Villa \"The Guard House\" med pool och trädgård på 1200m2

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit allem was man benötigt. Sehr schöner Garten und Pool. Die Ausstattung ist modern und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Da Katzen gerne auf den Gartenmöbeln übernachten hinterlassen sie Haare, was man als Allergiker auch im Haus merkt.

Lovely house and secluded garden on a small hill, and a nice view of the garden from the dining area outside the kitchen and living room. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. There is a spacious and airy balcony on the first floor with a view to the sea as well as the mountains behind. Private parking on the property behind a secure automatic gate. Auchan hypermarket is five minutes away by car. Lots of bakeries. We loved the house and the area, as well as the nice welcome from Ms. Casta. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything a family might need. There's a large, practical dining table outside that is shaded from the sun, and everything is set up for a comfortable life. All bedrooms have working air conditioning. The pool area is nice and private and there is a lot more seaview than the photos show. Even the bathroom upstairs has a sea view The stairs to the entrance door and down to the pool area are quite steep and don’t have a handrail – it worked fine for us with three grown-up children, but it could be a concern for families with small kids.

Mooi huis maar wel enkele opmerkingen: niet heel erg schoon, grote tuin maar groot deel niet bruikbaar. Alles bij elkaar te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem schönen Pool. Alles hat gepasst, von der Begrüßung von Madame Casta bis zum Schluss. Herzlichen Dank für eine schöne Woche.
