Great interior decor and facilities. Incredibly comfortable bed!

This small, quaint stay has easy access to the beach. The room is decorated nicely, parking was easy, and access tot he room was convenient.

We went for a weekend get away to see a show in Fort Pierce. The property has some construction going on now so there were some construction-like materials at the front of the property, beautiful location a block from the gorgeous beach. I am glad we chose this quaint and quiet property. Just a couple of things: There are no hair dryers here, so being your own. They have tiny soaps but no shampoo or body wash. 10am checkout is kind of early. Bring washcloths or a loofa. I think that handicap bars might be a good addition to the shower and toilets. Otherwise I have no complaints and would stay here again, and we do plan to in the future.

I didn’t like all of the additional fees we didn’t find out about until we were in Florida like $25 per day which we had for 2 yoga mats and another 25 for parking which was tight on spaces. other than this the room was clean updated to feel nicer than hotel room and nicely decorated.Had kitchen amenities which were new.Suggestions broom and dustpan and a few hooks to hand towel or robe and one other small end table would finish it off I would recommend although want the one with the porch and own door next time😊

There is NO service at this hotel, items listed under room are missing, the room smelled very bad and was filled with mosquitos upon arrival. I contacted the hotel via email and phone over 40 times no reply. The room is so noisy you hear the conversation from adjacent room. They do not clean or at least come empty the garbage bin. Was charged resort fee for beach chairs that did not exist.

Great little hotel. No real amenities, but it's a short walk to a very quiet beach. Bed was super comfortable! A/C was nice and cold! Not much around that area except the Inlet State Park. Near by is Little Jim's Tiki Bar & Restaurant. Great casual place on the water with live music. We felt like we were in the Keys!

The walkway in front of our unit was very uneven and dangerous. The bed was so hard, and uncomfortable. The air conditioning did not work very well making it very uncomfortable and hot. The shower was filed with sand and there was a used bar of soap left on the shower floor. I had texted the host to as for Wi-Fi password as it was not provided in the information texted to me, I never got a reply. Not a great experience.

Very easy to check in. Very cute Bungalo & super close to the beach. Website said laundry, but they did not have one available. Maybe they will soon. You could tell that they are working on the place. (Upsates)

Most importantly, let me say that when I booked, this was the cheapest place to stay anywhere in the area. That being said, you get what you pay for. We had a nice stay and would consider staying again. Don't set yourself up for disappointment. Our room smelled a bit like sewage, but we opened the windows and it aired out. There was a refrigerator tray left on the rusty table on the little front porch. Bring your own shampoo and paper towels, there is none here. The hammock was broken, the gas grills were a bit rough. there was a beeping noise just outside our door that never stopped. The outside grounds need TLC and the property looks like a construction site. Lots of flooring and countertop and construction stuff laying all around. Two doors to the north is what appears to be an abandoned hotel that has been taken over by homeless squatters. Really sketchy looking and they yelled at us every time we went by. The room was clean, but not really, really clean. The bed was clean and comfortable. The decor was cute and new. Tice fridge, toaster oven and k-cup coffee maker. So, not perfect, but for the money it was a cute little bungalow just a short walk to the beach.

Hidden little gem in family neighborhood. Comfortable with good kitchen. Nice little social outdoor area a block from beach. Lots of parks in the area. 5 minute drive to town and restaurants.

We were scammed, the room we received was not what we rented. We were in a room as big as a closet with a restroom that you couldn’t shower it was so small. We rented the superior room with 2 beds because it was 4 people in our group, so they ended up leaving to a different place which was horrible late at night. Dirty room tons of mosquitoes, no hot water. I will never stay there again.

My girlfriend and I booked this place because we saw it had great reviews. Those reviews must have all been done by the property owners themselves or were paid reviews because none of them added up to anything we saw and experienced when we arrived. We arrived at this hotel on Friday April 11 at about 4:45pm. As we arrived we were already skeptical about the photos we saw online. Nothing about the outdoor atmosphere matched with photos we saw. The place seemed abandoned, but we didn’t think too much about it and had hope for the interior. We walked inside and we were immediately disgusted. This place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The floor was covered in sand and dirt and a few day old stain. The countertops were full of dirt. The toilet was covered in hair as well as either a poop or pee stains, but, good thing they sprayed toilet bowl cleaner inside the toilet to make it look like it was cleaned! Don’t worry we aren’t done. The shower glass was covered in hand prints and also dirty. We walked over to the bed and the floor around it was also full of dirt and stains. Given the fact they couldn’t even sweep the floors we doubt the sheets or towels were even clean so we didn’t look for stains on the bed. We pulled out the trundle underneath the main bed and it was covered in either dog hair or cat hair. The carpet the bed was sitting on was also covered in sand, dirt and dog hair. Room was dirty. Key was not in lockbox so I was unable to secure my belongings when leaving. No one responded to messages when notifying them. They keep charging my card for no reason.

The room is dirty, hair in the shower and bathroom floor the toilet is disgusting, smell bad because there is no fan in the bathroom. Bed sheet are dirty and there is a tissue left in between the bedding dont know if it even been change its hard to contact the management because there is no office in the hotel I tried texting and call the management for new sheet but no respond. You cant even cook because the smoke detector is on top of the stove, the grill out side have 4 empty bottles of propane so we cant even grill. But the room are beautiful design and the area of the hotel are nice close to the beach.

Room was very clean, comfortable and cute. More homey than typical hotel room. Kitchenette was fully stocked with appliances, dishes and utensils to cook with.

Just having to self checkin was weird and the room i originally had has broken ac but I got lucky and maintenance guy called his contact and they gave me another room

The room was very beautiful and updated. Only a block away from a beautiful beach. However, be worn that the check-in process is completely remote and you will receive an email with a whole bunch of charges that don’t reflect on the Expedia website. For example, they charge a resort fee of $25 and this is not a resort and they only give you two towels to shower with so if you’re going to the beach, you will not have towels. We weigh it almost 4 hours to check in in the hot Florida sun. They do give you a phone number to contact and nobody will answer and everybody that I talk to you that was staying there had the same issue. Thankfully, these beautiful and wonderful humans offered me some water. Eventually, I went into my car to get relief from the air conditioning and went to get a bite to eat. I would’ve paid the extra $25 or $50 to check in early but nobody got back to me. There is one person on site that was cleaning the room who is in communication with the owners, but they refused to contact me. Not a nice way to start a vacation. This facility should not advertise as a resort and should be upfront with fees is very disrespectful.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet as well as the convenience of walking to the beach. It’s very close to the state park for great fishing.
