駅直結で雨にも濡れず、非常に便利な立地です。洗濯乾燥機があり、ゴルフのあとのウェアも洗えます。客室は毎日綺麗に清掃してくださり、とても快適でした。スタッフの方はいつも笑顔で挨拶してくださいます。空港までのタクシー手配など、親身に相談にのってくださって助かりました。日本人スタッフの方がおおむね常時いるので、ちょっとしたことを聞きやすいです。

Solaria Nishitetsu Bangkok is clean, comfortable and in a good location. It’s attached to the subway station and Terminal 21 shopping mall. There’s a lot of eateries nearby and a good, cheap food court on the 5th floor of the mall. The staff are friendly and there’s a coin-operated laundry facility in the lobby. I recommend this property and would stay there again. Sidenote: I’ve stayed at Solaria Myeongdong and Solaria Tenjin. What I like about this chain is it’s location: situated near shopping, restaurants and transportation!

It is a new hotel so rooms and facilities are in very good condition. Roof top bar offered great views of the city and served amazing margaritas. General service was impeccable and location of the hotel is excellent being connected to Asok BTS station and across from terminal 21 and close to many great eating spots. Highly recommended and will stay here again.

Stylish hotel with a rooftop bar and poolside view of beautiful evening Bangkok skyline. Welcome drinks at pool bar were really good. The hotel is directly connected to Asok station & Terminal 21. Staff at Solaria Nishitetsu made us feel very welcome. Excellent Front Office team! Khun Pare was extremely good and helpful in providing useful insightful information on Bangkok’s latest trendy malls & restaurants, and helped us to make bookings for spa massage. Spent my birthday at Solaria Nishitetsu and the hotel celebrated my birthday with free drinks and a small gift. Tqvm! We had a corner room with a bright & spacious bathroom. Bedroom was clean and compact, with a bedside sofa chair..it would have been nice to have a computer table. Breakfast was very good, with ala carte selections of Japanese, Western or Vegetarian. Not crowded at all. Overall service at Solaria Nishitetsu was quite outstanding. A unique brand experience!

Really love this hotel. It is Japanese run and Japanese standard in Thailand. And it is super clean and organized and very comfortable to stay. Right next to metro station with direct access to metro. Super easy to navigate. Also they have amazing parking space downstairs with taxi pickup. Very very easy..The hotel also equipped with 24/7 vending machine and ATMs. They clean the room every day. High floor with nice gym and pool and easy access. Everyone is super polite and friendly

Amazingly well kept hotel. Super clean. Love there is no carpet as it's cleaner and doesn't have dust. Super convenient to go into Pier21 and ASOK station as they are connected. Would totally stay here again in the future.

バンコクでも有数の立地。今回連泊して気になったのは、外部からの車の騒音がかなり漏れてくること。日本のマンションの遮音を考えれば、高級ホテルとは言えないほどである。次に隣室のシャワーの音が響いてくる。テレビやトイレ、話し声はないのに、シャワー音が聞こえる。これらは構造上の問題なので、大きなリノベが無い限り変わらないだろう。最後に空調ダクトから黒くて薄い羽のようなゴミが落ちてきた（3泊の滞在中に数回）。前回宿はくじにも書いたスリッパの薄っぺらさはそのうち見直してもらいたいと思うが、今のところ立地としつらえと値頃感で、このホテルを排除する理由にはならない。

It’s a Japanese hotel so you have good points and bad points. Very well designed room and bathroom; however room is smaller than other nearby hotels at similar prices. Spotless rooms and excellent service, but bed is very hard by western standards.

Excellent location if you are traveling on BTS or MRT. The hotel is next to Asok and Sukumvit MRT is walking distance. Many food and shopping options around. There’s also massage nearby. Room was also comfortable with a good view as I stayed on level 20. There’s even a bathtub with a decent view too. Would definitely be back at this hotel next time.

Fortunately, the staff helped me find a student desk that is like a coffee table, which is just big enough to place my laptop computer. Always amazing stay with this hotel. Close to BTS, MRT and all the shopping mall. Clean and friendly staffs is another plus point. Have been coming back every yearly. It was nice of the hotel to welcome us back with a thoughtful card, “elephant” and sweets. I will definitely come back again next year.

チェックアウト後に荷物を預かってもらい買い物。19時頃に荷物を受取り空港までgrbを呼ぼうとした時、クレジットカードのトラブルでgrbが利用できなくなった。手持ちのバーツも少なく一般タクシーも使用できない状態でエントランスで困り果てていた所、日本人の女性スタッフと年配ベルボーイの二人に助けて頂きホテル指定のタクシーを呼んでもらい空港まで行く事に。お陰様で無事帰国できた。気付いてくれたスタッフに感謝します。

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and the experience has always been consistent. The hotel is clean, breakfast is good, and the location is excellent and easily accessible. Amenities are well provided and replenished daily. The staff are friendly and attentive, especially Tim Cee. After assisting another guest with luggage to the car, he kindly helped us arrange a car when we were unable to secure a Grab. The only thing missing this time was the welcome drinks.

Property is ok. I encountered the following average services ie.. -day 1, fnd the hair dryer blower is not working ie no fan speed. I called up lobby cpunter to replace it. -day 2, out of 2 shower towels used, only 1 is replaced on next day. I have to called counter staff to replacr it. Day 3, enountered the shower drain filter somehow is flooded during showering. Inaddition, 1 hotel office lady staff in private clothing is rather rude ir when lift open, she just speak in bluntly EXCUSE ME and press the lift button. She then walk to meet someone at the lobby. Day 4, I early checkout in 1 day advance. Left to stay in another place. Overall lobby counter staffs and breakfast buffet staffs services are awesome and friendly. Good personality in them. アソーク駅直結の利便性は何より。ただこの周辺は交通渋滞が激しいので、grabやタクシーは使いづらい。チェックアウト後、次の目的地へは荷物もあるのでgrabでの移動を考えていたが全く捕まらず、結局ホテルの配車サービスを利用しました。スタッフの方が日本語で対応してくださるので、安心してお願いできました。

出張で２泊だけの滞在でしたが快適に過ごせました。コーナーツインの部屋はバスタブ付きの浴室が広くて疲れが取れます。また、部屋のテレビは日本の放送がリアルタイムで観れるので国内出張のような感覚でした。駅に直結なので地下鉄やBTS移動には大変便利な一方で、便利な場所柄、交通渋滞が激しく、朝夕のタクシーでの移動にはかなり時間を要します。近くに大きなショッピングモールやマッサージ店もあって、出張だけでなく、観光にも最適です。

The location of Solaria was beyond amazing! It is walking distance to Terminal 21 mall. Has easy access to the MRT Blue and is only one stop from the Brown line that goes directly to BKK international airport. The friendly staff at Solaria were amazing! Pare helped checked me into my room and was very helpful in explaining the location and times of all the amenities. I would most like pick this hotel in my future stays in Bangkok.

何より立地が素晴らしく、スクンビット駅、アソーク駅4番出口直結でシェラトンやウェスティンよりも近い！日本語できるスタッフが常時何人もいて、急なトラブルもすぐに日本語で対応。非常に安心できる清潔感あふれるホテルでした。2020年3月オープン後コロナが流行ってしまい部屋はオープンしたての綺麗さのままでシャワールームにカビもなし。排水口のつまりなし。そしてトイレはTOTOウォシュレットついてます。フロントで両替はできない代わりに日本語対応ATMがあるのでクレジットでキャッシングできます。ターミナル21も目の前で巨大なフードコートがあり食事に困らない。屋上のプールの眺めは最高！ただプール利用は朝7時から12時までとなっており、その後はプールバーになってしまうとの事。朝は日が当たらない為冷たすぎで入水できなかったが、プールチェアでのんびりくつろぐ分にはいい。

朝食のおかずが素晴らしい！焼き魚の鯖なんか日本の旅館でも出てこない本格的で大きい。脂ものってて美味しい。揚げ出し豆腐のお出汁の美味しい事！服を掛けるクローゼットはあるが着替えを入れて置く棚がいまいち少ないのが使ってて改善できればと思いました。引き出しは2つあるのですが1つは金庫、1つはバスローブ等が入っており全くフリーの引き出しが無いんですね。ハンガーの上に棚があるんですがちょっと不便なので。そこだけかな〜

バンコクには20年ほど通っていますが、今回、初めて利用しました。良かった点：①朝食が梅の花のセットメニュー、抜群でした。日本で梅の花の朝食を食べる機会がないが、まさかバンコクでいただけるとは驚きでした。もちろん味は抜群、しかもセットメニューでありながら、別にサラダバーとドリンクバーがあり、このホテルに泊まるなら、朝食は必ず食べるべきと思いました。２）スタッフ；フレンドリーで親切です。途中、他国に旅行して、またバンコクに戻り宿泊したのですが、スタッフは覚えていて、すぐに預けていた荷物を運んでくれ、会話も楽しめました。３）ロケーション；BTSアソーク駅に直結しているので、どこに行くにも便利です。残念な点：強いて言えば部屋にタイらしさを感じないところコスパ良し、ロケーション良し、スタッフ良し、朝食抜群のホテルだと思います
