Shoreline @ The Sebel - en la orilla del puerto de Kiama

The location was fabulous but much else was very poor. The off-site managers (Holiday Rentals) needed 3 phone calls before they provided the unlock code for the key box, so we were left standing at the property. The coffee machine did not work. The left-hand bed lamp did not work and neither did the ceiling light above that part of the room. The basin sink plug did not work so shaving or washing up needed to be done under running water with no sink filling. But worst was the shower screen that needed fixing. We were provided with a roll of paper towel to clean up the water all over the floor. The air con did not work until we went out and bought batteries for the remote. However when the lift did not work the staff at Sebel helped us and called for service. All in all it was a very poor experience in terms of things working.

yes all the shopping was near by and there was no national park that i could find or was looking for

It was good,in the middle of the city, can walk to the beach, close to everything

We would like to come back and stay at this property.
