Hôtel Le Ballu

Buen espacio comparado a otros hoteles de Paris. preferí tener más espacio y comodidad a mismo precio que con otro Ubicación en centro de Paris.

I stayed for 5 nights and was deeply disappointed by the misleading advertising and poor management. ​1. The "Invisible" Shower: The booking page promised a "Rainfall showerhead", but the room only had an open-concept tub with no curtain or glass. It’s impossible to shower/wash hair without flooding the floor. When I asked to switch to a room with a shower, the hotel demanded an extra €250/night. It is absurd to pay an extra €1,250 for a basic amenity that was supposedly included in my original booking. ​2. Fake "Double Sofa Bed": The listing claimed a "Double sofa bed" for a 3rd guest. In reality, it’s just a standard, non-convertible sofa (see photo). It’s narrow, extremely hard, and barely fits one person. This is blatant false advertising regarding room capacity and comfort. ​3. Poor Communication: Despite leaving my contact info and packing bags for a room change, the hotel’s only "solution" was a massive price hike. ​Verdict: This hotel treats standard facilities (like a shower) as luxury upgrades. Unless you want to pay an extra €250/night just to wash your hair, do not book here. Total bait-and-switch experience.

Hotel le Ballu is such a great hidden gem. The perfect hidden hotel in a charming part of Paris . Go there ! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious , the common area is welcoming and the staff are great .

Super cool place, nice ambiance, great rooms and most of all fantastic service

Wonderful stay. Lovely hotel and a very accommodating staff. The room was extremely comfortable and large by Parisian standards. Also, the small private pool was a nice bonus.
