This is a nice hotel with a great location , but it is not a 5 star hotel. The lobby is virtually nonexistent, and there is no bar, restaurant, , concierge, or sense of hospitality. The Amerigo blows Casa Alberola off the map .

Lovely city hotel , clean and very comfortable beds, but surprised at no bar or sun terrace ,we had a tiny Juliette balcony but no seating room would have expected a tea tray in the room or a stocked mini bar, a 4 star hotel but no restaurant for the rate or stay was surprising

en internet pone claramente que el hotel dispone de parking, y cuando llegas al hotel te dicen que no, no nos ofrecieron ninguna oyra opcion, asi que tuvimos que cancelar la reserva y buscarnos otro hotel "con parking".

We were very satisfied with the hotel, personnel and room. The reception was very helpful all throughout the week. Location is perfectly central with beautiful surroundings. The room was very fresh and included a good coffee pod machine. Breakfast was nice too, although we mostly enjoyed eating out.

The room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely side view of the marina from the small balcony; the shower was fantastic. The hotel location is very central, close to the water front and ideally placed to walk into the main town areas. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days in Alicante.

We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. A special thank you to Clara for her excellent restaurant recommendations, and for providing the additional armchair in our room. A great stay, thank you.

Service og frokost er helt topp. Du kan sette igjen bagasje og ta en tur i vakre Alicante.

Vi boede i værelse 104 og ved første øjekast var værelset fint, med en stor seng og fransk altan med udsigt til lystbådehavnen. Bad og toilet var ligeledes også fint. Af uvisse grunde var der installeret en sensor, som ved en enhver bevægelse i rummet lyste op med et stor rødt lys. Endvidere er der ingen lydisolering og alt larm og støj fra gaden kunne man tydeligt høre. Selvom vi sov med ørepropper var det den værste nattesøvn i lang tid.

Kleine Zimmer, aber toll und chic ausgestattet. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick auf den Hafen von Alicante. Tolle Zimmer, super Betten, wir haben so gut geschlafen. Fenster gut isoliert, vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören. Zentrumsnah, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sonderwünsche (late check out) kein Problem. Leckeres Frühstück. Einfach ein tolles Stadthotel, wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early. Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it.

Un des rares hotels un peu "classy" du centre ville d'Alicante, emplacement parfait pour profiter du front de mer et de la ville. Belle ambiance Art Deco dans un magnifique bâtiments et belles chambres confortables. Par contre le staff est pas toujours très sympa, avec une mention très négative au petit déjeuner où nous avons attendus nos plats 40 minutes (relancés 2 fois) avant de nous lever et partir. Nul.

Excelente ubicación, se puede llegar a pié a todos los puntos de la ciudad de Alicante. Hotel elegante en bonito edificio clásico. Muy tranquilo. Fenomenal para viajar con mascota, disponibilidad de Kit para mascotas, camita de gran tamaño y accesorios para el agua y comida. Personal muy amable que nos aconsejaron sobre lugares para tapear y comer. Habitación muy confortable, nos mejoraron la categoría de la habitación lo que agradecemos mucho. Cuando regresemos a Alicante repetiremos seguro en este establecimiento.

Foi minha 3a vez neste Hotel,e de longe a pior estadia de todas devido a pessima staff e descaso com a zona de carga/descarga que era destinada ao Hotel e que hoje em dia é totalmente negligenciada! Precisam urgentemente treinar ou contratar profissionais capacitados para tratar do hospede neste Hotel. Apaticos, nada explicam, inexperientes e 0 carisma! As roupas de cama tb ja foram melhores. Atualmente nao dispoem mais de edredom de inverno, apenas um pano fino q serve no maximo para o verao. Ha 2 anos atras ainda havia um edredom super grosso e macio para o inverno. Tb nao ha restaurante no inverno! A unica coisa que salva é a estrutura em si do Hotel e sua bela localizacao. s

2ème fois que je viens de cet hôtel et on peut dire que les choses se sont détériorées en 2 ans. L’hôtel et la chambre ont gardé leur charme casual chic mais alors le service c’est zéro . Déjà en rentrant dans la chambre la poubelle des toilettes se trouvait sur cuvette ?! Mais plus embêtant il n’y avait rien sur l’évier . Oui vous avez bien lu . J’ai pour ma part payé 240€ pour une nuit pour n’avoir rien : pas de mouchoirs, pas de petit savon, pas de coton-tige, pas de brosse à dents, ni évidemment coton démaquillant ou autre shower cap … Nada . Le mini-bar est évidemment vide depuis le covid (pourquoi le laisser dans ce cas ?) . We could not fault the hotel, the room was nice and clean, and the housekeeping was excellent. The staff were helpful and friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Stunning hotel, bottle water and lovely coffee in room. Room was a little small but we chose the standard room as only staying for 3 night. The hotel is great for access to everything in Alicante. Port is across the road, restaurants line the promenade, cocktail bars close by. Walking distance to old town and the beach. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente ubicación, se puede llegar a pié a todos los puntos de la ciudad de Alicante. Hotel elegante en bonito edificio clásico. Muy tranquilo. Fenomenal para viajar con mascota, disponibilidad de Kit para mascotas, camita de gran tamaño y accesorios para el agua y comida. Personal muy amable que nos aconsejaron sobre lugares para tapear y comer. Habitación muy confortable, nos mejoraron la categoría de la habitación lo que agradecemos mucho. Cuando regresemos a Alicante repetiremos seguro en este establecimiento.

Hotel and room were really well presented. Staff friendly and welcoming on arrival and throughout our stay. The room was very clean, spacious and had a lovely side view of the marina from the small balcony; the shower was fantastic. The hotel location is very central, close to the water front and ideally placed to walk into the main town areas. Overall, we had a wonderful 4 days in Alicante.

This hotel is housed in a charming & stylish old building but with modern renovation update. I highly recommend book rooms facing the water/marina. Trust me, it's worth the extra cost. Kudo to Hilton scoping up this gem in Alicante. It's certainly full of characters and located in front of the water. If I have to provide any suggestions, I'd put the energy in improving the breakfast quality and offerings. It doesn't match the rest of the hotel.

This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

Just as good second time round. If not the suite, room 202 is equally good. Located in the tower, the morning view and sun are a real tonic - as is the power shower. We used this hotel at the start and end of our vacation but wouldn't mind staying longer to explore Alicante more.

Didn’t have breakfast there or dine in the evening but the hotel and staff were extremely polite welcoming and helpful. Lovely hotel and a good location close to the restaurants and bars. Quiet location for a good sleep.
