This is a review for the CHECK OUT on the 4th of Jan. Not the stay or the check in. The check in was seen less and done by a gentleman. This review is for the female agent who did my check out on the 4th. Really bad service. She was huffing and puffing and felt reluctant to even help me out. Like it was a chore. Sorry but I have spent so many nights at the Taj JLT and spent thousands of dollars in the process. Some decent service is not possible? Really disappointing. The hotel should value their loyal Customers more. Sorry. I will rethink about staying here again.

Wonderful stay! The staff upgraded me to a balcony room and it was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
