Everything was fine except the hotels physical address and the address shown on the hotels.com map are not even close. 2 km away from each other. Contacted hotels.com to rectify the situation, but they(hotel) wouldn’t give me a refund according to hotels.com, and said they’d talk to the GM of the hotel to try and resolve it. Nothing was resolved and I had to pay a lot of extra taxi fees which not have been required had the hotel had been where it is shown on the map. If you book this hotel, unless it’s been fixed, the hotel is NOT in the downtown core near all the markets and gyms etc. It is on the western outskirts of the city. I don’t know if it’s hotels.com fault or the hotel, but the location isn’t even close to what’s shown on the map. Otherwise everything was fine

It was an overnight stay on the way back to Bangkok, hotel was clean and quiet, easy parking. Breakfast was ok

This hotel was absolutely adorable and clean. My family and I really liked it. It was also close to other restaurants which allowed us to walk there and eat. The only down fall is there is no elevator so we had to lug our suitcases up to the top floor where we were staying. It wasn’t a big deal for us cause we’re younger but I can see how this would be problematic for older guests.
