little TLC!

This hotel is amazingly central yet in a quiet area. Bruno and his family are especially lovely. We had a bit of issue with our flight booking and Bruno was so helpful and kind that it mediated the stress we felt. Thank you for a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Really lovely hotel, excellent communication from Bruno before and during my stay. Really good places to eat nearby and hotel arrange a trip that I wanted to go on as well as pick up and drop off for where I needed to be . Would definitely stay here if visiting again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The room was clean and service was excellent. The owner arranged a trip to the lake which was one of the highlights of our vacation. The location is very close to the market and we had access to excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Siem Reap.

We had a phenomenal time at this hotel. Upon our arrival, we were greeted, helped with our bags, and offered complimentary drinks. Breakfast is included and they had it ready for us at 5am so we could make it in time to see the sunrise at Angkor Wat. All of the staff was very friendly and service oriented. The hotel arranges taxis (tuk-tuk), tours and everything you need. They made us feel right at home.

Wonderful boutique hotel, close to the centre of Siem Reap. Friendly owners who helped us when we wanted to book tours and run tusk. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants in the immediate area as well as being a 5 min walk from Pub Street.

This is a great find in Siem Reap for anyone on a budget that wants a super friendly, family-owned hotel to stay at. You're only 2 minutes from the night market on the south side of the river and 5 minute walk to downtown and Pub Street, yet it is very quiet and safe. Bruno (from Belgium) and his wife are superb hosts who are genuinely keen to make sure you have a great time. This is not a hotel if you want all the luxuries - like an elevator - but our room was super clean and had everything we really needed for our three days in the area.

Duas observações, as tomadas quase nenhuma no quarto funcionava inclusive a única que havia ao lado da cama e o hotel não tem elevador sendo acesso aos andares de cima apenas por escada.

Room was exactly as pictured, although they are not on the ground floor and there is no elevator if mobility is a problem. Room and bathroom were large. Bed was firm but comfortable. Pillows were amazing. Breakfast was cooked to order from a set list of 6+ option from 7-10. Options are some meat, eggs, toast and fruit variation. They are also accommodating and will prepack one for you if you are heading out prior to 7am for a sunrise tour. Manager was friendly and helpful with arranging tuktuk to do sunset at Angkor Wat. The pool is small but cool and refreshing. Wifi really only seemed to work in half the room. Location was excellent. Short walk (10 mins) or tuk tuk to Pub Street/Central Market. Felt safe walking as solo female at dark. Quiet during sleeping hours.

Lovely small family owned hotel. There is much to like about this little hotel, great amenities, attractive decor, good location with a couple of great restaurants next door, a good breakfast, and friendly staff. My only concern at the hotel was the noise coming from the pool area with small children yelling, screaming…. The hotel is quite small and the noise strongly impacts many of the rooms. Perhaps the hotel might consider setting up some quiet hours so all their guests can enjoy the space and head out for errands during kiddy pool time. Just a thought.

Everything about this experience staying at the 5 senses was absolutely do fantastic. I would say just don't hesitate booking here, it really is just perfect. The host was extremely helpful and courteous as were his staff, nothing asked of them was too much trouble His communication prior to arriving was exemplary, he even arranged collection to and from thw airport for my wife and I for just $55, and then arranged a tuk tuk guide and transport to all the three temples of Angkor for just $19. The breakfast was lovely especially the pancakes! Honestly loved this place, just perfect, the rooms are beautiful and quite spacious. All in all, just fantastic!

The Five Senses is in an excellent location less then 10 minutes walk the old market and pub street and 18 minute walk to the Made in Cambodia market. The hotel is clean and with several delicious breakfast options. All the staff were wonderful in every way. They were kind, friendly, helpful, and gracious. They helped us confirm Tuk Tuk and car rides to the temples, the floating villages, and other excursions. The Somba restaurant just a 3 minute walk away on the way to the old market and is amazing. Every dish is delicious. The hotel has a cozy, comfortable, friendly atmosphere and we would most definitely recommend it for a wonderful visit.
