Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Lecce avec parking à 5 minutes à pied, a proximité des nombreuses plages du Salento maxi 50/60 km et des villes et villages touristiques, concernant le logement la décoration allie l’ancien et le moderne avec beaucoup de goût. Un grand merci à Julia pour toutes les informationset conseils, pour son sourire, sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité.

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!

Hôtel très bien situé au centre ville mais accessible en voiture. Chambres très confortables et bien équipées. Attention cependant, la chambre n°1 qui donne à la fois sur la rue et la petite place est très bruyante, même tard dans la nuit. La jeune femme qui gère l'établissement ainsi que sa famille sont très avenants et serviables. Le petit déjeuner est complet et bien servi. Attention, le parking proposé n'est pas à 5€ la journée mais reste raisonnable (24 € pour 2 nuits).

L'hébergement est bien placé et propre. En revanche la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Par ailleurs l'hôtel se trouve dans la vieille ville (zone a accès limitée) et ils ne s'occupent pas de faire la déclaration au service du contrôle des plaques pour s'éviter l'amende ou pouvoir rentrer dans la zone... Nous n'avons même pas eu de réponse suite à nos demandes. Une fois arrivée vous devez être autonome.

This was the most unpleasant experience in a long trip in southern Italy. Nobody had informed us that the BbB was in a restricted for the cars area. The landlady was not in place nor responding in the phone and we had to ask help from the neighbors. Once we entered, one of the two rooms was in very bad shape regarding unpleasant mold odor. At the same time, we noticed that there was another room available, in much better conditions. We kindly asked the landlady to use it instead, and her behavior was not professional at all. Furthermore, basic breakfast was offered in a very unconvenient small outdoor yard with the personnel to be very unpolite! Not recommended!

Entgegen der sonstigen guten Bewertungen kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen und würde sie auch kein zweites Mal buchen! Trotz der Vereinbarung, dass wir uns ca. 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden sollten -was wir je 60 UND 30 Minuten vorher taten-, war niemand vor Ort. Wir mussten ca. 15 Minuten bei 38 Grad vor der Unterkunft in der Sonne darauf warten, dass jemand kommt, um uns reinzulassen. Schon beim ersten Schritt durch die „Balkontür“ in Zimmer Nr. 4 kommt einem extrem feuchte Luft und ein modriger Geruch entgegen, der durch einen unangenehm starken Raumduft überdeckt werden soll. Auch die Klima oder längeres Lüften konnte hierbei keine Abhilfe schaffen. Der Luftaustausch im Zimmer ist so schlecht, dass darin die feuchte Luft steht. Die Unterkunft ist vermeintlich modern renoviert, jedoch offensichtlich billig und bereits an einigen Stellen jetzt schon wieder deutlich herunter gekommen. WLAN gibt es im Zimmer nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dazu in den Hof gehen sollten. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ unterer Durchschnitt, man bekommt einfach zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr etwas vor die Tür gestellt und kann keine Auswahl treffen. Immerhin wurde zuverlässig auf Unverträglichkeiten geachtet. Wasser gab es keines zum Frühstück! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft und der Annehmlichkeiten auf Expedia trifft leider größtenteils nicht zu und die Bilder täuschen. Der Kontakt war meist freundlich; die Kommunikation auf Englisch teilw. schwierig.

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing

Le problème principal de cet hébergement est celui de l’absence de lumière et de ventilation appropriée. Le logement est en rdc, la seule porte-fenêtre donne sur une minuscule courette de 1,50 m2. Quelques cafards sont à déplorer. Dommage car la localisation et le service sont parfaits.

It was a real shame, because the place was lovely, but our stay was ruined by too much noise. On the first night we were kept awake by people in a restaurant right outside our room (Room 1) who were talking loudly until 12.40. The owners kindly moved us to a quieter room to the rear for our other 3 nights but we were still disturbed by noise from other guests late into the evening beyond 11pm and 11.30. On the last morning we were woken at 7.15 by the noise of workmen hammering, drilling, shouting and their radio. The view of the owners seems to be that all of this should be be expected in an Italian city in the summer. So, if you are prepared to put up with this sort of stuff, don't let this review put you off.

Good location, nice rooms, but as doors face open street difficult to open and get fresh air. In the morning a lot of noice from emptying bottles. Cars with bottles coming all time from 6-7 am.

Our stay in Lecce was good overall — the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. However, there were a few downsides to note. The room was not soundproof, and it was quite noisy at night, especially on our last evening when a large party took place without any prior notice, which made it difficult to rest. Additionally, breakfast wasn't available on Sundays or holidays, and although we were provided with vouchers for a nearby café, our experience there was not very welcoming — on both visits, it felt as though we were more of a burden than guests. That said, Lecce itself was beautiful and the convenience of the location made exploring the city very easy.

Le logement est très bien situé dans le centre historique de Lecce avec parking à 5 minutes à pied, a proximité des nombreuses plages du Salento maxi 50/60 km et des villes et villages touristiques, concernant le logement la décoration allie l’ancien et le moderne avec beaucoup de goût. Un grand merci à Julia pour toutes les informationset conseils, pour son sourire, sa gentillesse, sa bienveillance et sa disponibilité.

Aan te raden in hartje Lecce! Mooi gerenoveerde kamer in de typische stijl. Alle basis is aanwezig. Het inchecken ging wat moeizaam in de namiddag maar uiteindelijk kwam alles op zijn pootjes terecht. Ontbijt was sober maar goed. Lawaai van buiten is goed hoorbaar maar viel op zich wel mee. Prijs-kwaliteit is dus zeker op zijn plaats! Grazie!

The bed was comfortable, and the shower was excellent However, the place was damp, there was very little natural light, there was no heated towel rail, or places for towels, there was no desk to sit at, and only one uncomfortable chair. We felt that having to check in by phone and send passport details by WhatsAp was not very hospitable. Also, the courtyard area outside the room was quite scruffy and unappealing

The landlady was not in place nor responding in the phone and we had to ask help from the neighbors. Once we entered, one of the two rooms was in very bad shape regarding unpleasant mold odor. At the same time, we noticed that there was another room available, in much better conditions. We kindly asked the landlady to use it instead, and her behavior was not professional at all. Furthermore, basic breakfast was offered in a very unconvenient small outdoor yard with the personnel to be very unpolite! Not recommended!

We loved our stay at Litium3! Clean, modern, well-designed and well-appointed bedroom and bathroom. Great location to explore lovely Lecce. We parked our rental car a short walk beyond the wall of the historic center. Highly recommend!

L'hébergement est bien placé et propre. En revanche la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée sans fenêtre sur l'extérieur. Par ailleurs l'hôtel se trouve dans la vieille ville (zone a accès limitée) et ils ne s'occupent pas de faire la déclaration au service du contrôle des plaques pour s'éviter l'amende ou pouvoir rentrer dans la zone... Nous n'avons même pas eu de réponse suite à nos demandes. Une fois arrivée vous devez être autonome.

Our stay in Lecce was good overall — the location was excellent and within walking distance to everything. However, there were a few downsides to note. The room was not soundproof, and it was quite noisy at night, especially on our last evening when a large party took place without any prior notice, which made it difficult to rest. Entgegen der sonstigen guten Bewertungen kann ich diese Unterkunft leider nicht weiter empfehlen und würde sie auch kein zweites Mal buchen! Trotz der Vereinbarung, dass wir uns ca. 30 Minuten vor Ankunft melden sollten -was wir je 60 UND 30 Minuten vorher taten-, war niemand vor Ort. Wir mussten ca. 15 Minuten bei 38 Grad vor der Unterkunft in der Sonne darauf warten, dass jemand kommt, um uns reinzulassen. Schon beim ersten Schritt durch die „Balkontür“ in Zimmer Nr. 4 kommt einem extrem feuchte Luft und ein modriger Geruch entgegen, der durch einen unangenehm starken Raumduft überdeckt werden soll. Auch die Klima oder längeres Lüften konnte hierbei keine Abhilfe schaffen. Der Luftaustausch im Zimmer ist so schlecht, dass darin die feuchte Luft steht. Die Unterkunft ist vermeintlich modern renoviert, jedoch offensichtlich billig und bereits an einigen Stellen jetzt schon wieder deutlich herunter gekommen. WLAN gibt es im Zimmer nicht. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir dazu in den Hof gehen sollten. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ unterer Durchschnitt, man bekommt einfach zwischen 9 und 10 Uhr etwas vor die Tür gestellt und kann keine Auswahl treffen. Immerhin wurde zuverlässig auf Unverträglichkeiten geachtet. Wasser gab es keines zum Frühstück! Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft und der Annehmlichkeiten auf Expedia trifft leider größtenteils nicht zu und die Bilder täuschen. Der Kontakt war meist freundlich; die Kommunikation auf Englisch teilw. schwierig.

Mucha humedad. El desayuno es un vale para ir a un bar que abre a las 9 y siempre salimos antes de ese horario por lo que no lo.usamos. no hay nadie en el hotel. Tuve un problema y les escribí por WhatsApp. Tardaron tanto en responder que lo resolvi con la ayuda de otro huésped. La ubicación es fantástica.

Não há café da manhã (você recebe um ticket por dia a ser usado em uma cafeteria (muito boa) próximo dali, o que funcionou bem. Excelente!!

The hotel itself is clean, pleasant, and in a great location. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by the location of our ground-floor room, which was extremely close to the neighbouring restaurant’s outdoor seating area. The noise continued until around 1 a.m., and we could hear conversations, music, and even the sound of cutlery being placed on plates. Our bed was literally only three metres from the nearest table, which made it difficult to relax and sleep properly. The host explained that the unusually high noise level was due to a local holiday, which we understand. However, we feel that the room’s location means that noise is likely to be an issue regardless of special occasions. Overall, it was a disappointing stay in this respect, although the hotel itself was clean and the location was very convenient.

Não houve troca de roupas de cama e banho e nem limpeza do quarto e banheiro. A comunicação com a proprietária não foi boa,a resposta de solicitações muito demorada,inclusive tive que reservar um táxi indicado pela propriedade(cartão) que cobrou acima do valor normal

I would not stay here again. It’s a self service place where the owner wants the most she can possibly get for the least she can possibly do. I did not find the room very comfortable and it was just feet away from the restaurant outside. I heard people”s conversations at their table from my bed at night. Literally three feet from my bed. I messaged the owner three times about parking and she never returned a message until the day I arrived. Parking was supposed to be reserved for 10 euros a night according to the advert for the hotel, it was 20. When I mentioned this to her, She said to me, and I quote “that’s not my problem”. I said that she was probably not the type of person who should be working in hospitality.
