This was a wonderful boutique hotel. Fresh squeezed orange and barista made coffee every day. Staff were so nice and accommodating. I love this area of Italy...hotel is new and everything was super clean and they provided robes and alippers

This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Overall, a great spot and terrific price-point for the overall pricey town!

The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there.

Excellent service. Asked for recommendations for dinner and drinks. Spot on all three times. Super helpful staff. Can’t fawn enough over them. Hotel located in walking area. We parked at the autosilo which was only a four minute walk. If you have a van it can be kind of tight in the parking lot. Area of hotel was safe, easy walk to water. Contact hotel before you arrive and they will arrange boat tours and experiences for you. Room was really nice and a great shower. Can’t speak for the A/C since it was only 70 degrees outside and early April (so heat hasn’t been turned off). We turned off the heat, opened the room balcony to cool it down (and it did.) and relaxed. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast normal euro fare and good, with a special cake/pastry each day. I would recommend and return.

The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! The breakfast was not so diverse but it was everything you needed! Hope to travel again to Como, and definitely will book again this hotel!

Great location. Nearby public parking if you have a car. Very friendly staff. You can walk to the pier where you take the boat to other toens in Lame Como. Great breakfast.

Such a lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and full of recommendations, the service was so personalised a major plus of staying in a small hotel. The room was very comfortable, a lovely bed and shower. The hotel is very conveniently located loads of restaurants & shops nearby by and has a nice bar for your afternoon aperol spritz.

What a perfect location! It is a bit challenging to get to the hotel directly by car/taxi, but we were able to get close enough to find it easily. Once there, it was perfect for shopping, dining, taking the Lake Como ferry, etc. absolutely loved the property and Lame Como in general.

This hotel was great! The staff were excellent and incredibly helpful. We left an airbnb because it didn’t have AC - here, the rooms were nice and cool even in 90 degree weather. Highly reccommended!

Extremely nice and comfortable hotel situated in the very best street of Como city. The room was spacious, clean, cooled with very comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us around the city. Breakfast was really nice. Highly recommendable if going to Como city.

Kleines, aber feines Stadthotel. Äusserst aufmerksames zuvorkommendes Personal bekommt von mir 5 Sterne!!! und ein grosses Dankeschön. Zimmer leider sehr sehr klein, aber neu. Die Heizung/Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist ziemlich laut. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit einem hervorragenden Advocadotoast. Komme gerne wieder, auch wenn das kleine Zimmer bei mir eigentlich ein NoGo wäre.

Great location, great staff, could do with more lighting in the bedroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Could not ask for a better location. . Bathroom excellent. Breakfast great As a solo I was nade to feel very welcome by all the sraff who were rostered on during my stay.

Boutique by name and boutique by nature! One of the most friendly and welcoming staff I have came across in my travels! Room a decent size and shower room with all little extras you may need or have forgotten! Even chocs left on your pilllow and towels changed again in evening, great little touch. Breakfast normal continental spread, again very welcoming and made our morning tea without asking! Right in the middle of town, so close to everything, would not look anywhere else if I find myself back in Como in future. So helpful, thank you

Very nice stay that I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a great part of Como. Close to most transportation and great shopping. Train station is a walk if you have luggage but it’s not terrible. Great staff and service!

Great little boutique this - design and fit out is super fresh, everything perfectly clean, ideal location, comfy bed… and most of all Diana on reception makes you feel immediately welcome and well looked after throughout. Hope to be back one day 👌

Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused to do that. Cost me $200 figured they would at least give me a partial refund. So not sure about the management there.
Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. When I checked in and asked the desk to cancel the next night, my incorrect booking, they refused to do that. Cost me $200 figured they would at least give me a partial refund. So not sure about the management there.

The staff is so courteous and friendly. The room gets cleaned daily and made up for the evening. The morning breakfast is enough to start your day. The location is close to most of the sights. Would recommend and stay again

This new property is a gem! It’s only got about 10 rooms and while not big they are beautifully appointed and for Como, very reasonably priced. You cannot beat the location! Right in the heart of old town and minutes (seconds?) from shopping, restaurants and the lake itself. Highly recommended!!!

The ladies who staff the front desk were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was spacious enough and the only complaint would be that there is not enough lighting. Location was just off the main street of Como, via Vittorio Emanuelle which is a pedestrian area so we did have to roll our suitcases a few blocks to get there.

This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy! And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening! Plus, what everyone says about breakfast is true - delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and more. I loved it. And I also recommend heading to Villa del Balbianello & Bellagio. Take me back to Como!!!!

Very nice stay that I would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a great part of Como. Close to most transportation and great shopping. Train station is a walk if you have luggage but it’s not terrible. Great staff and service!

Great location. Nearby public parking if you have a car. Very friendly staff. You can walk to the pier where you take the boat to other toens in Lame Como. Great breakfast.

Location is perfect for exploring Como. 15 mins walk from the train station, and you’re literally on top of everything in town. Rooms are small, but have everything you need. Beds were super comfy. All the staff were so helpful, they even made us up a breakfast as we were leaving early.💙 Nicolette, Eingi, Franchesca & Veronica are a huge credit to the hotel, so professional and helpful. This the 2nd ‘Boutique style’ hotel we’ve been too, another to highly recommend.

What a perfect location! It is a bit challenging to get to the hotel directly by car/taxi, but we were able to get close enough to find it easily. Once there, it was perfect for shopping, dining, taking the Lake Como ferry, etc. absolutely loved the property and Lame Como in general.

This was a wonderful boutique hotel. Fresh squeezed orange and barista made coffee every day. Staff were so nice and accommodating. I love this area of Italy...hotel is new and everything was super clean and they provided robes and alippers

This was the cutest property, right in the middle of Como. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room was small but clean and had everything we could need. There was even a free phone that we were able to take with us around town and use for Google Maps. They offer a free breakfast which was simple but worked (the chocolate croissants were delicious). Overall, a great spot and terrific price-point for the overall pricey town!

A beautiful and very well appointed small hotel in the very heart of Como. Unfailingly friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast including wonderful avocado toast. Real coffee in the room and lovely bathroom.

The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! The breakfast was not so diverse but it was everything you needed! Hope to travel again to Como, and definitely will book again this hotel!

Chose this location because it was close to the hospital where my wife was. Clean room and very nice staff and great breakfast. The only problem was that I accidentally booked the room for the next night versus the night I needed it. Of course I was in the hospital and stressed to find a place to stay. My friend and I booked the deceivingly wonderful 73 Boutique for 4 nights, for a wedding in which I was the maid of honor. On the first night, we woke up to 100+ bug bites each. We inspected the bed, and immediately saw a dead bug, one live one crawling, and another clear carcass on the ground. We told the front desk immediately and showed them pictures, and we showed her and a housekeeper the dead,l bug on the bed. The housekeeper inexplicably picks up the bug, throws it over her shoulder, and repeatedly says in italian, “it’s not an insect.” The receptionist was understanding and believed us, and offered to speak to the hotel manager. They offered us room on another floor, which we accepted, as we were understanding that it was a clean, 4 star establishment that perhaps had a one-room mishap. However, what was unacceptable was that such a clean, 4 star establishment had no policy for luggage treatment, a dismissive housekeeper, and worst of all, stood their ground on only offering 50% off the FIRST night, the night we suffered. We asked to speak to the manager and never got an opportunity to. Multiple people including the reception manager were informed that I spent the multi-day wedding as the maid of honor with bites all down my neck and face, both arms, and back, and they all reiterated that the manager refuses to offer anything more than 50% off a single night. What a joke. Enjoy your risk of 100+ bites with no reconciliation.
