Would you like to see the picture of the blood stained sheet we had, which was hidden by the pillows or the fact the floor in the bathroom was so, slippery because they put us in a handicap room and there was no shower curtain Just the shower stall. so water pooled on the floor not to mention in the rooms, there are no USB Ports only plugs The pool was clean and well maintained, and I think that was the only highlight. The breakfast wasn't bad they had the waffle machines but you could tell the proteins, and the potatoes were heated up in a microwave. I did bring it up to the front desk on our checkout. She shrugged her shoulders and said, okay, she would tell management. I do not suggest anybody staying here unless its just an overnight stop over

I believe they changed owners cause I stayed before and it was different, the inside pool wasn’t warm at all , very cold . There was no towels in the pool area , I had to ask in the front desk . In the morning went with my baby (11 months old ) to breakfast area , I got a couple of things and set with her in the high chair when I had to grab something else I couldn’t leave her by herself so I grabbed her , the older lady st the breakfast simply put the chair away like I was done and leaving the area . She was rude , the waffle maker wasn’t working , I also told they didn’t have any more cream cheese (I believe because was 15 minutes to finish breakfast time) overall I didn’t like it this time!

Hotel is good but indoor pool is cold. Usually indoor pool has warm water. Carpet throughout hallways, stair and inside bedroom is old.

The staff was friendly, and considering the area and price, the hotel was a good choice overall. Nothing extraordinary, but everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast starts at 7:00 with a decent selection, though kept simple since additional options are available for purchase. The gym equipment was also fairly good. I wish the pool closed later than 8:00 PM I felt that was very early.

Pool not usable because heater was broken and was not going to be repaired during our stay because “it was too expensive”. Elevator was not operating for same reason. Unable to get a printed receipt from front desk because office was closed. However, room was very nice and clean, beds very comfortable.

West Yarmouth is a special place. It is a small mix between bad traffic and convenient walkable shopping. The hotel is amazing and always seems to be undergoing maintenance upgrades/ renovations. It has an amazing Indian cuisine restaurant and bar in the hotel. No hot tub/ Jacuzzi, but the pool is very nice. Suggest this location if staying on the Cape.

Advertised as having laundry facility, it did not. Booked this hotel for that reason. Check in was easy, but had to change rooms due to no air conditioning and lack of cleanliness.

Clean and friendly staff. The pool wasn’t working and I wish I would’ve known that prior to booking.

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, staff were great. There is plenty of parking. Breakfast was OK. The coffee was not!!

Room was clean. Bathroom was dirty. Mold was in the shower under the door and soap scum on the wall and bottom molding in the shower.

Our room was on the dirty side and our bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t shut. There was hair on the shower wall when we arrived and the wall paper and parts of the walls were peeling or broken. The outdoor pool was run down and the pool was not very clear or clean. Our shower water was luke warm at best.

Mold on ceiling in bathroom, floors were extremely dirty.

Dirty hallways and floors throughout the establishment

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I’ve been in. Hallways were filthy with garbage and dirt lining the edges and we were moved to three different rooms and each room was filthy, from broken showers, dirty floors, stained sheets and handprints all over walls like a horror movie. Would never recommend this hotel - my kids felt uncomfortable and grossed out.

Our hotel room had what appeared to be a mold or grime stain on the wallpaper by the bed. Lots of miscellaneous stains and splatters in the room, especially bathroom, lots of grime on the shower and floor. One towel was stained with red lipstick. The shower door had a rusty screw sticking up out of the threshold, causing the glass door to slide against it creating a terrible sound, and could be a possible shatter risk. The hallways had lots of the same uncleanliness, especially the carpets. Overflowing and smelly trash by side entrances creating a pretty terrible smell when walking out. Overall an uncomfortable stay, but the beds were okay. Based on other reviews expressing issues with staff, the manager, or refunds, reaching out was discarded as an option for us. Luckily I have stayed at worse places traveling for work, and it helped it seem not so bad. But not at all acceptable if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. We would definitely not choose to return.

Its was an average stay, the hotel could use a really good deep clean - the stairs and hallways rugs need more attention and the outdoor pool was really dirty with leaves everywhere. Our room was modern but the floor was also dirty. Since there is an Indian restaurant on site the whole hotel does have a specific smell to it.

This property was very aged (nothing like the photos), smelled musty, there was a roach in the indoor pool area, and the breakfast was disgusting.

Pros: decent indoor and outdoor pools, Dunkin Donuts right next door, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, fun decor Cons: The floors and furniture were very dirty, the bathroom door didn’t close all the way, musty smell in the room, mold in the shower

Room was very small. Two queen beds were crumped in a small place. I do not understand how this hotel get that high ratings. I think something is not right. This is the second time we got tricked by Hotels.com ratings. This hotel doesn’t deserve more than 6.5 ratings. Bathroom tub was slippery, no slip protection paddings ware installed. Caulking around the tub was almost missing. Stopper in the sink was missing.

The walls in the hallway were so thin and due to the soccer tournament the kids were outside the hallway yelling, but the room was very clean and the bed extremely warm and comfortable! I just wanted the rooms to be more noise free

The room set-up is very awkward. Microwave on the table (which has the heater blowing on it). Refrigerator under the tv. Coffee maker next to the entryway sink and countertop. One little towel rack behind coffeemaker. No mirror in the bathroom. No closet, just three hooks for clothes. One very small platform table between the beds. Four persons would be really crowded.

Awesome place to stay just wish they had smart tv in rooms to stream on.

The room and bed were comfortable, nothing fancy, the breakfast was very good. Check in was easy and staff friendly. The only complaint is that the walls are paper thin you could hear every noise in hallways and the next room. Their alarm went off at 6 am both days and it was as if the alarm clock was in our room

Rooms are very small and the bathroom is not in a separate room. There is no closet to hang clothes. No in room safe either. Room was almost never cleaned even after we asked the reception to send someone in. All these would not be major issues if you are staying for a short period, but we were there 6 days so it made it a little uncomfortable. Positives were location, very easy to get around and comfortable beds.

Basic room, good size, updated compared to kthera locally, centrally located, decent breakfast included, good indian restaurant on site, clean hotel

The only complaint I have is that there was no place to hang our clothes up in the room. I've never been in a hotel room without a closet or pole to store my clothes that were on hangers. Other than that it was fine.

Room 211 has no closet, sliding bathroom door difficult to move and it's rack fell off as did another towel rack in the bathroom, hair dryer did not work and the deadbolt on the door did not work. On the plus side the outdoor pool was excellent.

The location was great for our cape cod getaway to visit family, but the walls and ceilings are thin at this hotel. You can hear every footstep above you and every time a door opens down the hall.

our room was very comfortable and clean. But we did notice that the pool areas… In and out… Some hallways had trash on the ground. also… Not enough trash buckets in the lunchroom. There were also no towels for the pool. Breakfast was great. staff was very helpful and friendly.

The check in staff were horrid gave us wrong room said tough luck Expedia screwed up. Asked to see print out of res not me someone else's room , scary as I gave her my cc and license. Manager could not have cared less. Thank god i persisted finally with no apology got suite that Expedia did book.

They could not find my reservation through Expedia so had to create a new reservation for myself and my children. I had to wait extra time and hassle to finally get my room. Was not a pleasant experience checking in.

Friendly Staff and great experience overall!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment I checked to the moment we left we were very disappointed. We arrived at 3pm to check in and was told our room wasn't ready because it was too big and really dirty. The girl wasn't the nicest and didn't really care that our room wasn't ready. We were told to come back in an hour, so we did. When we came back it took about an hour to check us in because something was wrong with the fob on the door so the keys weren't working. The room was set to 90 degrees when we went in and there was a weird smell to it, along with stained cover chairs and a dirty feeling to the room.The water in the shower never got hot, it just got warm. The ice maker down the hall was leaking all over the floor. Around 9:30am the fire alarms went off and we had to evacuate with our 4 very scared kids. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Was so excited to come for getaway to Cape w/ my bf. When we arrived for ck in. That’s where the sudden excitement was no longer. The front desk woman made 3 mistakes. Major mistake. The worst part about it was she didn’t apologize. 1. I reserved for a king rm. 2. Somehow my card was declined and when I asked her the last 4 she had on and I didn’t know the last 4. She told me I might have a credit card prob. Turned out she made a mistake. Finally went to the room to enter a queen room. Mind carrying luggage and she told us the wrong way! I went back and mind you no apologies. Finally got switched to a king. Went to dinner and noticed an extra charge on my card. After dinner had to go back and fix that! At first she denied it. I pulled up my banking. Then she removed it. Again no apology. She’s the face of this location? Btw the photos in the page aren’t accurate. Can’t wait to leave.

Excellent value for the price. Many hotels in the area have more of a motel feel, I felt this was definitely a step up and a great value for the pricing point. If the staff was a little friendlier I would’ve given excellent across the board. They weren’t rude, just not especially friendly.

We were there for three nights. Our room was not cleaned on our last night. Staff would not take responsibility for this and blamed us. There were no towels and toiletries. Also, the beds were not made. It was an inconvenience for my family and I. This was the first time at this hotel that we had a problem. We have visited there two other times.

Having stayed here before,decided to book for the PAN MASS Ride to stay for 4 nights. Got there 40 min early and tried to check in. There was noone at the front desk, but a line of people waiting to check in. The gentleman who works the front desk happened to be outside "smoking" while everyone waited. Was then told it would cost $50 to check in 40 min early!!! Told him "no way" and that I'd come back. That was a bit ridiculous as I wasn't there hours ahead of check in time. A couple other people also didn't believe it was $50 to check in early. Came back at check in time and was able to get my room. The room was clean, however, it was VERY damp. The toilet paper in the bathroom was wet ( it was VERY wet) as were the tissues, the towels, and eventually my bags I brought. There was a fan in the bathroom , but no switch to run it! Bathing suits never dried from wearing them ( 4 days and they didn't dry). You could see water stains on the bathroom walls. No ventilation at all ! We decided not to spend alot of time in the room since we didn't know if there was mold. We called for add'l toiletries and were told to "go find them from one of the housekeepers!" Housekeep we found didn't speak English. Finally we were able to get someone to give us the needed items. At the outside pool there was a man sitting behind the bar area. We think he was sleeping. No idea why he was there. Wish I could say it was a great place. Unfortunately, it lacked customer service big time!

Great value. Breakfast included, restaurant onsite, and close to area beaches and restaurants. Cape Cod Inflatable Park just next door.

My family and I loved our stay here at Aiden. Rooms were clean, and very spacious. We loved that there was an indoor pool and very close to the water/ inflatable park as well as walking distance to stores and public transportation. Continental breakfast was also a plus. We would love to stay here when we come back to the cape. Love from Boston!

20 minutes or less from almost everything we wanted to do , breakfast was a nice surprise , lots of parking , big clean rooms , would not even think twice about where to stay if i go back to the cape

Hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. Plenty of free parking. Location was convenient to Hyannis and Chatham. I will definitely stay there again !

Good hotel, friendly, clean, quiet. Breakfast wasn’t that good, not enough toasters and wafflemakers for all the people staying there. Not enough tables for all the people.

Been to this hotel many times. It’s a bit more modern than other hotels on the Cape. Staff are always friendly and check in is fast. It’s pretty convenient for everything on the Cape but Rte 28 can get busy in summer months. There is an added bonus of an Indian restaurant for dinner options.

The breakfast was bad, one day no coffee, waffles or any milk. The eggs, home fries, and bacon was cold after they were put into cold serving platters. I'm not going back.

Overall nice hotel, especially for the price point. Room turnover didn’t happen until way later in the day (like 4/5ish) and then the day that we were leaving someone came knocking on our door at 9:45 looking to see if we left early. Breakfast had good options but once something was gone, that was it, no replenishing. Location was pretty convenient. Would stay here again.

As a former Airline employee I’m rather picky when it comes to Hotels The staff are amazing, the restaurant has incredible Indian fare & the rooms are comfortable & designed thoughtfully I’d highly recommend this hotel, it’s a bargain for quality across the board!!!

Nice hotel and pleasant staff. The 5 star award goes to the breakfast staff who were very nice and kept the buffet in great shape.

I preferred the prior restaurant, more variety for the average person. Sorry, but not everybody likes Indian food. Maybe an acquired taste. Just being me.

We have stayed at the property several times and definitely will go back. The Indian restaurant was fabulous as well.
