The company was great to deal with. We were very happy with our 2 week stay. The location was perfect.

Desde que llegamos tuvimos varios inconvenientes. No es de fácil acceso si tienes coche y no tiene estacionamiento, el colchón del sofá cama muy malo y no tenía sábanas, las almohadas sucias. No teníamos toallas suficientes ni papel de baño. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, el cual arreglaron hasta que nos fuimos, los vecinos tuvieron que irse a un hotel porque no podían dormir del calor con niños. Habían hormigas y en general la propiedad deja mucho que desear. Las calles de Mallorca en el centro están sucias y no es agradable caminar por ahí.

We loved staying here. Right in the heart of historic Palma but so very quiet. Lovely little outside space to enjoy a coffee. The apartment was very well equipped and everything worked well. Only problem we encountered was receiving the checkin information despite many emails and texts requesting it. We didn’t receive the information until we touched down in Palma. Other than that a very pleasing stay.

Handy to places we wanted to see and to the bus station. Bike cafe around the corner was great.

Located on a quiet street, yet close to the busier streets of the old town. Well appointed, perhaps a bit tired in places, but with all that we needed for our three night stay. A difficult one to fix, but every footstep, every scrape of a chair, every movement from the apartment above was very audible from our ground floor apartment. Ergo, not great when upstairs included a small child and early risers. A building design issue, admittedly, but one to consider if you need your .
