No air conditioning. The fan they gave me was disgustingly covered in dust and dirt. Was not helpful. Was very hard to even get ahold of the property. very warm inside.

キッチンにコンロや電子レンジもあり、必要なものはだいたいそろっていた。食器用洗剤はあるが、スポンジはないのでペーパータオルで代用した。 共用のランドリーがあってよかったが、使い方がよくわからなかった。使い方が貼ってあるとよかった。何台かあったが、洗濯・乾燥までできるのは一台しか稼働してなかった？ ボディシャンプー兼シャンプーはあったが、リンスはなし。 駅までは近くて便利だった。

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was okay for a budget option. The location is excellent - very close to Oerlikon train station (just 2 minutes walk) and good transport links to the city center. The apartment was spacious and had basic kitchen facilities However, without a car, you're really stuck in a pretty bland area with limited nearby options for food or entertainment. You have to take transport everywhere, which gets expensive quickly in Zurich. Several issues affected our stay: the WiFi was not so good especially for calls and video calls. It was very noisy at night from both the street and neighboring apartments including the curtains which were sheer so light came through. The apartment got uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation, and the provided fan was inadequate.

The place was spacious, however, the windows were opened upon checking in, which the smell of cigarettes entered the apartment. We got the basement. Very easy to check in, towels were provided. Has a kitchen which allowed us to cook. The outside was a bit dirty, bird poops everywhere. Overall, not bad for the price.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sie wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet und hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Mir fehlte ein Hinweis, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist - so fanden wir völlig aufgeheizte Appartments vor und auch in der Nacht war es unerträglich warm. Lediglich ein kleiner Ventilator sorgt für etwas Zug. Daneben war es in der Nacht durch die Lage zur Strasse hin sehr laut, teilweise waren noch Holzfenster vorhanden, die nicht richtig schlossen und so waren die Geräusche von draussen noch lauter.

Probably was good. Recommend bigger fans. This property has no air conditioning. In the summer it was super hot inside. Fan was super small and low. I had to open the windows all night.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. It was bad enough that it all became one big joke with our three girls.

There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

Bathroom ceiling leaking. 1/2inch of water on bathroom floor. No bathroom light. No AC and 2 of the 3 fans supplied did not work. 3rd fan barely blew air. Dining room lamp dim. No balcony furniture. Advertised as a “Senior Apartment” has slippery floors when wet and several trip hazards present on the floors. Mold growing in shower. This unit is falsely advertised and was nothing close to what is expected by their pictures and descriptions. STAY FAR AWAY. Customer support was useless, only offered to send someone to look at the leaking ceiling- never offered to find a replacement- we had to leave and find another place to stay- almost ruined our whole trip to Zurich.

Terrible apartment if I may say. The photos suggest it’s a nice little comfy space but in real it’s something else. Wifi not working, hair dryer not working, bed making squeaky noise that could probably break anytime. Not at all par with our expectations.

Don’t stay here Not easy place to find and when we open the door smells like a not clean bathroom, floor not clean, toilet paper holder broken and shower head was broken, for 3 days we were there gad to hold the shower head if I wanted to shower. People smoking outside my window and the window was open when we got there. Police was there when we got back from dinner questioning some people at the front door. And every time when we would go and come back were some guys hanging out the front doors smoking and commenting and we didn’t feel safe. Was extremely hot weather and the fan provided in the unit was small barely working and was dirty blowing warm/hot dust air. . Will never use this place again.

The location is in the basement, which is not a particular problem for me, because when visiting, you stay in the hotel at night, but there is practically no ventilation. I don't expect air conditioning, but access to air.

Lo único bueno es lo cerca al transporte, y al aeropuerto. Lo malo: muy ruidoso, no tiene ventilación adecuada se pone muy sofocado el ambiente, no tiene aire acondicionado ni siquiera los ventiladores funcionan bien (no sirven en absoluto deberían cambiarlos) Tuvimos bastante calor las 2 noches casi sin poder dormir por ese motivo y sumando el ruido constante de la calle. La limpieza le doy un 7 , el baño muy pequeño (excepto la regadera que es amplia al menos). Las mesas que tienen en las habitaciones ocupan demasiado espacio. deberían poner algo más funcional en su lugar.

El alojamiento estaba muy moderno y cuidado. Con utensilios de todas clases. El mayor problema es que el apartamento se encontraba en la entreplanta, la pequeña ventana que había se encontraba al ras del suelo y la calle era bastante concurrida, con muchos coches. En el apartamento no entraba casi luz, te veían desde la calle y agobiaba esto. Estoy segura que si nos hubieran dado una planta superior o incluso el bajo, nos hubiéramos sentido más agusto.

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sie wie auf den Bildern eingerichtet und hat grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Mir fehlte ein Hinweis, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist - so fanden wir völlig aufgeheizte Appartments vor und auch in der Nacht war es unerträglich warm. Lediglich ein kleiner Ventilator sorgt für etwas Zug. Daneben war es in der Nacht durch die Lage zur Strasse hin sehr laut, teilweise waren noch Holzfenster vorhanden, die nicht richtig schlossen und so waren die Geräusche von draussen noch lauter.

Terrible apartment if I may say. The photos suggest it’s a nice little comfy space but in real it’s something else. Wifi not working, hair dryer not working, bed making squeaky noise that could probably break anytime. Not at all par with our expectations.

İlk defa geldiğimiz yerde en azından rahatça açabileceğimiz katta pencereli oda olsaydı iyi olurdu . 4 kişi kalınca havasızlık oluyor.Kış olması odanın sıcak olması iyi ancak yazın kalınmaz burda çok sıcak olur . There is no one in the property, it is self service but they are a phone call away. Location is very convenient to the train station less than 10 minute walk and the grocery store. It is safe as well and the unit we have was clean.

Overall just a massive breakdown in communication. Once booked on Hotels.com no communication received from the hotel. Apparently they have a required registration process that does not occur automatically and it required us making multiple calls to the Hotels.com help like to get the required Booking reference number. One of the two units could not support EU standard electrical converters and needed an electrician to fix. Neither of the two units booked at functioning fans.

If you're looking for an affordable-ish place to stay in expensive Zurich, like our family, you may be inclined to stay at Vision Apartments. Here are some things to be aware of through our experience. First of all, there is no AC. This is actually more common in Europe than I realized, but something travelers should be aware of. We stayed in June and it was very hot and uncomfortable. Secondly, your apartment will likely not look anything like the pictures. We were in a basement apartment with painted concrete floors and bare bones accommodations. These apartments show all the signs of corporate absentee ownership trying to maximize profit by minimizing their own expenses. There is no one on site to talk to, just QR codes to report things, and a hard-to-find number to call. To get our entry code we needed to fill out an online form that day, which didn't work, so we had to call customer service and send our passport over email which we try to avoid at all costs. When we arrived, about 45 minutes after check in, the cleaner was still there, likely due to understaffing. We reported this, and the company had a ready response -- 30% off your NEXT stay within the next year. We won't be returning. The second day we found a cockroach on the floor and reported this. The company did eventually give us a partial refund for this. Our freezer was not working, so ice cream we bought turned to soup. It was bad enough that it all became one big joke with our three girls.

Lo único bueno es lo cerca al transporte, y al aeropuerto. Lo malo: muy ruidoso, no tiene ventilación adecuada se pone muy sofocado el ambiente, no tiene aire acondicionado ni siquiera los ventiladores funcionan bien (no sirven en absoluto deberían cambiarlos) Tuvimos bastante calor las 2 noches casi sin poder dormir por ese motivo y sumando el ruido constante de la calle. La limpieza le doy un 7 , el baño muy pequeño (excepto la regadera que es amplia al menos). Las mesas que tienen en las habitaciones ocupan demasiado espacio. deberían poner algo más funcional en su lugar.

The apartment was spacious and had basic kitchen facilities However, without a car, you're really stuck in a pretty bland area with limited nearby options for food or entertainment. You have to take transport everywhere, which gets expensive quickly in Zurich. Several issues affected our stay: the WiFi was not so good especially for calls and video calls. The apartment got uncomfortably hot with poor ventilation, and the provided fan was inadequate.

Very accessible, has a parking but a bit expensive. Few minutes walk to the train station, not that far to the airport. The place was spacious, however, the windows were opened upon checking in, which the smell of cigarettes entered the apartment. We got the basement. Very easy to check in, towels were provided. Has a kitchen which allowed us to cook. The outside was a bit dirty, bird poops everywhere. Overall, not bad for the price.

It is a good apartment with what we need for a family of four people. It was clean and comfortable beds. Not close to city center, but close to a train station to connect. Easy check in and available parking (we didn't use it). We recommend it as an option in Zurih

Ein sehr gutes Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung hat ein fantastisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht den Bahnhof in nur wenigen Gehminuten zu Fuß. Auch der Parkplatz im selben Gebäude (auch wenn er separat bezahlt werden muss) ist äußerst praktisch. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Lejligheden ligger et godt stedet Tæt på alt ,togstation,bus,og byen Men selv lejlighed var ikke helt så godt Vasken var stoppet i toilettet og kun slet ikke brugs,alten var beskidt og står der en gammel rustne stol.wi fi koden findes ingen steder,og da var ikke nok lys i stuen,køkken mangler alt ,fra grøder til stegepanden
