Enjoy your holidays in our bright, cosy and spacious non-smoking holiday flat with 77 sqm of living space on the first floor of a historic house in Aschau im Chiemgau. The flat combines comfort, style and family-friendliness - ideal for couples or small families. Particularly noteworthy is the large west-facing balcony with a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains, which makes every moment a pleasure. The open-plan living area is lovingly furnished and invites you to linger with a wood-burning stove, a comfortable couch, a cosy dining area, flat-screen cable TV and free WiFi. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and toaster - perfect for cooking and enjoying meals together.The separate bedroom with comfortable double bed guarantees restful nights. A spiral staircase leads to the open gallery with a sofa bed, which is suitable for an additional adult or two children. For children, the upper area also offers a cosy bunk bed and a lovingly furnished play corner with lots of books and games - a little paradise under the roof. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub and WC. We are happy to provide a baby travel cot on request. Please note that dogs and pets are not allowed in our holiday flat.
