Wildwood - Pet Friendly - 5 Mins to Beach

Lovely little cabin near the beach, perfect for a couple or small family with dogs. Yard is fully fenced, we were able to leave the dogs there through the day while we went on adventures in national parks. Only negative thing is the mattress in the master room is “well worn” and springs on one side are no good anymore so have no support.

I wrote to property manager saying my mum was dying in qld and I couldn’t stay. All I got back was a message asking me to put the bins out…I was too distressed to follow up but it should have been obvious none was there. The property is great ive stayed before

Best feature is the location. A few minutes to the beach *and* quick drive to Huskisson for Coles etc.. WiFi is decent at 35MBps Shower is amaaazing! Feels like a waterfall! And hot water comes almost instantly Bed is soft and comfy too Communication with the management service was great too - when we needed a smoke detector shushed, they offered to send out a handyman straight away. Check in/out was quick and painless. Only thing I could say is the place is a bit small, suited to 3 adults at most. Overall a great place for a short stay.

The location is absolutely amazing but absolutely not worth it. The property states its dog friendly however fencing isn't secure there's large gaps everywhere for small dogs and incredibly low at the rear an adult could easily step over it, so it isn't really suited to large dogs either. Especially with roos around. During our stay we suspected the property had bed bugs and informed management. There response was that's impossible and to wear insect repellent to bed. Note we were only ever bitten in bed under covers. Changing sheets in a bed bug ridden bed does very little. Unfortunately they have hitched a ride back with us and now we are experiencing the painful process of trying to get rid of them at home.

Lovely 3 bedroom home situated 2 blocks back from the beach (just a short walk away) backing on to beautiful natural reserve. Flannel Flowers were in bloom! A very relaxing, serene & peaceful location however nearest shops are just a short 10min drive to nearby Callala Bay (just don't have car problems like we did and run out of milk, lol)
