My daughter and I arrived at 11pm due to a massive wreck 2 cars in front of us on I60 E. We had slight debris damage to our car and were weary. The hotel is blocked from street behind a vacant? warehouse w/ tinfoil on windows. Didn't matter. No place to park. Filled w/ work trucks. The drive thru check in was blocked w/ a work truck and trailer. There was no place close to park. I blocked the entrance to ck in. Upon entering, no one was at desk, the place was filthy inside and out. When the clerk came back I informed her that we did not feel safe and needed to cancel. I asked why it looked like this and she replied that a lot of oil rig workers stayed there. Strangely she appeared not to hear me and just kept quoting the room and check out information. I left, called Hotel.com, who kept me on the phone another 45 minutes while contacting HS. She replied that the hotel would not comply and she was contacting the HS main corp and I should hear back w/in 24 hrs. I never heard back and am currently going thru my bank in dispute.

We arrived at 9pm hoping to get a drink before going to bed, but the bar closed early. On the bright side, check-in was fast and easily done online. The staff was nice and courteous in the evening and in the morning, which is always a plus. The only need for improvement would be fixing the shower door that didn’t close all the way and the dishwasher with a couple of dishes was not emptied. These are not things worth giving a lower score because I’m sure they can be fixed.

Very clean, very nice staff. Ok breakfast area, there are better in other hotels. Needs some maintenance in the rooms (we had a hole in a wall of the bathroom), parking is great, very good Gym. I definitely recommend it!

This hotel deserves all the great reviews its gotten. Room was spacious, clean, well kept, beds super comfy. I’d totally stay there again if we’re ever passing through.

It’s definitely the best room I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve traveled by car thousands of miles staying mostly at Comfort or La Quinta but they can’t touch the quality of this room. I only have one complaint. I asked for an ADA accessible room which would have a walking shower with grab bars. I got a regular room and no grab bars and no anti slip surfaces in the shower. I almost busted it when I stepped in the shower. Not good. Not happy. But I do like the room

We have never stated in this area before, so we were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and a great size. We loved that the room had a fridge, microwave, sink and stovetop. A huge plus was the free breakfast. If we are ever this way again, we will stay here.

I love staying at this hotel every time we travel to Mexico. It is luxury looking, super comfortable, clean and it has all the requirements that we need. Such as a kitchen, dining table, sofa, a safe. Indeed is like being home

I arrived late. Did not have a reservation. Looked it over. Booked online. Slept like a baby in a super comfortable bed. The next morning I was greeted and made aware of breakfast. I even got some tips for the rest of my trip from a kind lady at the front desk. Interacted with 3 employees eager to help in any way they could.

The only issue was with breakfast. They don’t keep it stocked. You have to constantly look for someone to tell them they are out of something and tell them more than once. (They were always in the back chatting with the front desk personnel.) They don’t empty the trash. It was overflowing and nowhere to put your plates. They cater to the oilfield 6-7am workers and forget about their other guests. Their other guests are paying guests out of their own pockets and not out of company funds. They also need to be taken care of. They need to remember that.

Staff very unprofessional, both night and morning. Noisy and no help. An alarm went off in the room next to us as we were trying to sleep. I called down twice. Lady said door was locked and there was nothing she could do. It rang for a couple of hours. . Breakfast lady (worker) talking about crackheads while my kids and I were eating. Too bad because the hotel itself is nice.

The hotel staff is the best. Even if the rest of the hotel was not great. I would go back. I appreciate the friendly, honest staff. The hotel was comfy and clean. Breakfast area was great and again, the staff went above and beyond. This hotel was a recommendation from family who stayed there two years ago. It did not disappoint! HUGE shout out to Joann at the front desk and the cleaning staff. I left something and i sent them a label to ship. No issue,.

The only issue was with breakfast. They don’t keep it stocked. You have to constantly look for someone to tell them they are out of something and tell them more than once. (They were always in the back chatting with the front desk personnel.) They don’t empty the trash. It was overflowing and nowhere to put your plates. They cater to the oilfield 6-7am workers and forget about their other guests. Their other guests are paying guests out of their own pockets and not out of company funds. They also need to be taken care of. They need to remember that.

We have never stated in this area before, so we were extremely pleased with the accommodations. The room was clean and a great size. We loved that the room had a fridge, microwave, sink and stovetop. A huge plus was the free breakfast. If we are ever this way again, we will stay here.

We arrived at 9pm hoping to get a drink before going to bed, but the bar closed early. On the bright side, check-in was fast and easily done online. The staff was nice and courteous in the evening and in the morning, which is always a plus. The only need for improvement would be fixing the shower door that didn’t close all the way and the dishwasher with a couple of dishes was not emptied. These are not things worth giving a lower score because I’m sure they can be fixed.

Very clean, very nice staff. Ok breakfast area, there are better in other hotels. Needs some maintenance in the rooms (we had a hole in a wall of the bathroom), parking is great, very good Gym. I definitely recommend it!

A very pleasant experiance again. Me and my family have been staying at this hotel for the past 8 years, once or twice a year when we travel to Mexico and each time the stay is wonderful. The room is super spacious, clean, elegant and with all the accomodations of a true home. The beds are still super amazing and we sleep so good!!! We love them! Thank you so much to everyone who make this possible. God willing we see you on our way back.

Beds are just OK, not real comfy and bedding mediocre and worn. Breakfast is OK for thosenot looning after their health. But having a young child on an upper floor makes the galloping heard on the whole floor below all night and all morning until the kid wears off his sugar high... dont understand why a hotel doesthis to their cudtomers. Hurt my hand and hip trying to open the room door with excessive force needed to manage to door closing mechanism. Also for a 5'2"person climbing on top of the matress is another ordeal I would like to skip. Why offer these beds that are too high for short persons and also too short for tall persons (a 6'2" male has feet uncomfortably hanging outside the bed). Dishes dirty and tossedin cabinets in chaos with not enough utensils like spoons, forks for 2 people. Did not want to even try to cook anything.. Very strange microwave controls, took too long to figure outhow to reheat something at 20% power. Would not recommend
