If you are seeking a CBD location, this is the place. Apt was clean and everything we needed was provided. Quick access to Barrack St Quay. Mark was a superb host. Check in was smooth and easy. In suite laundry was a bonus as we were in the second week of five week tour of AUS.

Felt like a home away from home, from the moment we stepped inside. Easily walkable to convention centre and cbd, day and night, and as we didn't research supermarket business hours very well, we found the bonus restaurant downstairs was very handy for morning buffet breakfasts! Highly recommend, exceptional hosts, timely and responsive communication, and we're looking forward to our next trip to Perth.
