Villa Jarana

If you want peace, privacy, space and the most amazing views, Villa ----- delivers! We enjoyed 10 days here and there is not a single thing we would change. It is exactly like the photos! The outside space is great with 4 different areas to enjoy; the Bali bed with views across the pool and to the sea, sun beds to enjoy sea and mountain views, ditto with the outside dining area and finally at the back of the house a lovely area to chill in the shade, with table, chairs and a hammock. To the side of the house there is a built-in BBQ with an outdoor kitchen (sink & worktop) and this is where the washing machine is located. The interior is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, the master with shower en-suite and a family bathroom (with bath) next to the twin and double room. There is air-conditioning throughout, with oil filled radiators for cooler months and a lovely wood burning stove fire in the living room. We enjoyed the massive smart TV in the living room and there is even an Amazon Fire Stick for you to log in to with your own account and watch Netflix etc. There may have been a sound system (highly likely) but it was not something we investigated. Sylvia leaves lots of (English and other languages) books around, so you wont run out of something to read. The kitchen is well equipped and you have everything you are likely to need, full oven and hob, microwave, kettle. There is a decent sized fridge freezer which is handy and allows you to do big grocery shops. There is a coffee percolator and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. I appreciated the stick/immersion/hand blender which I used quite a bit, a dishwasher likewise. Basic consumables were in the cupboards ready for us, dishwasher tabs, washing detergent, washing up liquid, cling wrap foil etc., as well as a toilet rolls for a few days. Your unsorted rubbish can be placed in any of the bin containers along the roads, which was convenient. The tap water in the area has a high mineral/lime content which may cause stomach upset if you are not used it – no problem, water is sold in all the supermarkets in anything up to 8 litres for only a Euro or so. We found the villa to be immaculately clean. Sylvia obviously has very high standards – well done and thank you Sylvia! Most people will wonder about the access, we certainly did. The honest answer is the last 30-40 metres of so is on a bit of a rocky track so you just have to drive a little tentatively. We managed easily.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views seem almost too nice to be real, and the heating kept the elderly members of our group plenty comfortable for our two week hiking vacation in February. Silvia was so sweet and helpful. Great memories!!

Die Finca ist wunderschön gelegen. Aus der Ferne kann man sogar das Meer betrachten. Absolute Ruhe ist garantiert. Alles was für eine Familie mit Kindern benötigt wird ist im Haus vorhanden. Stabiles Internet, Waschmaschine, Smart TV, etc. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und alles war exzellent gereinigt. Der Pool ist für Kinder gut geeignet und angenehm groß. Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Urlaub und sind begeistert das wir sogar die Eigentümer kennenlernen durften. Wir haben so viel Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht erwartet. Ich kann mich an dieser Stelle nur ausdrücklich für alles bedanken und die Finca uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Haus mit herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher Besitzer, der alle Fragen sehr schnell beantwortete. Man muss nur wissen, dass die Zufahrtsstraße sehr kurvig ist. Vielen Dank, dass Sie uns in Ihrem Zuhause willkommen geheißen haben. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
