Good location close by to subway exit A8 and A7 for Asakusa line Higashi-Ginza station. Which has alternate train take you direct to Haneda airport. Very convenient location as the metro line take you to area where lot of tourist attractions located. Hotel room are clean and decent size for Tokyo. Hotel has a many facilities including self serve laundry. We didn’t just cause need to take the train to airport next day. Only thing to watch out is there are some construction going and exit A7 and A8 only open from 7am to 10 pm. Also the only elevator for the station is on exit A1 which is a good 15 min walk on the surface to the hotel.

The hotel is in a great area, safe and central. The hotel was super clean and staff was very nice. The lobby had a lot of amenities/tools/supplies that you can easily access to make your stay more comfortable.

We had a person in our group who could not walk long distances and the hotel offered a wheel chair that we used throughout the stay. Very much appreciated and allowed her to see more of Tokyo. This is probably her last trip to Japan and it made her stay more memorable.

The lobby was nice to gather with our other travel buddies. They kept an eye on our luggage upon checking out. We could get some last minute things done without lugging all our bags with us. Big help.

Good location and laundry is located at the lobby where you can have a free coffee, surf internet while waiting in the comfort of the hotel lobby. Good location to shopping districts of Ginza and train station. And there is a value for money soba shop by the corner of the road

Quiet and yet walkable within the heart of Ginza. Plenty of food options. The hotel has weighing scales - yes we needed to weigh our bags to ensure we didn’t bust the weight limit. Breakfast easily available right downstairs.

O hotel é tamanho médio mas a não ser que você venha com muitas malas grandes não tem problema algum. Confortável, banheiro bom. No saguão do hotel há amenidades caso precise, como touca de banho, chinelos, etc...uma kettle e um mini bar no quarto. Tv,mas tudo em japonês. Wi-fi em todo hotel. Café, água e chás disponíveis no saguão do hotel. Staff maravilhoso. Microondas no saguão também. Máquina de lavar ( 300 yens pra lavar e 100 yens para secar). Você pode deixar as malas tanto antes do Check in quanto depois caso precise. Lugar excelente, perto de bons transportes e numa área nobre da cidade. Você pode usar o trem ou o ônibus para Narita aeroporto que fica mais distante e Haneda que é mais perto. Dá pra ir andando pra a estação de Tókio ( onde se também fica o trem bala). E ao contrário do que muitos dizem dá sim pra fazer bate e volta em Osaka e em Kyoto. Claro que restringindo bastante o que será visto. Japão é um sonho! Pais civilizado!

Don’t stay here unless you want to pay a lot for dirty bedsheets and yellow toilets. The area is nice, it’s in the heart of Ginza almost, and the nearest station is only a 2 minute-walk, but I found hair on my bed. I requested a room change, which they granted, but the new room had hair too, and the toilet seat was yellow. Not to mention, the wall was cracking too. The staff are relatively nice, but not very helpful.

Don’t stay here unless you want to pay a lot for dirty bedsheets and yellow toilets. The staffs are all very courtesy and helpful, especially Kato who is very nice and professional. The room is spotless clean and quiet.The location of the hotel is perfect, near the Metro station and lots of restraurants near by. For sure i will recommend this hotel to my friends and i will stay again if i visit Tokyo in future.

Once we found it from the street and made it to the lobby on the second floor, everything was smooth sailing. The room was a tad small traveling internationally with luggage, as there was no closet, or storage, so the bags had to be in the walkway even while against the wall. Despite that the beds were comfortable, and having use of the small fridge helped a great deal.

Great location! Forewarning: the rooms are TINY. My room barely had walking room around the full sized bed. It was almost impossible to open my suitcase as there’s no closet or staging area to put it. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

I have been to Japan many times and this is the only hotel staffs are not helpful and kind. If Mr. Kaneko wasn't there, I would have given 1 star to this hotel. Other employees working at late night and early mornings are just horrible. They don't greet and when you ask them a question they give you a look like you are bothering them. Room is very very small and very humid with AC on.

I have been to Japan many times and this is the only hotel staffs are not helpful and kind. If Mr. Kaneko wasn't there, I would have given 1 star to this hotel. I was mistaken to have high expectations of this place give the glowing recent reviews. Breakdown Pros - they give you extra supplies like slippers, pyjama, face wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush etc (variety is more than your usual hotels) - close to public transport station - close to Lawson - fairly quiet - free water and cold tea which was especially helpful during the humid summer. Cons - Reception is located on level 2 (as opposed to ground floor). Not sure if it’s a common thing in Japan. We only stayed at this hotel so can’t compare. - Staff weren’t as hospitable as you’d expect from a Japanese hotel. Even at hotels in Western countries they would greet you when you head to the desk. - our bathroom didn’t smell the best but it didn’t smell to the point where I’d be bothered to change rooms.

Very convenient location as the metro line take you to area where lot of tourist attractions located. Hotel room are clean and decent size for Tokyo. Hotel has a many facilities including self serve laundry. We didn’t just cause need to take the train to airport next day. Only thing to watch out is there are some construction going and exit A7 and A8 only open from 7am to 10 pm. Also the only elevator for the station is on exit A1 which is a good 15 min walk on the surface to the hotel.

The Quintessa Hotel in Ginza is in the central part of Ginza and is very close convenient store, restaurants and train stations. Walkable distance to lots of shopping stores. The area is very safe, overall very quiet. The staff is very friendly. The room we got is a little bit tight for 2 but we are there to sleep mostly so makes no different for us. Very clean room so its comfortable. Bathroom for one person at a time because of limited space to sharing of one faucet that controls both shower and sink...only one at a time. Overall good place.

A smaller hotel typical of what you would find in Tokyo but impressed with cleanliness of room, quality of decor and amenities, and above all, excellent service from hotel staff! Cafe de Crie on the 1st floor level is very convenient for hotel guest and offers delicious but limited menu items. Excellent location close to all major attractions and high-end shops that Ginza is known for. Very happy for choosing this hotel!

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything about the pool. Breakfast was reasonably good but it would be better if it starts at 6:30 rather than 7:00 AM. We travelled with touristic purposes. If you have to be for a trip at 7:30 AM, that means that you miss breakfast

Boutique hotel tucked away around a corner with small shops and friendly restaurants when you walk out the door. Rooms were small, but while appointed with great blackout shades,our view look down a side street. Walking distance from the Metro Station, luxury shopping district and transportation to sites. Coffee and tea in lobby with a small cafe downstairs. No breakfast buffet offered. Friendly excellent staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at Quintessa Hotel Tokyo Ginza and would happily stay here again. The location is fantastic. From Haneda Airport, the train takes about 40–45 minutes, and the station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel. Tokyo Station is also very close. The hotel is in Ginza, surrounded by shops, cafés, and restaurants ranging from affordable to luxury. Hibiya Park and the Imperial Palace are nearby as well, and the whole area is wonderful for walking. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed, including slippers and bathrobes. The lobby always has complimentary coffee, tea, water, and useful personal-care items. There are also washing and drying machines and a microwave. We especially liked the café on the first floor, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., with free Wi-Fi. You can choose and pay for breakfast at the hotel, and lunch or dinner are also available. We loved the atmosphere — there were always local Japanese people stopping in before work or meeting after work, which made it feel very welcoming and authentic. A great hotel in a great location. We would definitely come back!
