Burntwood Court Hotel

Det var en noget ringe oplevelse, elendig seng og fitness der ellers er fine foto af er på den anden side af vejen og koster 200kr. pr. dag.

Despite having a gym spa facility, if you don’t book direct they ask you to pay for them and request in future to go direct to get them included. Generally disappointed as I picked this hotel so I could access those facilities without paying £20 a day. Despite this the room was clean, tidy and what you would expect. Staff were also friendly so it’s a shame on this point as I’ll find somewhere else to stay in future

£180 per night, did not include gym access or breakfast. Very outdated room, lightweight bed and bathroom from the 80s. Not worth the money

Was OK. Room was a bit dated and the mattress was rock solid. Food was nice and staff were friendly

Very disappointing, definitely not a 5 star! Checked in, staff member was unsure of systems, manager had to assist ( not a big problem, but staff member wasnt really friendly) Was then directed to an annex building across the road. Had to walk out in the sleet, got to room and it was so basic, gave vibes of a hostel/retirement home! Gym and spa is another building away and then charged £20 per visit! Not obvious when booking. Restaurant is a separate building again, so back out in 1° rain and sleet. Didnt feel safe as a single female in the annex building, no key required to get into building and on the ground floor. Realised then that the receptionist pre authorised by card £200 rather than £100, was told I would have to wait until checkout 2 days layer and then it could yake a few more days. I travel twice or three times a moth for work, wouldn't stsy here again. Infact I left after the firstbl hour and booked a premier 10mins down the road!
