El acceso al establecimiento se realiza por la Calle Lucena 60, una zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Gracias a su excelente ubicación, la playa se encuentra a solo unos pasos, lo que permite a los huéspedes disfrutar fácilmente del sol y del encanto costero de Nerja.
El parking es comunitario, al exterior y no hay plazas asignadas, por lo que cabe la posibilidad de que no haya plaza disponible en algún momento. También se puede aparcar en la calle sin salida que llega hasta el recinto de la urbanización.El apartamento Burriana en Nerja ofrece 105 m² para hasta 6 huéspedes, con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños.
Este apartamento ocupa la planta superior de un dúplex de dos plantas con acceso independiente y cuenta con aire acondicionado, televisión, Wi-Fi, lavadora y secadora. Cuna y trona están disponibles para los más pequeños, disponibles por un coste adicional. Disfrute de un amplio balcón privado con vistas al mar y a la montaña.
Está ubicado en una zona tranquila, al final de una calle sin salida, a pocos metros de la playa de Burriana y su paseo marítimo, donde encontrará restaurantes, bares y tiendas. El casco antiguo de Nerja se encuentra a poca distancia a pie.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic terrace and amazing views. Such a great location close to the beach. Would highly recommend It was our first time in the area and we loved the apartment and Nerja.

We really felt very much at ease at this wonderful apartment. Most stunning was the terrace with the fantastic view to the beach. Furthermore you were provided with everything you need for a complete holiday concerning going to the beach, preparing meals or just relaxing in the apartment. We definetely will find our way back to Capistrano 105, ;-)

Brlliant apartment, modern, clean. Superb location, amazing views, could sit for hours in a morning with a coffee watching the beach come to life. 100% will be back, everything you need is right there.

We have enjoyed our week at the apartment.The photos and information given is accurate and its very well equipped for self catering. The balcony was lovely overlooking Burriana beach.(5 mins down hill) Previous people had left charcoal for bbq and other foodstuffs which is fantastic if you are only there a week. There was also a few inflatables for the beach a bucket and spade and 2 sunshades if you required them which we did! (Can hire sunbed for 6 euros each at the beach) The apartment can easily fit 4 people and was very comfortable especially the beds. The air con was exceptional, we only used it at night on the quiet low setting and during the day had doors open as you can get a lovely breeze being high up and it saves electricity! Our main problem was parking. The small garage only fits around 25 cars and we only managed to get our car in there once. Street parking is difficult to find a space during peak season. The number of steps to the apartment/down to the beach is a lot. If you are carrying shopping you need to make a few trips back and forth to use the lift (look for the big tower) The pool was lovely and warm but was small for the number of people wanting to use it. Sunbeds cos 4 euros to hire and there was a little bar/shop to buy drinks and ice lollies. No balls or inflatables are allowed. If you have small children or mobility issues then this apartment isnt for you. We would stay again as Burriana beach and Nerja had lots of things to do- pedalos
