駐車場ありとのことで予約しましたが、駐車場は３台分で夜のチェックインでは全て埋まっていて停めれませんでした。近くの別の有料コインパーキングに停めましたが、部屋数に対して大幅に少ない場合は記載があってほしかったです。へとへとになってから駐車場を探すのはとてもきつかったです。 部屋は特に申し分ありませんでした。 また、部屋に入る鍵の開け方がいまいち分かりづらかったです。 ただ、今回泊まったジュニアスイートの部屋の中心にある机には前宿泊者のコップの跡などどがたくさんついていて、拭いてない感じがとてもあり少し不快でした。 泊まって寝るだけで、特に飲食をしなかったので良かったですが、部屋で買ってきたものを食べたい場合は嫌だなと思いました。

This place had a great location for the Osakako Station on the Chuo line and was walking distance to the Osaka Aquarium and the Giant Ferris Wheel. Quiet area but we were not out past 8pm any night. A few dining options, small but good. The room was very nice, great shower! The bed was very hard. But when I needed additional bedding it was brought up promptly. This is an unmanned place but the staff were responsive to messages. The room was clean but there were some stains on the carpet. The area for laundry was outside and the hall you had to walk through was dirty with a bad smell like trash.

清潔で使いやすく、滞在するのに何ら不便はありませんでした。ドアが重く、開錠されていることに気づくまで時間がかかりましたが、それは最初だけ。入室のためのカードキー等が何もなく、タッチパネルへの入力のみです。番号を控えておくことが必須です。

駅近で部屋がきれいで広いのとトイレ、バスが別でゆっくりお風呂に入れました。 食事がついてないので近くを探したら 休みのお店が多くてそれだけが残念でした。台所のキッチン道具が揃っていたので自炊なら完璧だと思います

マンション一棟をホテルとして使用しています。フロントはなく、最初にタブレットでチェックインしたらあとは自宅のような感じで使用します。 部屋はマンションそのもので、簡単なキッチン、家と同じトイレ・洗面所・浴室とバスタブ（お湯張りも自動）、ソファーとベット。玄関で靴を脱いで入るのでとてもリラックス出来ます。建物も新しく清潔感は万全でした。 シャンプー類はきちんと揃っていて、浴室が広いため小さな子供がいても便利に使えます。サイトによっては部屋の清掃有りになっていますが、基本的には清掃はありません。宿泊日数分のタオルなどが最初にセットされています。 キッチンはIHコンロとシンク、冷蔵庫と電子レンジと最低限の食器があります。 一本路地に入ったような場所にありますが、分かりにくくはないです。駅からも近く、すぐ近くにコンビニや小さいスーパー、飲食店がありとても便利な立地でした。 USJにも近いですが、早朝と夕方過ぎは移動手段がかなり限られるエリアなので、予め調べておく事をお勧めします。タクシーだと１５〜２０分、4,000円程度で行けます。 ホテルの問題ではないのですが、強いて難点を言うなら、徒歩１０分程度で行ける海遊館が閉館する時間（20時過ぎ）になると周辺の施設や店舗が軒並み閉店する事でしょうか。夜遅めの食事や飲みなどをしたい場合は事前にしっかりと調べた方が良いです。 総合的には価格もリーズナブルで使い勝手も良く、次回もここにしたい程気に入りました。

良い ◯アクセスよい！大阪港駅から近くて途中にローソンがある。 ◯お部屋きれい！お風呂もキッチンもきれい。 ◯普通のビニールのスリッパと使い捨てスリッパあり。 ◯洗濯機あり→300円、粉石鹸無料！洗濯槽チラリとみたところきれい。洗濯物に黒カビ付着なし！ ◯乾燥機あり→時間いくら設定、いくらか忘れた。 ◯タオルは日数分用意あり。 改善の余地あり △洗濯機、乾燥機が一階の外にある。各3台。各部屋に欲しいところ。 △食器洗いスポンジ使い古し。安いものなのだから、客ごとに新しいものを用意して欲しい。 △ハンガー2個だけ。服かかるのに足りない。 そして浴室に紐とか棒とかなし。乾燥機使わないと干すところなし。 △歯磨き1日一個欲しい。歯ブラシはともかく、ちっさい歯磨き粉なので複数泊すると足りない。 △良くも悪くも冷蔵庫冷えすぎでサラダ凍った。 総じて快適にすごせました。

Most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept it. They were as hard as a rock. The pillows were filled with beans of some sort, which made for a restless night sleep. Found rubbish under the bed from other guest stays, which was gross. We experienced an earthquake whilst in the room and there was no evacuation or sirens for warning. We checked out early as we didn't feel safe and couldn't get a good night sleep on the beds. Only pro, walking distance to shopping centre and aquarium. The Landry facilities were also poor- took 3 hours to tumble dry 1 load of washing and they don't have a change machine.

ユニバーサルスタジオに行くのに使わなせて頂きました。駅から近くユニバまで電車だと乗り換え２回ですが30分あれば着きます。周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、薬局もあり便利です。ホテルはマンションの様な感じです。キッチンもあり、フライパン、鍋、カトラリーがあるので簡単な調理ができます。次回は長く滞在したいと思います。

設備は綺麗でした。がっかりなのは部屋が臭かったこと。リネンからか「加齢臭」のような匂いがして、部屋全体がとにかく匂いが気になって、ファブリーズなどの消臭剤もなく、イライラでみんなが機嫌悪くなりました。

お部屋の壁の下の方がスーツケースを置く人が多いせいか黒く汚れているのと、布製のソファにシミがついていることを気にしなければ(私はバスタオルを敷いて座りました)とってもいいホテルでした！ 部屋は広いし、お風呂場・洗面所(脱衣場)もそれなりの広さがあり充分です。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりサービスがあると書いてあったのでここに決めたのですが、HPには何も書かれていないし従業員さんは見かけないし、どうやって預けたらいいのか不安でしたが、朝清掃作業をしていたスタッフの方に尋ねるとスマホを出して「メールをくれたらすぐ見るので連絡下さい」と言われ、無事に荷物を預けることができました。 みなさん、とても感じがよくて良かったです！

Sehr nettes Personal - nur Koffer wurden einfach frei zugänglich an Rezeption gelagert. Teppich ist sehr fleckig leider - sonst sauber und auch einige Handtücher im Zimmer. Top Lage, nahe U-Bahn, Café und Riesenrad - für Expo gibt es kein besseres Hotel!

I like the modern take where everything is digitized. The room was big (vs typical Japanese hotels) and the pricing was more than reasonable.

The hotel was very close to a train station, which made it very convenient. You could also walk to the Osaka Aquarium and the shopping center near the Aquarium. There were food options nearby and convenience stores. The room was pretty big and fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The only downside was that the beds were extremely hard, which made it difficult to relax at the end of the day and get a good night's rest. The pillows were also uncomfortable and pretty flat, so you were pretty much sleeping straight onto the mattress by morning. Other than the bed situation, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very close to OSAKAKO station - Dining option has a lot to choose and of good price. The only issue we have is the Hard mattress and pillow.

部屋が想像以上にきれいで過ごしやすかったです。ベッドも十分な大きさがあり、家族４人でゆったりと寝れました。冷蔵庫にも冷凍できる部分があり、万博に持って行く飲み物を凍らせることができました。お風呂も湯船につかることができ、歩き疲れた体を休めることができました。コードを使ったカギには、はじめは苦戦しましたが、コツをつかむと何も問題なく扱えました。またぜひ利用したいです。月末にでも（笑）

We love everything about our stay at Marina. This is a modern building completely automated in a quiet area within walking distance to Osakajo metro station. It’s rather an apart hotel than a traditional one. Rooms are well equipped and spacious for Japanese standards. There’s no front fest but staff will respond quickly to online requests. I’d definitely rễcommend this property.

Brand new hotel everything was ok but if you dont want to sleep come to this hotel ,beds are super hard like a rock and pillows too 5 night stay becomes very annoying because the bed ,also the check in process is crazy hard an annoying they check your passports for everybody address and pictures for everyone like immigration point its a nice place but those 2 points make the hotel a no for me next time

The only improvement would be a softer bed, but, it seems the harder beds are just the norm in Japan. Possibly odd comment but, the water pressure in the shower was brilliant!! Almost massage level and felt fantastic after a long day of exploring!!

I will not stay at this hotel in the future. There was no staff available anywhere in case you needed anything like extra towels or pillows and the beds were so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor, terrible nights sleep.

駅から徒歩1分 周りにコンビニやすき家、ドラッグストアもあり便利 部屋もシンプルで綺麗 バスタブも家のように広くて清潔 ただ、部屋の芳香剤が強すぎた 枕が臭かったのが残念 誰かが、火災報知器みたいなのを押してしまい、サイレンが鳴り響きお客さんみんなロビーに避難して、管理人さんに電話しても繋がらない やっと電話が通じてもホテルで来てくれなかったので、宿泊客の日本人男性が1人で消防車や警察と対応してくれてた スタッフが居ないのが、こういう時に大変不安

高校生及び兄弟だけの滞在でした。親が不安のため、何回も問い合わせをして、ちゃんとした回答をいただいて安心しました。 チェックイン後お知らせされたパスワードを何回も入力してもドアを開けませんでした。親に電話しても訳が分かりませんので、管理員に直接電話させるようにしました。22:30頃の遅い時間帯であってもすぐに電話に出ていて無事に解決できました。ちょっと設備の問題があり、特殊な対応方法が必要という想定外の事象は発生していましたが無事に解決できてよかったです。

This place was great, but they require you to use an odd hand waving electronic system to open the door to get in, then they have iPads to sign in on. You have to film yourself and state your name aloud to the camera and input all your info again manually unlike a normal hotel. When I got there, it was confusing for me. The staff came out to help. They were great. While I was there, I saw two other groups arrive and they both needed help getting inside and signing in. An attendant came out to help them. Why not just have the attendant always be there to sign you in like most other hotels? Other than this oddity (which is confusing but they were helpful), the site as amazing. Great location and great room. I would go again except for the odd check in and check out experience.

無人でしたが、電話対応も良くスムーズにチェックイン、チェックアウトできました。 ホテル前に駐車スペースがあり、フロントに置かれているサービスコインの利用で一晩1000円で駐車出来たのも良かったです。部屋も綺麗だったのでまた利用したいです。

凄く綺麗でも凄く汚くもない。普通。 そのわりに高い。 事前に荷物をチェックイン前に預けられるか聞いて着いたら連絡貰えれば出来ると言われた。 (この時に時間と日にちは伝え済み) 到着してからスタッフがおらず、電話繋がらず、メールも返事来ず、連絡してから1時間後に連絡あり。結構困った。 スタッフは愛想がよくてとてもいい人だった。 ものすごく悪いと言うことはないが、なんでこんなに評価が高いのかよくわからなかった。

Great location, 2 minute walk to osakoko station, shops and restaurants 7 -11 right down the street, taxi to universal was 2500 yen, taxi was easy to hail at osakoko station. My kid really liked the aquarium and ferris wheel, with the arcade at the mall as well as food court, 5 minute walk. Excellent value!

The hotel was very close to a train station, which made it very convenient. You could also walk to the Osaka Aquarium and the shopping center near the Aquarium. There were food options nearby and convenience stores. The room was pretty big and fit 2 adults and 2 children comfortably. The only downside was that the beds were extremely hard, which made it difficult to relax at the end of the day and get a good night's rest. The pillows were also uncomfortable and pretty flat, so you were pretty much sleeping straight onto the mattress by morning. Other than the bed situation, we enjoyed our stay there.

Very convenient location... clean, quiet and fairly large room, close to mall, eating places, landmarks such as Tempozan Giant Ferris Wheel and Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan, train station, etc. Easy automated access to hotel and quick response via email for any questions. Will definitely recommend and stay again.

駅からも海遊館・天保山マーケットプレイスからも近く、閉館までめいいっぱい遊べました。近くにお弁当屋さんや、牛丼屋さん、コンビニも2件あり、とても便利です。入り口でスタッフさんとたまたまお会いしましたが感じの良い方で安心しました。

京セラドーム、海遊館、ユニバが目的地でしたが、立地的にこちらにして正解でした。 京セラドームまでは電車で乗り換えが二回必要でしたが30分程度で行けましたし、別行動していた家族は小さい子どもが居たので海遊館からこちらのホテルまで近かったのでとても便利でした。翌日はユニバーサルスタジオまで行きましたが、とても近くて助かりました。(こちらは車移動) また、たまたまお隣に宿泊されているご家族とお話する機会があったのですが、お互い生活音が漏れていないということが確認できたので、防音性高く、総じて快適に過ごせるホテルでした。有難うございました！

Sehr nettes Personal - nur Koffer wurden einfach frei zugänglich an Rezeption gelagert. Teppich ist sehr fleckig leider - sonst sauber und auch einige Handtücher im Zimmer. Top Lage, nahe U-Bahn, Café und Riesenrad - für Expo gibt es kein besseres Hotel!

とても綺麗で、お風呂も追い炊きもできてよかった。 子どもと滞在しましたが、子どもと二人で寝られるベッドでした。bed上にコンセントもそれぞれありました！ ユニバ帰りに晩御飯食べ損ねましたが、ウーバーイーツがすぐ持ってきてくれました。 駐車場はありませんが、近隣にたくさん駐車場があり、一晩停めて300円でした。 また利用したいです。

Good coffee shop a block over, very quiet neighborhood, automated hotel, water pressure is alright, the bed is standard for japan, no down sides to this one, luggage storage starts around 9am but there are lockers available in the train station down the street. Solid hotel, would book again

駅近で部屋がきれいで広いのとトイレ、バスが別でゆっくりお風呂に入れました。 食事がついてないので近くを探したら 休みのお店が多くてそれだけが残念でした。台所のキッチン道具が揃っていたので自炊なら完璧だと思います

Make sure you check your email's inbox as this hotel will send you the check-in code. and the code to enter hotel as well. There's supposed to be no staff in the hotel to help you check-in, but turns out there's a staff before 8pm. Check-in process was smooth. But I do think that for some other guests, this auto check-in procedure could be a bit daunting. The hotel is so close to the Osaka bay station and there's a restaurant that opens till late, perfect for late diners out there. There are also loads of convenient stores around the hotel. (Family Mart, Lawsons, 7-11). Very convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I am coming back to Summersonic Osaka next year.

ユニバーサルスタジオに行くのに使わなせて頂きました。駅から近くユニバまで電車だと乗り換え２回ですが30分あれば着きます。周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、薬局もあり便利です。ホテルはマンションの様な感じです。キッチンもあり、フライパン、鍋、カトラリーがあるので簡単な調理ができます。次回は長く滞在したいと思います。
ユニバーサルスタジオに行くのに使わなせて頂きました。駅から近くユニバまで電車だと乗り換え２回ですが30分あれば着きます。周辺には飲食店やコンビニ、薬局もあり便利です。ホテルはマンションの様な感じです。キッチンもあり、フライパン、鍋、カトラリーがあるので簡単な調理ができます。次回は長く滞在したいと思います。

海遊館、駅まですぐの立地で利用しやすかったです。朝ご飯もコンビニや早朝から空いてるカフェなどが有り便利でした。

Quiet, good standard for the price. We came here with our two kids, perfect place to set up base for our adventures in osaka. Metro is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, a short walk to Osaka Aquarium and the shuttleboat to Universal studios. If anything, the beds are a bit stiff but other then that its a fantastic budget stay.
