El procediemiento de aparcamiento es bastante engorroso y se pierde un valioso tiempo tanto en el check-in como -out. Antes de poder aparcar hay que pasar por la recepción para retirar una llave magnética que hay que entregar a la salida. Asimismo el parking que hay en la puerta del hotel suele estar completo por clientes que no usan el parking, por lo que te arriesgas a una multa.

The hotel is very spacious. It has a very mordern futuristic design from the outside. The underground parking lot is huge. The maintenance needs to be improved. The weight lift machine in the fitness room was broken already several years ago, and it is still not fixed. Both treadmills are in working condition but have broken buttons.

Hôtel de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un équipement agréable. Il faut marcher un peu pour accéder au centre ville. Dommage qu’un hôtel de ce standing ne repose pas un service bar toute la journée, impossible de boire un cappuccino à 14h de l’après-midi dans l’hôtel.

Hotel en un edificio emblemático que necesita mantenimiento y que a ricamente está en desuso. El parking está siempre abierto por lo que cualquiera puede entrar o salir libremente del mismo. Además, hasta la planta -3, que es la reservada al hotel, no hay luces por lo que adquiere un aspecto tétrico. La fachada del hotel clama una limpieza y mantenimiento, algo típico en los edificios del señor Calatrava. En general, el precio por día no se corresponde con la calidad percibida.

Eurostars Palacio de Christal is great! Very futuristic. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located. We had a great view from our very large room. The was a shower and an separate bathtub in our room. Beds are very comfortable with is a must after long road trip. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Let me start out to say that the people who.work in the restaurant/bar were amazing. The building is a great landmark and very unique. Our rooms AC didn't work, but thankfully the window opened. There were people running up and down the hallways and screaming throughout the night past 2a. If you want to see anything you're going to have to walk quite a bit or take a taxi.

Muy imponente la estructura, sin embargo, el ruido de los otros cuartos se transmitía muchísimo, abrían una puerta y parecía que estaban entrando a tu cuarto. Nos dieron camas individuales separadas, aunque las juntaron, por falta de disponibilidad lo cual fue muy incómodo ya que no pudimos dormir juntos porque las camas se desplazaban.

Muy imponente la estructura, sin embargo, el ruido de los otros cuartos se transmitía muchísimo, abrían una puerta y parecía que estaban entrando a tu cuarto. Nos dieron camas individuales separadas, aunque las juntaron, por falta de disponibilidad lo cual fue muy incómodo ya que no pudimos dormir juntos porque las camas se desplazaban.

3a vez que voy este hotel, ha estado genial, como siempre. Esta vez he utilizado el gimnasio, y aunque es pequeñito, me he podido arreglar con lo que había. Las habitaciones increíbles, y la atención ha vuelto a ser lo mejor. Volveremos !!!

Eurostars Palacio de Christal is great! Very futuristic. Overall the hotel is clean, centrally located. We had a great view from our very large room. The was a shower and an separate bathtub in our room. Beds are very comfortable with is a must after long road trip. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Let me start out to say that the people who.work in the restaurant/bar were amazing. The building is a great landmark and very unique. Our rooms AC didn't work, but thankfully the window opened. There were people running up and down the hallways and screaming throughout the night past 2a. If you want to see anything you're going to have to walk quite a bit or take a taxi.

Hotel bonito mas com algumas falhas que interferem com o conforto. Não tem restaurante aberto durante o dia, nem room service. Precisei fazer uma refeição rápida e não tinha nenhuma opção. Hôtel de bonne qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un équipement agréable. Il faut marcher un peu pour accéder au centre ville. Dommage qu’un hôtel de ce standing ne repose pas un service bar toute la journée, impossible de boire un cappuccino à 14h de l’après-midi dans l’hôtel.

Hotel muy cuidado y moderno, el desayuno variado y acorde al precio, que en el hotel fue de 10€ por persona. Se aparca muy bien en los alrededores, sobre todo si van en fin de semana. Con el covid el spa está cerrado. Las habitaciones limpias, amplias y el baño de 10. Lo recomiendo

De eerste indruk is overweldigend. Prachtig gebouw. Kamer ziet er mooi uit, maar de badkamer, het water loopt niet weg, roest en kalk langs de randen, afdekplaat van de haarfohn ontbrak zodat de draden bloot liggen, levensgevaarlijk. ontbijt met maar een koffie machine, de tweede afgeschakeld, eieren zijn koud. En toch vier sterren.

The largest room I have ever stayed in - over 80 sqm. It is a hard to miss building and can be seen as you drive on the motorway. It is somewhat outside of the city centre, but only 20 min walk. However, this does make it easier if you want to go for a run/jog in the morning. The gym is simple and some equipment needs maintaining, but it has all you need for a workout. The parking is good but somewhat tricky to access due to ongoing works in the car park.

The building it self look like missing maintenance, is very modern but huge structure hard to maintain need a new paint job. Rooms were ok. Is easy to walk from hotel to city center but coming back is all uphills

Huge and futurist-designed Hotel ( needs external maintenance, a lot btw, but its a very massive and expensive Calatrava design ), not many restaurants in the nearby, you have to move more to Downtown for that. Very friendly staff, great price, parking ( for extra cost ) in the basement.

Not what I would consider to be an international 4 star hotel. Room facilities incredibly basic. Just a kettle with no tea or coffee, the norm now from experience is pod coffee machines. No complementary bottles of water. Only terrestrial Spanish television, no smart TV or International news channels in English. The only redeeming feature was breakfast. Very good quality buffet and nice coffee.
