This place was amazing from start to finish everything and anything you can possibly need or want is right there!!!I rented this home for my son‘s wedding this weekend and had family and friends come in to enjoy this beautiful home in the woods:) This is home exceeded my expectations!! We will definitely be back!!!!

We had the most fantastic stay again! The river view is soo very relaxing and the wildlife is great to see. We have stayed in this house three years in a row and we are already booked for next year so I think that says something. The house is beautiful and we love Renee! Thank you for havibg us agin this year and we look forward to 2027!

Marker 38 is amazing! We have rented Many homes around the world and several in Deland- NONE have come close to being in as incredible a setting as this home. It is stunning and like being in your own private nature preserve. The house is thoughtfully appointed and so well equipped. There is plenty of space for people to spread out and have private areas to get work done or read in peace. The pool and outside spaces are comfortable and spacious. There are lawn games and board games, but really all you will want to do is watch the birds and wildlife. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms well laid out. The kitchen has everything you need, including an ice machine a two refrigerators. I wish we had known about Marker 38 when our daughter started college- we would have rented it for every visit. None of us wanted to leave- so we will have to return!

Darren & Betsy — thank you again for opening your river house to us. This was our second stay, and somehow it was even better than the first.This time we were lucky enough to share the home with my mom and sister, and they both loved it just as much as we did. The house is such a special place, comfortable, well cared for, and the perfect setting to relax and make memories together.You truly have a forever client in us, and I sincerely hope you’ll continue sharing this property for many years to come. We can’t wait to return!

I get together with 3 high school buddies each year, we are all retired now. We like boating, BBQ and just hanging around. This house was by far our favorite location and the amenities and level of service was outstanding. We will be back new year.
