Magnolia Cottage - Kangaroo Valley

We had an amazing stay,the hosts have thought of everything all you have to do is enjoy the sublimeness,unfortunately our stay was cut short through personal reasons but we will be back.

The cottage is an authentic feeling step back in time with the little modern day luxuries such as air conditioning if you need it. The fireplace adds a beautiful ambience. Instant relaxation and contentment especially after a candle lit soak in the huge claw foot tub ❤️

Lovely cottage. V quiet. Great for watching the birds from the veranda. Would definitely recommend.

The settlers cottage is like living in a museum tableau which is great fun. Having said that it has all the mod cons you want – TV, air conditioning, fridge and microwave etc. But frankly, who needs it, just bring a stack of books. a couple of bottles of wine, some bread and cheeses and move around from east to west from front veranda to back porch and enjoy your stay. Say hi to the friendly little lizards under the front steps and the bull in the back paddock.

This is a well equipped retreat with lots of history captured in the decor. We loved sitting on the porch with a wine and nibbles enjoying the distant mountain views and watching the cows in the paddock just in front of us.
