La Romance – Old Loft in the heart of Toulouse

It was just inexpected

Unit and location good. But paid for an extra night so we could checkin after arriving by train at midnight. Sat for an hour in the rain trying to access the lockbox using the code they provided. Had to finally hire a cab and drive around town attempting to find lodging for the night which after another hour and 60 euros taxi charge and 140 euros hotel charge we found. Next day we were informed they had given us the wrong code so they gave us the correct one and then got in. They seem to have no communication link to VRBO as my messages at VRBO were never replied to. The company communicated via What’s App which I only discovered by luck when communicating with someone else. Have requested reimbursement- let’s see how that goes. Shame because it has potential. Could use improvement in towels. Appliances and facilities good and neighborhood good with many cafes and friendly people. If they do the right thing and reimburse me for our first two nights and tell me the are revamping their communication I may upgrade my rating.

Très fonctionnel. Manque peut-être un micro ondes et nous avons eu quelques soucis pour faire fonctionner la télé (problème de connexion avec la box)
