Resort davvero bello, curato nei particolari e nella pulizia. Cibo egiziano delizioso. Vi sono 2 pontili su barriera e una spiaggia con piscine naturali e tanti pesci... Consigliatissimo.

Family resort in the large Coraya Bay Campus including a number of hotels by Jaz and by Steigenberger. Facilities (beaches, beach bars, umbrellas, scuba diving, sports activities, theatres, water park..) are shared among hotels, which is good. Jaz Maraya is fairly new, so the rooms and facilities are also up to date (I would have preferred less modern furnished rooms, e.g., with ethnic wooden furniture, but that's personal taste). Rates are good indeed (92EUR/night/room tax with hard all-inclusive in January). Super friendly staff, very helpful and full of care. Despite not clearly advertized as a family hotel, there are lots of services and games. The water park with slides and warm water pools is an amazing plus. Coraya Divers is an excellent SSI PADI diving centre, very professional, maybe a bit expensive. Unfortunately the house reef (above all southbound) is suffering. The trip programme is very rich indeed. Location is very convenient, 7min drive from apt. To be improved: you can eat and drink only at your own hotel's main restaurant and beach restaurant ( 1 bonus dinner elsewhere). This can get boring for longer stays, also because dinners are good quality but not that varied. Also drinking should be allowed everywhere, since i.e. evening shows are different at different locations. To be improved: english-speaking skills by reception and coordination staff. Nevertheless, also considering the rates, this is really a great option for a sun break at the Red Sea!

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, gefragt, ob alles recht ist. Für Familien mit Kindern: so herzlich zu Kindern! Auch ein Herz für Menschen mit Handicap! Aktivitäten wie Yoga mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, wo gibt es sowas? Tennis..uvm. Essen toll!

Excellent resort. Everything is first class including the room, grounds, food and staff. Nice daily stretching, aqua gym and yoga classes. Highly recommend!!

We loved this place! Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony seating area. A/C throughout the property was strong and refreshing after spending time out in the summer heat. The buffet restaurant had delicious food everyday! My husband got his most favorite haircut ever at the spa. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, gym, and snorkeling alcove that is shared between the other Jaz hotels next door. So relaxing yet so much to do! Hope to come back another time.

la stanza pulitissima, ogni giorno e' stata cambiata la biancheria e l'addetto alle pulizie aveva occhi per tutto anche per una lampadina che non funzionava. Cibo abbondante e vario, resort curatissimo e straordinariamente pulito. Il personale professionale e gentile. La spiaggia molto grande e comoda. Tutto eccellente!! Lo consiglio vivamente

Hôtel magnifique. Tout le personnel est très poli, respectueux et est aux petits soins. La propreté des chambres, des diverses pièces, des wc communs (piscines, bar, accueil,...), des jardins est irréprochable... La nourriture est très variée et délicieuse... L' hôtel est à 15 minutes de l'aéroport... Pour se rendre à des activités extérieurs (plongée, visites,...) le personnel de l'accueil peut s'occuper de reserver la navette (donc le prix est fixé avant même le depart) Bref l hôtel est Top

Overall food was mostly good, some of it was just okay. The drinks were also okay. For the price though we can't complain. The rooms and hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The swimming pools were nice and clean. The snorkeling on the reef was amazing, highlight of the holiday. For the price that is on offer, the value for money is great. We would definitely not hesitate to visit again.

La chambre était très spacieuse et très calme.Tout le personnel est très sympathique et au service de leurs clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons pu pratiquer la plongée sous marine vu que le centre de plongée est à proximité.

An sich einer der besten Hotels in meinen letzten 15 Reisen. Auswahl zum Frühstück/Abendbrot ausreichend. Mittags gibt es noch das Morgana bzw. Strandbars. Essen im Morgana sehr sehr gut. Personal überwiegend nett, an der Poolbar aber noch ausbaufähig. Hotel ist schon etwas älter und an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas runter gekommen, gestört hat mich das nicht.

Room is spacious and comfortably sleeps 3 people. the side sea view is nice and adequate. food was good and staff are very friendly and helpful. make sure you have shoes in your feet when you swim because of the corals. :)

alla reception nessuna persona parla italiano ricordo che è un resort 5 stelle. al ristorante servizio bevande lento ....si finiva di mangiare e ancora dovevano consegnare le bevande. tv con canali solo per russi senza avere una tv in hall per eventi sportivi.........o nella propria camera il mangire eccessivamente speziato non adatto alla cucina italiana

Pobyt 30.12.2023 – 6.01.2024 z dwójką dzieci (1,5 roku i 5 lat). Ogólna ocena: 7/10. Wszystko (poza check-inem) oceniam dobrze. Na koniec recenzji umieszczam ocenę szczegółową. Niestety cieniem na naszym wyjeździe kładzie się pierwszy dzień. Był to dzień moich 40-ych urodzin. Mieliśmy je świętować w hotelu, ale jakoś nam się odechciało… Wiele razy pisałem do hotelu, chcąc dokładnie potwierdzić lokalizację naszego pokoju, prosząc o mapkę i pisząc wiele innych normalnych próśb. Niestety recepcja odpisywała na maile wybiórczo i zwykle olewczo „Kindly be informed that all the below request will be subject to the hotel availability” nawet jeśli w poprzednim mailu zadałem różne pytania np. prosząc o mapkę, czy o możliwość odbycia check-inu na siedząco. Odpowiedzi były podobne w stylu copy-paste, jakby ani razu nie odnosząc się do treści moich pytań. Do hotelu dotarliśmy po godz. 21. Niestety przez blisko 1,5 godziny musiałem się kłócić o pokój zgodny z opisem tego, za który zapłaciłem. Musiałem odpowiadać na pytania np.: dlaczego nie zarezerwowałem bezpośrednio przez stronę hotelu, a recepcjonista jakby celowo nie chciał mi pokazać strony hotelu z opisem mojego pokoju...w międzyczasie moje dzieci i żona byli głodni, a 1,5 roczny syn biegał po hotelu ryzykując wypadkiem (byliśmy już wyczerpani fizycznie i psychicznie, a on biegał po wielkim lobby)... Check-in był koszmarny jak w 1-gwiazdkowym hotelu - był to dzień moich 40-ych urodzin... niestety tu cała recenzja się nie mieści.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksames Personal. Man wird immer mit einem Lächeln begrüßt, gefragt, ob alles recht ist. Für Familien mit Kindern: so herzlich zu Kindern! Auch ein Herz für Menschen mit Handicap! Aktivitäten wie Yoga mit dem atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer, wo gibt es sowas? Tennis..uvm. Essen toll!

Overall food was mostly good, some of it was just okay. The drinks were also okay. For the price though we can't complain. The rooms and hotel was very clean and the service was excellent. The swimming pools were nice and clean. The snorkeling on the reef was amazing, highlight of the holiday. For the price that is on offer, the value for money is great. We would definitely not hesitate to visit again.

I went back to the Jaz Lamaya having been 4 times before the covid outbreak, and was pleasantly surprised to see the standards of service and quality of the properties & ameneties were still of a high standard and all the staff very friendly. They also catered for my Gluten Free requirements.

La chambre était très spacieuse et très calme.Tout le personnel est très sympathique et au service de leurs clients. L'hôtel est très bien situé et nous avons pu pratiquer la plongée sous marine vu que le centre de plongée est à proximité.

Hôtel magnifique. Tout le personnel est très poli, respectueux et est aux petits soins. La propreté des chambres, des diverses pièces, des wc communs (piscines, bar, accueil,...), des jardins est irréprochable... La nourriture est très variée et délicieuse... L' hôtel est à 15 minutes de l'aéroport... Pour se rendre à des activités extérieurs (plongée, visites,...) le personnel de l'accueil peut s'occuper de reserver la navette (donc le prix est fixé avant même le depart) Bref l hôtel est Top

We loved this place! Highly recommend!! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everyone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with a beautiful balcony seating area. A/C throughout the property was strong and refreshing after spending time out in the summer heat. The buffet restaurant had delicious food everyday! My husband got his most favorite haircut ever at the spa. We also enjoyed the tennis courts, gym, and snorkeling alcove that is shared between the other Jaz hotels next door. So relaxing yet so much to do! Hope to come back another time.

I will try to be as objective as possible in this review. We had a good time at the Jaz Maraya. The stay was generally positive, thanks in particular to Mahmoud, who handled room cleaning; Souleyman at the bar, whose warmth was genuine rather than forced; and Yvette, the entertainment staff member, with whom we shared plenty of laughs. We were essentially forced to choose between a very low-quality, neon-colored industrial orange juice that was a health hazard, or paying extra for fresh juice. I found this highly inappropriate. My wife and daughter fell ill, likely due to the food. We had stayed at the Jaz Amara, another jaz hotel in Marsa Alam, twice before without encountering any such issues. We were very worried about my wife, who was in a particularly critical state and bedridden for the day. I do want to mention that the place is very lovely, featuring a magnificent coral bay and clean, well-maintained facilities. We certainly won't be returning, though; our experience at another Jaz hotel was far better.

Van bij aankomst wordt je heel hartelijk onthaald. Je krijgt meteen een drankje en al zittend kan je inchecken. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, heel mooi hotel, lekker eten en superveel activiteiten voor kinderen.
