全てにおいて満足しました。

The staff was very friendly and the front desk spoke English which was nice. They provided slippers but they were a bit too small for my feet and they had free products such as face lotion and tea. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was in a great location. I also really liked the bathroom. The shower was nice and so was the bidet.

The staff was nice, Razib was a gentlemen, he answered all my inquiries, the hotel is a bit from gojo station, but also not far from gion. Lastly the wifi was poor, and wasn't always working.

紅葉の時期に泊まれそうだったので滑り込みました。スタッフは日本人はおりませんでしたが、日本語は堪能でした。普段は日本語より他の言葉を話すお客さまが多いのでしょうから充分だと思います。施設について、夜、Wi-Fiが遅くて使えなかったそうなので星3にさせてもらいました。朝食はメニューが豊富でどれも美味しかったです。
