The caravan is lovely set in the peaceful countryside with goats, chickens and cows for the little ones to enjoy. There is a local shop with post office, pub, takeaway food and petrol station. Within easy reach of Llandudno, Conwy castle and picturesque Porthmeridan, ideal base for hiking. The caravan was clean with linen and towels provided, our host was welcoming and informative. Would definitely return

This was our first holiday together since the arrival of our new born and it was fab the van was clean and tidy and good communication with the owner if we needed anything and when the van was ready for us overall we had a brilliant trip and would recommend to others.

This was our second stay at the cottage/caravan (the first time being the previous summer). Once again it was a really nice, short stay. It was clean and tidy, although a few things were getting a bit worn (bottoms of the sofas, etc) but nothing which caused any issues. It felt very private, hidden down a small country road and surrounded by fields and trees. There is a Premier shop at the top of the track (just a 3-4 minute walk) which is open early/late and stocks nearly everything you could need for a little holiday. I think the twin room is a bit small for anything other than sleeping in, so really the only area to relax in is the lounge area. It's handy that the larger double bedroom has an en-suite, in addition to the main bathroom. Nice and quiet, despite it being a blustery and sometimes rainy weekend!
