Skye Beach Koh Samui

Superbe vue depuis la chambre 898! Piscine formidable de belles dimensions. La chambre se présente sous la forme d’un appartement avec 2 grandes chambres vue mer et d’un vaste séjour avec un coin cuisine équipée très pratique pour dîner sur le pouce en allant chercher quelques courses au 7Eleven qui est à moins de 5 minutes de marche. Possibilité de se faire livrer des repas depuis le restaurant de l’hôtel. Personnel très serviable et attentionné. Un séjour particulièrement agréable. Petit déjeuner servi à table sur menu proposant 6 choix différents (continental, américain, thaï, œufs bénédictines, pancakes, chachouka). La plage n’est pas idéale pour la baignade car peu de fond (eau aux chevilles sur plusieurs dizaines de mètres!) et il faut des chaussures de baignade en raison de nombreux cailloux/coraux. Mais on peut pratiquer le paddle mis à disposition par l’hôtel. Peu d’activités autour de l’hôtel le soir mais on accède très facilement à des quartiers animés en 15 minutes de taxi (Bophut ou Chaweng) Du coup l’environnement est calme ce qui est un plus pour les familles qui souhaitent se poser le soir. Quartier très sûr et peu de nuisance sonore malgré la proximité de l’aéroport. On peut facilement bouger depuis l’hôtel en taxi pour rejoindre les belles plages de Chaweng ou Lamai. Nous recommandons fortement le Skye Beach en famille avec des jeunes enfants/ados.

Everything about this hotel is exceptional! The location, the staff, the rooms, the restaurant! Just incredible stay and I’m sad I was only there for four days! I would never hesitate to stay there again or recommend to others! Thank you Skye Beach Hotel!

Nice place

Beautiful room, grounds and property. Only thing is this is not near a beach you can really swim in. Other than that it is a short drive to some restaurants and bars or to the beach. The positive is that it is in a much more quiet area away from loud tourist noise.

As someone who only stays in luxury villas I expect a lot, but this property provides things even the best doesn’t. I stayed in villa 3 a 2 bed with huge private pool and outdoor living. The things that stood out to me were they provided a beach bag (which is available to purchase) quilted padded slippers which were a nice touch & I’ve never stayed anywhere where the kitchen is fully equipped just like home, they even provide kitchen roll which surprised me! I absolutely loved my main hosts Nitty & Ross, nothing was too much for them even by the hospitality standards of Indonesia. My villa was only a few steps away from the private beach where they provided paddle boards which again a nice touch. Sunsets on the beach were beautiful. The restaurant served lovely authentic dishes as well as western food and the cocktails and non alcoholic drinks were fantastic. I’ve never been to the same place twice, but this place has definitely changed that.
