I booked and paid with hotels.com but the hotel didn't accept it and asked me to pay. It was late at night and I had no option but to pay. I am trying to get the refund but the hotel doesn't repkt to the emails from expedia... why is it listed up on hotela.com then?

Das Zimmer war sauber, vor der Wirtschaft ein Aschenbecher der übervoll war und tagelang nicht geleert wurde. Der Check in dauerte ca. 30 Minuten. Das Frühstück war zur Frühstückszeit nicht hergerichtet, sogar die Kaffeemaschine war noch aus, die Leistung für 15€ war ungenügend.
