Kensington Olympia

The check in process let this property down. We were asked to phone when 20 minutes away, we done this and someone was sent to meet us at the property - 40 mins later they still had not arrived (we were just left stood outside in the heat waiting). We called back and with a quick ID verification check were given the entry instructions to the property. In our view this could have been given to us on arrival saving both time and stress! Noone arrived to meet us but we didn't actually need them too! The apartment itself was good. It was hot but there was an aircon unit which helped. The fridge smelt a bit of mould but none was obviously visible, other than this the property was clean. Tea, coffee would have been appreciated but there is a shop literally under the apartment which had everything you could need. Wifi is good. The apartment is 1 minute away from Olympia and the Olympia overground train station. We walked from Shepherds bush underground this took about 15 mins. The bedrooms were a good size and the apartment gave us a nice place to sleep. We did not use any kitchen facilities or anything. The property does have a lift, which was great for a top floor stay! :-)

Commence et transport en commun a proximité, propre, hôte très gentil et disponible.machine a laver. Dommage qu'il il manque des petites choses utiles dans l'appartement : Torchon et éponge pour la vaisselle. Quelques ustensiles de cuisine de base comme une bonne poêle qui permet de cuisiner pour 4 personnes. Balais ou aspirateur, serpillière .
