洗濯機があるのは非常に嬉しいですが、2台しかありませんので順番待ちとなります。乾燥機も２台ありますが、一般家庭用レベルの乾燥機であり、1.5時間乾燥機に入れても全く乾きません。少なくとも乾燥機はスピード乾燥出来るものに替えて頂かないと、せっかく洗濯機置いて頂いているホテルなのに勿体ないです。

The bathroom in the room is wider than a standard business hotel. They also have a nice spa but it closes at 1:00 am. You will need to turn on the TV to get your Wi-Fi passcode. No breakfast plans are available. overall, the experience was good.

5 mins walk to the JR station/ restaurant/ grocery/ donki/ Family mart. I feel the area is safe, but not to the standard that safe to walk alone at night for a single lady. Overall, hotel is small, no space for eating, but equipped with everything you need. Public bath is nice & clean to shower. They also provide pj to wear. You can rent hair curler/ iron, 2 set of washer & dryer to use, price is very reasonable. Staff is nice & informative.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Amanek Kamata and would absolutely stay here again. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station, there are plenty of affordable food options and convenience stores. The area was safe and I never felt worried. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and spoke English. The room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The shower had amazing water pressure. The only negative was the washer/dryer situation. There is only two washers and dryers. The dryer did not work properly so our clothes never fully dried. If you are doing laundry, find somewhere outside of the hotel instead. That was the only real downside.

口コミ通り清掃が行き届いていて、とても清潔感のあるホテルでした。フロントの男性の方もとても感じが良かったです。気持ち良く宿泊することが出来ました。大浴場の込み具合も部屋のテレビで確認出来たのも良かったです。ただ、女性の大浴場の脱衣所が狭かったです。

Un hôtel idéal pour un séjour à Tokyo. Les chambres ne sont pas très spacieuses mais très bien agencé très propre et très confortable. La salle de bain n’est pas très grande mais très propre. Le bain public est en parfait état. Le personnel est toujours agréable et disponible.

Hotel is conveniently located just a short 2-minute walk from JR Kamata Station, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There's an onsen on the premises, which is a nice bonus. The bed was big, but the room was actually quite small for two people, there was basically nowhere to sit except on the bed, and opening our suitcases was nearly impossible due to the limited space. The room seems designed for travelers with just a backpack who don't do much shopping, as there's definitely no space for anything extra (but it’s Tokyo, everyone shops in Tokyo!). We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they were generally polite. There was an extra charge (1,500 yen) for storing our luggage on the day we checked out, which was a downside, since 99% of hotels offer that service for free.

The platform for the beds allows luggage to slide underneath. And beds can slide together to permit benches and eating areas. Definitely will select again. There is a direct bus from Haneda to JR Station Kamata. Take that when traveling with luggage.

Front staff members are extremely attentive and courteous. We stayed for a total of 9 nights at this hotel. Bed is a bit small for our 6'3" son but he said the bed was comfortable. It's right next to the Kamata Station with MANY restaurants and shops nearby. If the washers and dryers are a bit bigger then it'd be perfect. 4 adults/2 room

Location was great, but that’s about it. Housekeeping is every 3 days but you can request for new towels. You leave the sign at the door and they leave two sets of towels in a bag and hang it on the door knob. Well, that’s not the case for us. We had to ask three times but they never gave us new ones and we ended up just picking up the towels ourselves at the reception. Room was small which is typical for a japanese hotel so no complains there. Overall, the service was not something I expected from a japanese hotel. We’ll book somewhere else next time.

Loved the staff and hotel. The pillows were a bit hard for my liking but the staff were more than happy to provide another pillow or amenities to make the stay more comfortable. 2 washers and dryers, try to do laundry early morning or late at night to avoid long waits.

Web page is inaccurate. It says there is daily housekeeping, while in fact there is no housekeeping until after three days. Also, there is no free luggage storage after checking out. I discussed these problems with the manager and he agreed there is a problem. Unfortunately Hotels.com provides no way to report problems on Web page except for providing a mixed review.

The sense of the security of this hotel staffs were very poor! The room keys had Hotel Name and the room numbers are clearly visible! It’s not safe at all, what about if we drop the keys , or our purses have stolen??? The hotel staffs were not care when we mentioned about the security and left the keys with them at the hotel! The key’s were still the same situation when came beck to the hotel, and seemed like they don’t even care! Unbelievable!

Meget lille hotelværelse med blændet vindue, så der kom ingen dagslys ind. Servicen fra personalet var god og hotellet var rent og pænt. Ligger meget tæt på station. Et område med lidt støj om aftenen.

JR蒲田駅に近く利便性が高い。羽田空港への公共バスも駅の反対側だが、朝の５時１０分始発からある。バス停への地下通路のアクセスも近くて５分程度で乗り場に到着可能です。乗車時間は第三ターミナルまで２０分前後です。また、食事処、コンビニも徒歩１分圏内に多数あり羽田空港早朝便利用者にはおすすめします。

部屋は綺麗だった。駅に近い為、飲食店なども多くあった。しかし、深夜になると中国人みたいな人がマッサージを誘う客引きが多く居て、周辺の治安がよく思わなかった。気にされない方には便利だと思います。

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to train station, shops, supermarket, taxi rank etc. The room was clean & tidy and staff are very courteous and helpful. I only took a star off as a 'Do not Disturb' sign is missing from the room other then that we enjoyed our stay.

Very close to Kamata Station and had onsen in hotel. Ramen restaurant around corner very Oishi. Food in station very good. Walkable to Keikyu Kamata station @15 mins.

Hotel is conveniently located just a short 2-minute walk from JR Kamata Station, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. There's an onsen on the premises, which is a nice bonus. The bed was big, but the room was actually quite small for two people, there was basically nowhere to sit except on the bed, and opening our suitcases was nearly impossible due to the limited space. The room seems designed for travelers with just a backpack who don't do much shopping, as there's definitely no space for anything extra (but it’s Tokyo, everyone shops in Tokyo!). We didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they were generally polite. There was an extra charge (1,500 yen) for storing our luggage on the day we checked out, which was a downside, since 99% of hotels offer that service for free.

The place was very convenient. Close to Don Quijote, train station, and dining places. The places around the hotel are outdated but still very safe to walk around. The room was quite small, but it has everything. We love the onsen and complementary pj. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have coin washing machine and dryer as well as a restaurant on the second floor.

The bathroom in the room is wider than a standard business hotel. They also have a nice spa but it closes at 1:00 am. You will need to turn on the TV to get your Wi-Fi passcode. No breakfast plans are available. overall, the experience was good.

今まで宿泊したホテルは一人１本のペットボトル水あるのに、ここは無かった。部屋に空気清浄機が欲しかった。洗面所が暗い。ハンガーが少なく困った。靴べらの先が壊れて、靴下に穴が空いた。朝食が急に予約できない。今後はこういうホテルは泊まりたく無いし、今回の値段と比較すると残念すぎる。

朝食が牛丼の松屋でというのは残念でした。部屋は清潔でそこそこ広くて快適でした。ユニットバスではなく大浴場なので足、体を伸ばすことができて非常に良かったです。 JR蒲田駅まで徒歩２分で羽田空港までもバスで行けて非常に便利でした。

Good place to stay if you're just looking for a place to crash and don't care about comfort and space and you want something affordable. Our ooms were a lot smaller than what's pictured. There's no housekeeping service for short term stays but you can request fresh towel. No amenities in the room but there's a coin operated laundry machine in the lobby. Overall ok but I wouldn't stay there again for the reasons above.

아들과 함께 3박 이용함. 깔끔하고 직원들 친절 그리고 한국 직원분 만났습니다. 14층 이용했고 2층 공중목욕탕 이용함. 가성비 👍, 또다시 일본을간다면 또 숙박 이용하고 싶네요. Stayed for 3 nights with my son. It was clean, the staff were friendly, and I met a Korean staff member. I used the 14th floor and used the public bathhouse on the 2nd floor. Great value 👍 If I go to Japan again, I’d love to stay here once more.
