For the money spent the property should have had unlimited access to infinity pool, as well as not having to pay to use the Sauna. Overall great hotel just too many rules and additional charges for the price. I stayed in the Premier Ocean View Suite.

Five star all the way. Had an ocean view with a balcony. Rooms are nearly completely sound proof. The views were incredible and service was even better. Everyone was so kind and wanting to help at every turn. Nice hotel gym and the pool is dreamy, especially at sunset! I didn’t eat at the hotel but there are many options. Location wise, you walk right out of the first floor directly to the beach. Tons of eating near by. There is a “mall” attached to the hotel but it doesn’t look to be full yet. Also close to blue line park. The subway is a 10 minute walk and there’s always a taxi waiting outside if you need that. Would love to stay here again.

Spectacular hotel. Every single detail in this property is above and beyond - including the remote control curtains and welcome tea. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge. Cleanliness was 11/10 and we had a breathtaking view of the beach. The pool had an incredible view as well. The gym was amazing, the cushiony feeling of the equipment was so comfortable. The hotel even provides gym attire so you don’t have to use your own! I wish I had booked a few extra nights and explored Busan more. We’ll definitely be back!

Overall we had high expectations for this property after coming from an amazing place in Seoul. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the rather impersonal customer service. When we arrived for check in after the appointed check in time, we were told that the room wasn’t ready. The suggested solution was that we wait in the lounge (only after we suggested an alternate room, was this option explored). This was after a long queue to check in (which can be expected at large hotels so we understood). The price of in room amenities and food at the hotel was quite high for what was offered. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable with an absolutely incredible view which was a huge plus. Unfortunately the pool was closed one whole day for cleaning so we were only able to use the pool once during our stay and for a short period of time. We were also disappointed that there was no option to pay for a late check out. We were happy with the location and there was one concierge, shout out to Leo, who was super helpful and made our stay infinitely better.

The hotel feels like a 4 star hotel and definitely not worth 2 keys of Michelin. Very poor service; the staff doesn’t know English. The design is very cheap as is all the furniture in the room. The bathtub is small, the douch keeps dripping. It feels like a motel ambiance! Breakfast is ok but you have to wait in line in the morning and since they don’t know your name they call you by room number. Check-In took 20 minutes, I don’t understand why and I had to fill out a firm with stupid questions like birthday (after she took a photocopy of my passport). Definitely not a 2 keys Michelin hotel!!!

The property is excellent. My One complaint is that sink taps need to be run for some time before hot water comes through. Cold water never properly came through. This came as a surprise given the hotel quality and rating.

The staff at the property was wonderful and very attentive. You can feel the service as soon as you step onto the property. The room cleanliness was excellent with great amenities present in the room as well as the hotel. The location is next to Haeundae Beach as well as the Mipo Station for the Sky Capsule/Beach Train. Would highly recommend to others as well as looking forward to staying here again if opportunity arises.

The room was so spacious and clean! We had a beautiful view of the harbor. The staff and service were amazing. The location of this hotel was ideal as well. I’m so happy we were able to stay here and we will definitely be back with more friends and family.

The views are amazing! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The location was convenient, a walk or short uber away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the complementary refreshments provided in the lounge each evening and morning.

직원 서비스는 최고지만 객실은 별로였음. 객실이 매우 매우 건조하고 침대가 딱딱해서 불편합니다. 세면대는 손만 씻어도 물이 사방에 다 튀고 호캉스 하려면 기장 아난티가 낫네요. 편안히 쉬러 갔는데 객실 건조함과 침대 때문에 더 피곤해졌어요... 그리고 딥디크 케이스로 된 다회성 어매니티는 용기위에 다 같은 이름으로 써있지만 향은 다 달라서 뭔가 없어보였습니다.... 빨래건조대도 없어서 수영복 말릴 곳이 없네요.

V classy and well organised hotel. Lots of staff making it all run v smoothly. Great room service and front desk. Nothing to criticise except, maybe, the insanely expensive breakfast. But that’s optional. This hotel was the only of the 5 on our trip who mentioned tax free on the bill is possible (at the airport). No small deal.

We had a bumpy start as one of our room had electrical issues but the staff quickly managed to change room and offered us a great service. Swimming pool was amazing. Staff when we checked out was also very helpful in the end. We are frequent travellers with many five star hotel experiences and we will definitely be revisiting this hotel and are planning to visit Signiel Seoul next time as well.

The hotel feels like a 4 star hotel and definitely not worth 2 keys of Michelin. Very poor service; the staff doesn’t know English. The design is very cheap as is all the furniture in the room. The bathtub is small, the douch keeps dripping. It feels like a motel ambiance! Breakfast is ok but you have to wait in line in the morning and since they don’t know your name they call you by room number. Check-In took 20 minutes, I don’t understand why and I had to fill out a firm with stupid questions like birthday (after she took a photocopy of my passport). Definitely not a 2 keys Michelin hotel!!!

The location was great and the staff at the hotel were excellent. Very helpful! The trainee Kim Jung Eun? She was very kind and smiled which made us feel welcome. We reallly enjoyed staying at signiel and definitely will stay again when we come back to Busan and tell friends.

Overall we had high expectations for this property after coming from an amazing place in Seoul. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the rather impersonal customer service. When we arrived for check in after the appointed check in time, we were told that the room wasn’t ready. The suggested solution was that we wait in the lounge (only after we suggested an alternate room, was this option explored). This was after a long queue to check in (which can be expected at large hotels so we understood). The price of in room amenities and food at the hotel was quite high for what was offered. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable with an absolutely incredible view which was a huge plus. Unfortunately the pool was closed one whole day for cleaning so we were only able to use the pool once during our stay and for a short period of time. We were also disappointed that there was no option to pay for a late check out. We were happy with the location and there was one concierge, shout out to Leo, who was super helpful and made our stay infinitely better.

View of the hotel is magnificent and really quiet. The only thing to note is its a little far from so you will have to plan for transport and the nearest subway was at least 10 mins away. Taxi was hard to come by when hit by rains (which i experienced during my stay).

Really nice hotel, great service. Close to the Blue Line Park and beach. Easy to get into other parts of Busan via taxi or public transport. Great luxury high end product and brand.

Nice hotel if you want to be by Haeundae beach. Other attractions were a bit of a drive away. We asked for help with a driver and were quoted a price and paid almost double what I thought. Lost in translation somewhere? Walk to downtown is about 15 min. There are shops and dining a short walk away as well. Food and drinks at hotel are $$$$. There are other nice options to stay nearby that are probably half the cost.

Good location. The guest lounge was awesome. Provided a tax refund slip that was a nice little bonus at the airport. It’s a short walk to the subway but you are on the beach with everything in walking distance. Would totally stay here again. Make time for the pool!

Five star all the way. Had an ocean view with a balcony. Rooms are nearly completely sound proof. The views were incredible and service was even better. Everyone was so kind and wanting to help at every turn. Nice hotel gym and the pool is dreamy, especially at sunset! I didn’t eat at the hotel but there are many options. Location wise, you walk right out of the first floor directly to the beach. Tons of eating near by. There is a “mall” attached to the hotel but it doesn’t look to be full yet. Also close to blue line park. The subway is a 10 minute walk and there’s always a taxi waiting outside if you need that. Would love to stay here again.

We loved our room and the welcome tea!! Unfortunately the bath tub had a leak and couldn’t enjoy properly the bath with the spa amenities. Also, the hotel offers champagne and snacks at a beautiful lounge. Unfortunately, you had to wait in line for over one hour to enter this lounge. It was very unpleasant having you wait so long!

The service was great and hotel spectacular. I had a small issue inside the room and the management quickly resolved it and further made my stay extra special. Food buffet for breakfast and dinner was fantastic and the location was wonderful.

조식 퀄리티 대박이고 뷰도 나름 괜찮음. 방이 크진않고 보통 사이즈이며, 실내수영장도 레인으로 되어있어 다른 사람 이용시 좀 불편함. 헬스장 기구 얼마 없지만 그래도 만족스러운 정도고, 침구류 좋고 근처에 식음료 매장들 많음. 라운지 편안하고 샴페인 무제한에 간단한 과자류 있음. 호텔 다 즐기다보면 체크아웃 시간 빠듯할 정도로 호캉스론 최고인듯. 사우나 유료인건 좀 아쉬움. 숙박료도 비싼데 사우나는 일부객실 무료로 해도 되지 않을까?
