Nice self check- in hotel. Not many choices to eat close by and hotel restaurant dinner menu is very limited. And expensive. Free breakfast was really good. No air conditioning. Nice workout area and sauna.

Great hotel - automated check in was easier than expected. Free laundry right outside our door. Hotel restaurant is great. Only negative comment is we are not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. Carpet was clean but prefer uncarpeted floors.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is not ideal if you are visiting Vaduz without at car but with a car at your disposal it is eacy to reach Vaduz and parking is right next to the hotel. We found it easy to check-in and out without staff and the breakfast was fine - not special, but the things you can expect.

Excellent stay with easy parking and close proximity to Vaduz. Self check in makes it easy to get in to the rooms and check out without additional hassle. Room was a good size and comfortable. No air conditioning however this is against Liechtenstein laws to use unnecessary air con and the hotel has been clear in communicating this. Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities and amazing value for money.

The hotel was ok, clean, spacey rooms, nice shower. facilities included a laundry room, which was a plus. The breakfast was very limited, and we had to wait forever for the food to be replenished. No AC in the rooms, it was quite stuffy. Overall ok, for a 1 night stay.

It is hotel with really nice design. Appreciated parking with ecar chargers. Appreciated self checkin, although form was a bit long to complete. Breakfast was good, and got a bit too busy as it seems everyone have it included as there is not staff on reception.

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Bra läge och nära till busshållplats. Bra frukost. Vi upplevede problem vid incheckning då man gjorde det via en skärm där betalningen inte gick att genomföra och utan den kom man inte vidare utan hela tiden skickades tillbaka till startsidan. Spenderade 20 min på att försöka checka in. Ingen vidare personal på plats som kunde hjälpa till. Fick vända oss till städerskan som knappt kunde engelska fick ringa ägaren via telefon för att lösa betalningen så vi äntligen kunde få checka in. Badrummet var väldigt spännande som har ett fönster ut till övriga hotellrummet vilket inte var så kul om man ville vara lite privat på toaletten.

Hotel mit Self Check-in. Das Zimmer war Gut, leider hatte es eine grosse Staubschicht auf dem Nachttisch. Frühstück was sehr gut. Umgebung schön, um spazieren zu gehen.

Wifi was verschrikkelijk en werkte eigenlijk zo goed als nooit. Echt vervelend voor een land als Liechtenstein. Ook geen personeel aanwezig voor het inchecken. Voor de rest wel prachtige en propere kamers. Ontbijt goed en vriendelijk ontbijtpersoneel. Prachtige en goede badkamer.

In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people. Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area. The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait. We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.

The hotel is OK so far. Modernly done. Rooms smart. Breakfast average. But the human interaction via the service hotline scared me. After the third call, I was sure it was AI. I would like to praise the service and customer orientation of Expedia and the personal commitment of the employees there. Even if there is only a chat, you can still feel a certain humanity and an effort to meet the needs of the guest This service orientation and helpfulness seems to me to have been completely lost at this hotel.

Von A-Z eine Katastrophe. Ein Hotel ohne Personal funktioniert nur, wenn das Check in System auch funktionieren würde. Es muss einer Hotline angerufen werden, welche dann durch Ferneinwirkung das Computersystem steuert. Hatten das Problem mit noch vier weiteren Leuten vor Ort. Ein Gast war schon 7 Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat noch nie alleine funktioniert. So macht dieses Hotelsystem keinen Sinn. Schade eigentlich. Das Hotel und die Zimmer wären schön, wenn man keinen Fernseher braucht. Unserer funktionierte nicht. Da kein Personal vor Ort ist, gibt es keine Lösung. Das Frühstück war im Service und Angebot eine Katastrophe. Wir eines der schlechtesten Frühstücksbüffets die ich je miterleben musste. Der schlechte und komplett überforderte Service war Ursache dafür

Great hotel - automated check in was easier than expected. Free laundry right outside our door. Hotel restaurant is great. Only negative comment is we are not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. Carpet was clean but prefer uncarpeted floors.

Väldigt fint och fräscht hotell. Bra läge och nära till busshållplats. Bra frukost. Vi upplevede problem vid incheckning då man gjorde det via en skärm där betalningen inte gick att genomföra och utan den kom man inte vidare utan hela tiden skickades tillbaka till startsidan. Spenderade 20 min på att försöka checka in. Ingen vidare personal på plats som kunde hjälpa till. Fick vända oss till städerskan som knappt kunde engelska fick ringa ägaren via telefon för att lösa betalningen så vi äntligen kunde få checka in. Badrummet var väldigt spännande som har ett fönster ut till övriga hotellrummet vilket inte var så kul om man ville vara lite privat på toaletten.

We only stayed for one night. The hotel is not ideal if you are visiting Vaduz without at car but with a car at your disposal it is eacy to reach Vaduz and parking is right next to the hotel. We found it easy to check-in and out without staff and the breakfast was fine - not special, but the things you can expect.

Hotel mit Self Check-in. Das Zimmer war Gut, leider hatte es eine grosse Staubschicht auf dem Nachttisch. Frühstück was sehr gut. Umgebung schön, um spazieren zu gehen.

Excellent stay with easy parking and close proximity to Vaduz. Self check in makes it easy to get in to the rooms and check out without additional hassle. Room was a good size and comfortable. No air conditioning however this is against Liechtenstein laws to use unnecessary air con and the hotel has been clear in communicating this. Bed is comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Excellent amenities and amazing value for money.

Von A-Z eine Katastrophe. Ein Hotel ohne Personal funktioniert nur, wenn das Check in System auch funktionieren würde. Es muss einer Hotline angerufen werden, welche dann durch Ferneinwirkung das Computersystem steuert. Hatten das Problem mit noch vier weiteren Leuten vor Ort. Ein Gast war schon 7 Mal in diesem Hotel und es hat noch nie alleine funktioniert. So macht dieses Hotelsystem keinen Sinn. Schade eigentlich. Das Hotel und die Zimmer wären schön, wenn man keinen Fernseher braucht. Unserer funktionierte nicht. Da kein Personal vor Ort ist, gibt es keine Lösung. Das Frühstück war im Service und Angebot eine Katastrophe. Wir eines der schlechtesten Frühstücksbüffets die ich je miterleben musste. Wifi was verschrikkelijk en werkte eigenlijk zo goed als nooit. Echt vervelend voor een land als Liechtenstein. Ook geen personeel aanwezig voor het inchecken. Voor de rest wel prachtige en propere kamers. Ontbijt goed en vriendelijk ontbijtpersoneel. Prachtige en goede badkamer.

The hotel was ok, clean, spacey rooms, nice shower. facilities included a laundry room, which was a plus. The breakfast was very limited, and we had to wait forever for the food to be replenished. No AC in the rooms, it was quite stuffy. Overall ok, for a 1 night stay.

It is hotel with really nice design. Appreciated parking with ecar chargers. Appreciated self checkin, although form was a bit long to complete. Breakfast was good, and got a bit too busy as it seems everyone have it included as there is not staff on reception.

L'hotel è pulito e tranquillo, il letto comodo, mi sono trovato bene. Non mi è piaciuto il bagno con la vetrata , non c'è molta privacy se sì viaggia con amici. Il check in viene fatto in autonomia e non c'è una persona con cui poter parlare .

Good location to spend the night when travelling further like I did. Clean, modern hotel. Clean room and decent bathroom. Rooms have no AC as this is prohibited by law apparently. No real issue as temperatures were ok. Had issues checking in and as this is self check-in it took some time to get access to the room. I was not the only one with this issue so recommendable to check to improve the check in as after hours of driving you don't want such hold up. I arrived at a Sunday evening so realizing most if not everything was closed so drove back into Austria (only 10 mins) for some small groceries. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a variety of choices.

Zimmer sehr sauber, Bett für meinen Geschmack zu hart und der Teppich im Zimmer fühlt sich unter den Füßen eher unangenehm an (mein persönliches Empfinden). Der Check-In verläuft immer problemlos, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist überschaubar, das Brot war aber sehr lecker und frisch. Die Aussicht ist je nach Zimmer einfach nur toll. Leider stört die Straße etwas, da beschleunigende Motorräder und LKW auch im Hotel sehr laut wahrgenommen werden.

Et fint hotel med self-service check-in, så det er vigtigt at huske at medbringe sit booking-ID. Hotellet har desuden gode muligheder for opladning af elbiler på parkeringspladsen. Værelserne var rene, pæne og velholdte.
