No key for front security door. No key for sliding security door .This very difficult to slide door couldn't be closed all the way to prevent insects from entering. Blinds at sliding door won't swivel open/closed, some need re-threading. Cupboards in kitchen and bathroom are chipped along the bottom. Some kitchen cupboards stained. Rug in living room has lots of stains. Wardrobe doors in main bedroom stiff and noisy. Dirty unattractive plastic plants. Powerpoints dirty, light fittings too. No cover over kitchen fluorescent. I would suggest your business remove this dwelling from your holiday apartment advertising. It felt grubby. I did not use the 2nd bedroom so cannot comment on that room, I kept that door closed. I kept reminding myself that there was hot water, the aircon worked, the tv worked and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I won't be recommending this dwelling or your business. I doubt the holiday rental officer (if there is one) has not at any time, inspected this premise. It is certainly overpriced and would be pushing to get even one star. I have taken photos which I will forward to your office and suggest a staff member inspects this property with a view to removing it from your books immediately.

A return to the Apollo units for me as I stayed there as a child. Not much has changed but clean enough with a good location, nice smart TV and great parking for boats etc.. One minor hassle was the double effort to check in with the local real estate requirements as well as booking things on Stayz.
