スタッフの皆様も感じがよくお部屋も綺麗で気になるところは感じませんでした。朝食も前評判通り大満足でした！　また、忘れ物をした際すぐ連絡をしてくださって助かりました。

美唄で二つあるビジネスホテルの一つです。 2回目の宿泊です。出張で利用しました。 出来て2年目な事もあり、建物は非常に綺麗です。 地元の自動車学校が母体のホテルという事もあり ホテルスタッフはホテルマンというより普通のスタッフです。

We suddenly had to leave a day early and get rid of a lot of our luggage (2 suitcases, scooters, clothes, a bunch of camping equipment etc) and the staff were extremely kind to offer help in disposing of it all. Bear in mind that in Japan there’s very strict and meticulous trash sorting, and getting rid of bulky items is cumbersome and costly. Still, the staff did it for free out of the goodnesses of their hearts and I’m infinitely grateful for it. 🙇\u200d♀️
