The good part was it was close to all the stuff going on in Williams on 66 but the owners they didn't even fix the ice machine and things need to be fixed and they're not trying to fix them I guess

This place is definitely not a luxury place or even delightful. Im a combat marine and even I was like "oh no". The facilities are not maintained and things are falling apart. I made the unfortunate mistake of not reading the reviews and simply went off of the price. The front desk was hospitable but the overall comfort was very disappointing. The pool doesnt even have water in it. The AC was weak.

First, the key was not working even after asking twice for help. Then when we finally got into the room it was extremely dirty. The bathroom had poop stains. All of the counters were dirty and dusty as well as the curtains. The phone was dusty. It seems like the rooms had not been cleaned at all. The walls are thin so you can hear everything. Please choose somewhere else.

Nothing positive to say. Rooms were filthy, heater rather burned you up or you would freeze. The shower leaked water all over the floor, the shower floor was like a waterbed. There was mold in the shower corners. Choose not to stay.

We didn’t last long in the room. First we found strands of hair between the sheets then stains on the bedding, we were told “it’s only on the decorative blanket, not on the sheets” but when I went looking, the sheets were stained too. Once looking everywhere, we took pictures and left to get our money back. The front desk receptionist told my husband not to upload pictures if we decide to give a review. Nothing looks like it’s ever been dusted or wiped down, from the side tables, inside the microwave,

The room I stayed in appeared to be surface clean but it is need of deep cleaning. The floors were filthy and underneath the bed is so much dirt and dust. The furniture needs to be moved and the floors cleaned underneath and curtains were in disrepair. It is at a lower cost per night but I'm not sure it's worth it.

The motel was not clean at all. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was dust everywhere. The sheets were not clean. There was so much dust in the air conditioner that we did not turn it on therefore we were cold. The blankets were not warm.

Maybe you would stay in filthy hotel rooms with feces on the toilet lid, soiled towels, unsecurable doors, floor tiles loose and tripping folks when they enter the door, mildew on the shower curtain, and stained bedcovers… but I refuse to. You will demand that we recieve a FULL refund. We did not stay in those unacceptable rooms.

I was looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one quick turnaround night, and this fit the bill. Close enough to walk into town, which was nice. Had a fridge and microwave, which was good. The thing I don't understand is that this place was not even close to full, but they still put other people in the rooms right next to mine on either side, so I could hear those people all night. What is up with that? Why not at least put a room in between guests when you're not full-up? I really don't think it make cleaning the next morning that big of a deal. So not only was there the road noise, but there was also the neighbor noise, which was not cancelled out with ear plugs. Very annoying.

The pictures of the hotel was not the same place. The bed! The bed was terrible. It was an old mattress from the 80’s, it had a groove in it where you sleep. The springs were poking me all night. The walls were so thin I could hear the person in the next room sneezing and their dog barking. Never again will I stay there.

The room was okay. It was very small (the smallest room I have ever stayed in) but it was comfortable, for the most part. However, there was no desk, table or chair in the room so I had to sit on the bed to watch TV, or work on my laptop. The heater worked great and the water was nice and warm. Also, it did not appear that room service ever went in during my entire stay (5 nights).

Poor internet. The one station I watch, MSNBC, didn't come in; hundreds of others did. The phone did not work. The management did let me check in 15 minutes early!!!!

The room smelt awful when we walked in. The bed was broken and lumpy. The door would barely shut, the furniture was all scraped up and broken. The microwave was broken and made a weird noise. The walls would make weird noises. There was cracks in the walls and the roof looks like it would collapse. The bathroom had weird black goo. The floor was nasty. Only good thing was the hbo on the tv and the front desk help. The pet fee was awful for the conditions the room was in. The rooms are NOT worth the price. The absolute worst place to stay. Mexico hotels would make this place look like the slums.

Gap under the door 3/4 inch, TV did not work, lamps did not work, no phone, flooring by door was loose and worked, AC would not cool room lower than 84 degrees. Property run down, room was falling apart.

I arrived, only to find that the "24/7" check-in was closed and I had to call them, while I was locked out in the cold. After I finally got my key, I entered the room, which was a wreck, trash on the floor, the bed was not made, the TV was blaring, and the "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. I had to call again to have my room changed. Although the new room was an improvement, it still didn\'t feel clean, and the shower was terrible. Highly disappointed, It\'s worth spending an extra twenty dollars to get a decent place.

the room was not your standered wyndham room. It was very small and we had to unplug the TV and plug it in to work. the remote control batteies were teped to the back of the remote control. The staff was excellent when arrived and through out our stay there. We just feel that the rooms need more care.

My husband and I decided to take a trip to the canyon to get our toddler out of the LA fire. We were hesitant about the quality given the price of the room but booked it anyway. Great room for the price! It was clean. The staff was kind. And everything worked and was comfortable. It was a great stay for the price. We would book it again.

We were just here for a few hours overnight. Great spot for a jump off point to get to the Grand Canyon in the morning. I was surprised that local calls were not available from the room - normally, this would be a non-issue but this time it was an inconvenience. Also, the small refrigerator in the room was turned off (though it did cool down normally once we turned it on), and it needed a good cleaning - found mould on the fridge interior. The room itself was clean and the coffee, juice and granola bars provided in the morning before check-out was a welcome surprise.

Incredibly basic accommodation. The room itself was clean and of reasonable quality, the communal areas of the hotel (the interior corridor in particular) were in an awful state. No breakfast provided, just coffee which was not particularly nice and a juice-type drink. The room had a coffee maker which was produced better coffee though.

Incredibly basic accommodation. The room itself was clean and of reasonable quality, the communal areas of the hotel (the interior corridor in particular) were in an awful state. No breakfast provided, just coffee which was not particularly nice and a juice-type drink. The room had a coffee maker which was produced better coffee though.

We were just here for a few hours overnight. Great spot for a jump off point to get to the Grand Canyon in the morning. I was surprised that local calls were not available from the room - normally, this would be a non-issue but this time it was an inconvenience. Also, the small refrigerator in the room was turned off (though it did cool down normally once we turned it on), and it needed a good cleaning - found mould on the fridge interior. The room itself was clean and the coffee, juice and granola bars provided in the morning before check-out was a welcome surprise.

Property was clean but worn. The floors are creaky and the seal under the door was almost completely gone, allowing a cold draft in at all times. Our room featured double queen beds which were hard and not the most comfortable. While checking in, I had asked the manager if breakfast was offered and he said that it was a "grab and go" style breakfast, considering if granola bars and coffee. The first morning, no food was set out and the coffee maker was hardly working. I didn't even bother trying on the second morning. The staff was nice enough, but the property needs some TLC. It's an okay place to crash for the night in the middle of a long road trip, but I would not recommend this for a multi-night stay or for someone looking for a nice room.

Advertised as having breakfast included, but there was nothing. No coffee or anything in lobby (small as it was), coffee in rooms was horrible tasting. Owner said everyone was going to "breakfast on the go" but he had none. There was light coming in under the door, so anything (bugs, snakes) were able to come in, the freezer was so built up with frost that nothing could be put in there. The tv worked, so I guess that's one plus. Won't stay there again.

The parking lot was full of large equipment and made parking and exit in the morning difficult. The complementary “breakfast” was coffee and closed during the advertised hours. The room had water damage and general poor condition.

The room was clean, and the location is convenient with many places nearby. My check-in and check-out experience at the front desk was great. However, I had a disappointing experience with an older staff, I don't know if he is the security guard or a hotel helper, he is Indian man. The way he approached and spoke to me very rude and unprofessional. I hope the management can improve customer service and ensure guest are treated respectfully.

There’s not enough space to complain! From cigarette burns on the blankets- paint on the curtains and furniture to black mold surrounding the bathroom. You can hear everything through the walls, so if the room besides you is sleeping with a TV on basically so are you because the walls are so thin. The staff was less than accommodating, had their kids out around the computers while scanning my card, and the office smelled like a thousand cats are in there. Parking lot is almost non existent and you can only go one way so you have to make constant circles. The floor was bubbled and uneven, there was hair on the sheets, and nothing gets taken care of it’s clear of that. When Hotels.com contacted them to refund because we refused to sleep here they wouldn’t because we had been there an hour but that would be impossible because we walked in and then out after taking pictures and contacting hotels.com. Even though I paid $65 I wouldn’t pay $5 to sleep here. i’d rather sleep on the streets. I hope this place gets removed because no one should have to deal with that. Please DO NOT STAY HERE…
