A truly great B&B. The studio room seemed new/newly redone and was excellent - comfortable bed and great sofa. The little extras provided at no extra charge really make a difference and were appreciated. Highly recommended! Thank you Sharon.

Excellent modern studio with really good equipment eg Smeg kettle and toaster. Wonderful communication from the owner. The breakfast provided exceeded expectations and was too much for us! Lovely sea views from studio 3. Highly recommended !

Fantastic boutique studio apartment - at the high end of the luxury scale. Is advertised as a B&B and it is a do-it-yourself breakfast but so much tasty food, drink and snacks are left for you that you couldn’t ask for more. Everything was perfect. Thoughtful touches and wonderfully decorated with original artwork. A great welcome from Sharon with advice on where to go to eat. Would definitely recommend and we would have liked to stay longer to explore the area. Maybe next time.

Tranquil bay view, studio had everything we could possibly need and then some. Sharon was a great host, meet us on arrival with dining recommendation, but with more than enough in the room for dinner and breakfast! Wish we could've spent a couple more nights there.

Nice bike path to Yarram. Great hosts. Lots of quality snack and breakfast items to choose from. Couldn't eat it all. No stovetop but toaster and coffee maker provided. Clean comfy spacious. Stayed 3 nights in studio 2.

A lovely little find. The owners have done the studios out nicely with nice furnishings and a good quality finish with plenty of space. The owner came out to greet us upon arrival and gave us useful information about the immediate area with further information available in an information book. Breakfast was great, there was a nice variety of foods including muffins, bread, cheese and muesli. Also a great selection of teas and coffees and a choice of cold drinks in the fridge. They really had thought of everything to make it homely. Wish we'd found it earlier in our trip to be able to stay another night or two.

We had an amazing stay here. Sharon and Mark were fantastic hosts - they really thought of everything. There was plenty of information on hand to help guide us to get the most out of our stay. There were so many 'extras' included in our stay that went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and well furnished. The bed was comfortable, the linen was great quality and the view from our balcony was lovely. This accommodation was private and yet so well located within the town. We couldn't fault our visit and are very much looking forward to coming back and staying longer!

Very clean studio, great attention to details from Sharon. She is very friendly and organised a great spread of food. There is a charging stationfl for EVs and above all, great location with view of the jetty from the balcony.

Super clean, super comfy. Great views even from unit. 2. We were a bit worried about breakfast as the town is very small and had few options However, we were surprisingly shocked at how generous the complimentary mini bar and continental breakfast was. As we were doing the Great Southern Rail Trail we were also a bit worried about secure bike storage as no bikes are allowed in the rooms (totally fair, the rooms are far too lovely and clean for dirty bikes). Staying in Unit 2 meant we had a secure spot to lock the bikes on a balcony, mostly undercover and out of line of site of the road. Bed was amazing, shower was divine and the coffee pods in the morning saved our lives.

The owner was lovely and very helpful. The whole property is absolutely beautifully maintained. I stayed in Studio 3 which has views of the harbour from every window. It was a relaxing stay with plentiful breakfast and snacks included. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet and luxurious stay.

Amazing! We stayed in the studio facing the harbour - what a view 👌 😍! Sharon is soooo helpful, not intrusive, beautifully appointed, modern, with comfortable king size bed. And lots of healthy snacks and continental breakfast. Definitely recommend it. Adults Only, quiet place to 'chill out'.

What a wonderful place to stay! We had great communication with the owner giving us clear instructions on our check in and on arrival she came down to make sure everything was alright. The studio was beautiful, extremely well thought out, modern and comfortable and the views are super! We were in studio 1 which directly overlooks the marina and Boat Harbour Jetty. The bed was firm and very comfortable and the bathroom very spacious with a huge shower! We had lots of extra snacks and wine and juices available for us at no extra cost and the continental breakfast was lovely. All in all a wonderful stay at these superb studios!

WOW. What a luxurious retreat, this accomodation has been so thoughtfully put together. We felt very spoilt as guests, this stay offers more than just accommodation. The location is as perfect as you could want, with wonderful views. The units encompass modern luxury, with every personal detail that you would need on a night away. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful and quiet space.

This was a very nice property. The community is off the beaten path. It is a very nice old community. Our studio was very nice. The bedding was very comfortable. The property is located across the street from the harbor. You can tell the owner put a lot of attention to detail on the studio being very accommodating and also with plenty of yummy foods/snacks/wine/breakfast, etc.

Lovely unit *2, with gorgeous parcial view to the water and the pier. Very clean and comfortable. Sharon, the host gave us the best customer service we’ve experienced in Australia in 20 years. Not only se gave us lots of detailed info about places to visit and eat, she also provided us with lots of snacks and breakfast items offering to refill anything if necessary. Which wasn’t as it was more than enough for both breakfast and afternoon tea, plus everything was delicious. Her muffins are out of this world! Couldn’t believed they were home made. The unit is equipped by someone with close eye to detail as you can find everything you could possibly need, from mosquito repellent to shower caps to a magnifying mirror. We felt we were at home! Thanks again Sharon!

If you are a singl adult or a couple in the area, this is the place to stay. 5 star accomodation and service and, even though more expensive than possible other options, great value with all of the inclusions. The host was excellent and so helpful to ensure everything was perfect.
If you are a singl adult or a couple in the area, this is the place to stay. 5 star accomodation and service and, even though more expensive than possible other options, great value with all of the inclusions. The host was excellent and so helpful to ensure everything was perfect.

Tranquil bay view, studio had everything we could possibly need and then some. Sharon was a great host, meet us on arrival with dining recommendation, but with more than enough in the room for dinner and breakfast! Wish we could've spent a couple more nights there.

Amazing! We stayed in the studio facing the harbour - what a view 👌 😍! Sharon is soooo helpful, not intrusive, beautifully appointed, modern, with comfortable king size bed. And lots of healthy snacks and continental breakfast. Definitely recommend it. Adults Only, quiet place to 'chill out'.

Very clean studio, great attention to details from Sharon. She is very friendly and organised a great spread of food. There is a charging stationfl for EVs and above all, great location with view of the jetty from the balcony.

This was a very nice property. The community is off the beaten path. It is a very nice old community. Our studio was very nice. The bedding was very comfortable. The property is located across the street from the harbor. You can tell the owner put a lot of attention to detail on the studio being very accommodating and also with plenty of yummy foods/snacks/wine/breakfast, etc.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay, our host we're just lovely. Such thoughtfulness with so much provided to make our stay even more comfortable. The property was spotless and spacious, with a lovely little balcony looking over the harbour jetty. Port Albert is a lovely little harbour town with the best fresh fish and chips too. We are looking forward to planning a longer stay in the future. If you are looking for a quiet getaway within easy driving distance of Wilson Promatory and much more we would highly recommend making your base at this lovely property.

Excellent modern studio with really good equipment eg Smeg kettle and toaster. Wonderful communication from the owner. The breakfast provided exceeded expectations and was too much for us! Lovely sea views from studio 3. Highly recommended !

Super clean, super comfy. Great views even from unit. 2. We were a bit worried about breakfast as the town is very small and had few options However, we were surprisingly shocked at how generous the complimentary mini bar and continental breakfast was. As we were doing the Great Southern Rail Trail we were also a bit worried about secure bike storage as no bikes are allowed in the rooms (totally fair, the rooms are far too lovely and clean for dirty bikes). Staying in Unit 2 meant we had a secure spot to lock the bikes on a balcony, mostly undercover and out of line of site of the road. Bed was amazing, shower was divine and the coffee pods in the morning saved our lives.

Fantastic boutique studio apartment - at the high end of the luxury scale. Is advertised as a B&B and it is a do-it-yourself breakfast but so much tasty food, drink and snacks are left for you that you couldn’t ask for more. Everything was perfect. Thoughtful touches and wonderfully decorated with original artwork. A great welcome from Sharon with advice on where to go to eat. Would definitely recommend and we would have liked to stay longer to explore the area. Maybe next time.

We stayed for one night in Studio 3 while driving from Sydney to Melbourne. The place is beautifully designed and maintained; it has good views out to the harbour and is very comfortable. Sharon was very welcoming and had provided everything we might want for breakfast as well as unexpected extras like a bottle of wine which went well with the fish and chips - the only viable meal obtainable in the village. Thoroughly recommended.

Ein fantastisches B&B gleich am Hafen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, und durften uns über die hervorragende Ausstattung des Zimmers und des Bades freuen. Riesige Auswahl an Tee und Kaffee, dazu Snacks, Käse und Wein. Auch das Frühstück verdient höchstes Lob!

Nice bike path to Yarram. Great hosts. Lots of quality snack and breakfast items to choose from. Couldn't eat it all. No stovetop but toaster and coffee maker provided. Clean comfy spacious. Stayed 3 nights in studio 2.

A lovely little find. The owners have done the studios out nicely with nice furnishings and a good quality finish with plenty of space. The owner came out to greet us upon arrival and gave us useful information about the immediate area with further information available in an information book. Breakfast was great, there was a nice variety of foods including muffins, bread, cheese and muesli. Also a great selection of teas and coffees and a choice of cold drinks in the fridge. They really had thought of everything to make it homely. Wish we'd found it earlier in our trip to be able to stay another night or two.

Luxurious, spectacular setting overlooking the water. Everything about this BnB was high class. The little extras added comfort. The friendly welcome very genuine - Sharon is a delight. Excellent continental breakfast. We wanted to stay much longer!

Wonderful bolt-hole b&b. Sharon has gone to great lengths to ensure her guests are comfortable and have all they need. The unit we stayed in was for wheelchair users and it was perfectly designed to make for an easy and comfortable stay. In our case kindly provided additional treats as we arrived late and was too tired to travel for supper. Thoroughly recommend

The best fish and chips are just a short stroll away at the wharf, making it easy to slow down and soak it all in. A perfect, peaceful couples’ getaway and a great spot to switch off and recharge.
